Very well located. Close to everything. Good service. Clean the room questionable except the bed which was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool area is nil. Correct soundproofing. Nothing more.
I slept well, but I'm not sure I'd be back. I'd give 3.5.

Hotel to be avoided preferably beautiful outside but that stops there. Poorly insulated room no window to open reception null and worse than any breakfast if one can called it a horrible coffee breakfast orange juice in brief concentrate pass your way.

… what to say about this place. — I'll start with the ONLY good point: friendly staff, the only person I had to talk to was very friendly (keep that guy! ) — In front of a smoke factory (I don't know what they do, but surely there is tons of smoke coming out of their factory) = health uncertainty — sketchy? I had to wait in the parking lot for my friends to arrive, I saw at least two sketchy "clients" — double beds… Seriously, no queens, just double, like we are kids haha Well you get the jist, not a fancy hotel ok… Hut they really cut budget on everything. Just so you know.

Wow the hotel is amazing value. Recently most of the hotel has been renovated. Very fair room with great Wi-Fi and pillow top bed. I definitely recommend this as the best hotel for its price range in Trois Riveres.

The section renovated, has nice room but it is very very badly soundproofed. The rooms not renovated we do not agree at all! To party Yes, for matter is Not.

A reasonable, but old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is very poor. The air-conditioner is very loud and doesn't have climate control. The pillows were too soft. I believe they have renovated rooms in the hotel.

Good hotel, but was cold in some places. Some issues in the bathroom. Some of the rooms are renovated and really nice. Nice conference rooms.

Waiting for 15 minutes at the reception before someone comes to welcome us. Cleanliness is poor. There was hair in the bed. A lot of noise during the night although the reception did an intervention. I don't think I'm going back, I was very disappointed.

The room was nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom needs some work. The service at the front desk was crappie. When we called, we booked for 2 nights with a soccer team. First, the receptionist argued that we only had 1 night instead of 2. The whole team was spread out in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't that good and not a big selection. The eggs were horrible the taste and texture.

Good staff and good value.

The fourth is friendly and the hotel has a free breakfast.

Great price, great service. Two class of room with different price but not worth the higher price for upgrade. Cleanlyness is it and miss.

Horrible! Dirty rooms, bad customer service, dusty, no iron board/iron, no fridge, uncomfortable beds, dirty sheets, lights did not work and are about to fall down on you while you sleep.

Night staff was awful. Rooms are too expensive for what they are. Dont judge the hotel by the facade, inside it looks like a cheap motel.

Not clean, should not renovated just a part of the hotel. For the price on the side of the old Hall, not worth the price. Good home. Very disappointed. Next time will go elsewhere.

Walls cardboard, very noisy, fridge empty, impossible to be at peace. This is a disguised as hotel motel.

Go to an other place! ive been in more than 40 hotels in quebec and its the worst ive seen.
