Super nice clean place and we slept well nice to bathe and very good lunch got me back.

There is a lot to do, swimming, movie and games room. With an excellent scenery and pleasant staff.

Rooms are quite contemporary. Beautiful spacious heated pool. The choices at the restaurant may be a little limited.

Being woken up at 9:00 a. M. During vacation by the housekeepers who knock very hard at the door then vacuum inghsay noise, door slam. It's not a good memory at $180 a night!

Very large resort. Clean and quiet. We had a room on the second floor. Clean and comfortable but decoration a little outdated, paint to redo in some places. The patio door of the bedroom opens to full size. Small kitchen very useful. Excellent welcome, smiling and available employees. We were there for the Quebec Mega Trail since the start and finish are about 500 meters from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is sublime. Small gaps at the household level, but so minimal that it is not worth talking about.

If the name had been Refuge Mont-Sainte-Anne, the bad surprise would have been less. This is one of the most expensive hotel rooms I have paid for in my life and certainly one of the most messy. At a banquet, they gave us a salad that a hospital cafeteria would have been embarrassed to serve us because they no longer stayed for our table for the same price!

Experience there was amazing actually had working Wi-Fi (if you were by the door that is) and food service was good. Recreation room had a lot to offer and the lobby was nice. Also nice balconies.

Great location but old hotel.

I booked for next summer via Booking, they make a pre-paid account on your credit card, I called Customer service, the lady was rude on the phone no professionalism! I wouldn't go to this Hotel for free.

We stayed from Feb. 10-12. We loved our stay at the Châteaux Mont St-Anne, the people were very courteous and welcoming. We were on the 4th floor in a Nordik studio of 455 p. C. With a small refrigerator which is enough for 2 adults and 2 children. I did not like the concrete wall in the room that gave a bunker atmosphere. I enjoyed that we could get out of the hotel and go straight down the slopes. We liked the children's playroom, the pool and the 2 outdoor spa. The meals at the Bistro Nordik were excellent as well as the service. The buffet lunches were in a cafeteria. There was a fruit section and a classic lunch section but only scrambled eggs. I would recommend it for a ski weekend.

Not very clean do not book in the Party not renovate! Because it's awful the floor is a dark green carpet several elements are brown. Apartment The rooms not renovate is spotless.

During our stay we were on the 4th floor in a renovated room. Very nice design and very functional room with small kitchenette. The soundproofing was however not up to par.

Great place. Im coming there every year.

We stayed at the resort during the off peak season while touring the area. Parking is free. The studio we stayed in was spacious with laundry in the unit. It's a great choice for visiting the city. It's located near major attractions, and is a short drive into the city. The resort itself offers walking trails before the ski season starts.

The room has not been maintained since the 1990s. Paint cleared, old-fashioned. Yellow and green beige colors. Really ugly. Old TV with blurred image. No USB connection.
False advertising because the rooms are not like the pictures.
Old sauna, old pool. Smell of mold in the room.
The Nordik restaurant is really excellent!

Non-professional Service and we see right away that they do not have at all the worries of detail. Amateur compared to other places. The view is beautiful.

It's a very beautiful place in and around. The halls to the room could be brightened up a bit and the kitchenette and bathroom were a bit dated but the actual living room area with the beds and lounging chairs was very pleasant. High end sheets made the sleep so comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs were a hit! My kids and I enjoyed it immensely. Just wish we had another day or two to stay there and that would be perfect. We didn't try the restaurant in the chateau cuz there just wasn't enough time, but when it came to dinner/supper time it smelled delicious in the lobby. The service was extraordinary, very helpful and wanting to make your stay even more pleasant. I will definitely plan to go back there. I hope that it can be soon!

I own a condo here and I love this place, very clean and very centered on ecology. I love it!

Love it. We come back every two years. Staff are amazing and willing to help the kids practice their French. This year went to the Canyon and did the Via Ferrata/Project Vertical. Everything amazing.

Guests enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, along with the mini kitchens in the room, though the guests were displeased with the cleanliness of rooms, as some found hairs all over their (hotel provided) pillows, blankets, and bed sheets.

Chateau Mont Sainte Anne is very nice and most importantly (to me) they are dog friendly! They gave my dog a bag of treats, a bandana, and a rug for outside our room. It's so nice to know that we can bring her and she is welcome. Haven't had dinner at the restaurant yet but the breakfast buffet is good and the staff are very kind and can help in French and English.

Great stay, as all hotel items (towels, soaps, etc. ) were fresh and new. TV could have been newer with better channels.

Great location and beautiful setting. But the resort is not well maintained. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped with a minimum is utensils and dishes. The indoor pool is a joke.

Not sure it's a good idea to stay there during a week of release. Very noisy until 22h in the evening. Running in the corridors, guests who speak loudly, dirt everywhere, parents who have no control over their children. The maintenance of the rooms is at a minimum during the stay. Change of towels, no more.

Great for a ski trip, the rooms are large, with balcony. The quality of the rooms is correct. The various activities in the basement and the pool area make this hotel stand out. In order to save energy or to be green, the hotel has installed motion detectors contrôllant the lighting of the corridors. Which gives a cold atmosphere, see even inquiêtant. Otherwise I recommend!

Stayed in a Studio Chateau room for an event. The room is clean and functional, but the bathroom and kitchen are very dated. The indoor pool is very small and in a state of disrepair. Looks like they are planning a renovation (as of July 2016) to build a new pool complex.

The renovated rooms look wonderful and the view is gorgeous!

Really charmed by this hotel ski in ski out. At the foot of the gondolas. We asked a room upgrade and ca really worth the trouble for only $ 10. Only downside, facilities (swimming pool, gym, games rooms) are a bit dated. Very good value for money.

Not all the rooms are renovated and there is a lack of soundproofing. Hot tubs children are allowed, but there is so much that he neither had no way to relax (bad timing). On the other hand, the map of the Nordik Bistro restaurant is really good (crab cake and the cassoulet), direct access to the gondola and the great "comfort" beds are a "must".

Judging by the presence hair deposits in our room after checking in, the room was badly cleaned. Even after several complaints no serious effort was taken to improve the standard of cleaning. Disappointing. .

Everything you want from a skiing holiday. Fantastic service and rooms and right on the ski slopes practically. Fantastic holiday.

Despite the food which was excellent for dinner, we were extremely disappointed with our stay.
We booked a couple spa package for 2 nights with spa and massage. The only small problem is that have not warned us that massage would be held at the hotel and the spa in another independent location of the hotel, and that once left the spa for a massage at the hotel, we couldn't go back to the spa. Result: we have been to the spa from 11:00 to 14:00, massage of 14:45-15:45 without being able to return to the spa (which closes at 20:00) thereafter.
In addition, the hotel canceled at the last minute lunch for which we booked (no alternative other than eating at our expense).
We went one night earlier so our day was ruined by these events.
Bad customer service, we don't were anything offered to compensate, no alternative, no compensation, no discount on another stay.
Really very disappointing for the price. We expected better service on the part of a hotel of this reputation.

A very welcoming host in a skiing wonderland!

Very clean. Still under construction, but the new rooms and the new style of the hotel are very good! Non-renovated rooms in discount (which is interesting too). Hotel very good restaurant for dinner! A bit expensive buffet at lunch and there was still a lot of children, but the site allows (pool, activities in the basement, etc).

Taken a penthouse (new part of the hotel) the penthouse in him is fine. Nice, well decorated. But situated next to noisy work which spoil everything. The pools and the sauna have not yet been renovated and are really outdated (it has also preferred to avoid the indoor pool).
