The hotel is good!
Several lights burned in my suite.
Lunches are basic.
Some rooms are a bit noisy due to the proximity of the Laviolette Bridge.
The location is good.
The staff is nice.
The pool is clean!

The staff lies like aracheur of in exorbitant price (350.00) at night for an ordinary room worthy of a cheap motel with a small double bed room 412

Pay 200$ for a room that is 90 in November, inflated prices because there was a roommate of a doctor at three rivers and that there is more free room. It makes me not mind paying when it's worth the price. But I was very disappointed of the walls are made of cardboard if that is not the next room that wakes you up is the noise of the cars on the highway the matela is finished the springs we hurt the back. Horrible place.

Beautiful experience at the level of the comfort and hospitality of the hotel! we had the suite renovated to the taste of the day was superb and everything was very comfortable! the only negative point is the breakfast offered… very low end. We have not finished our breakfast because everything was very industrial and without "taste ". Apart from that, great stay!

This hotel is a " bike friendly "! Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms very comfortable. Attentive and friendly staff. I loved to spend the night at this location during my stay in the Three-Rivers bike.

The property is really well maintained, no time during my stay did I see dirt. Magré the proximity to the Laviolette Bridge the noise caused by traffic is not heard. The fifth star is not awarded because the general appearance of the place is outdated. I also enjoy the charging stations for electric vehicles offered free for hotel guests, the tennis court and the outdoor swimming pools.

This hotel is a vast joke, no charm or style. Blocked in the 50s and very old. Our room smelled of sweat and everything was very cheap. Motel passing for OK road but otherwise really to avoid apart if you want to live in the atmosphere of shining the story of a night.

A good hotel with helpful staff. Room was pleasant. Bed was a bit too hard. Bench seating in beakfast room is very tight to get into. Benches and tables are fixed to the floor.

This place is nice the pool is great it's a well located the prices are mid-range I guess it depends on the time of year I would recommend this hotels.

I loved my stay. I went on business. The staff were running.
My room had a fridge, a dining area and a separate bedroom. Internet access was fast. I would stay there again for sure.

A clean and comfortable hotel, a bit loud because of the proximity of the Laviolette Bridge. Point noted: There was no debarbouillette provided with the suite as is the case in all other hotels.

It was wonderful we completely unhooked from our routine the place very clean and warm if I can issue a comment having a DVD with USB Jack its would be great.

The rooms and regular suites are probably to classify 3 stars but the section prestige and better are very beautiful rooms 4 stars.

Well located ground floor. Affordable. Nice renovation. Ideal concept for a couple or a family at different times. Separate bedroom and living room. You can even receive it during an extended stay.

Excellent hotel, comfortable, I was given a suite for the price of a regular room. Basic lunch but at will. Specified to have room on the opposite side to the bridge for those sensitive to traffic noises.

Its bad but ya po of spas for a small detent PiS by its its very nice and clean the service is great and the lunch seper degusting we have for our money thanks to the staff.

Very happy with this place. Room was nice — little cramped once the pull out coach was opened. Pool outside was warm and clean, tennis courts a nice surprise. Front desk staff was patient with us trying our french. Location was noisy b/c of being close to the hwy, but that's also an advantage when traveling. Edit: breakfast the next morning was very much worth the $6!

Loved it. Nice big suite with a separate living room and pullout couch worked for our family. Breakfast buffet for $6 was worth it: eggs and sausages, coffee, and juice. The outdoor pool was small but refreshing, and the tennis court was fun to spend an hour on (racquets available for loan at the front desk). Would stay again!

Nice rooms, courteous staff, meh location but that doesn't bother me much. Decent selection of food for their breakfast. Gym could use a bit more equipment.

I take a coupon on shopico looking at the date restrictions on the coupon… there is no date restriction for the April 8, … call the hotel to make me say that the room I want is available… tell them that I have a coupon … make me say haa bin the the not we take them not the end of the week when we have guests we take them not… well the room that I ask for is available… I'm sorry but this is false representation… if the room is available and that the date restriction napparait not on the coupons I find it flat…

I enjoyed my night at this hotel but I was in a suite and the fact that there is that of the carpet and a big stack I didn't like at all I felt it right that there is a smell.

Beautiful rooms (queen bed and pull out bed), very clean and big, the staff was very nice. Also smart commodities in the rooms like easy accessible power outlets near the bed and soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower.

Very nice hotel in general with great services… On the other hand, some rooms have yet of the carpet which according to me is not very clean and can cause respiratory problems. The rooms (the 142 this week) is clean and contains all the necessary services.

It has not much shopped for our trip three-River, it was not very organize our business. Pretty improvised. One caught by the "4 stars" and we didn't really know the corner, but 170 (in txs) for a "2 beds suite" for one night, I would have expected a bcp sth more… Knowing the price of rents has the cheapest three-River (one of the 'big' cities) in Quebec, it is virtually of the vol. I've seen bigger than this motel rooms in my life. And they charge $ 6 per person for breakfast. It's not hugely expensive you might say but has 170/night for the small 2 1/2, we have them I would have expected that it is included. The only positive points: the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. But I still think that the price was a bit too expensive for what we got. Next time, I'm trying another hotel or AirBnb.

Very nice place, room was clean and fully equipped. We took the suite with Queen bed and hot tube for $159 and we had a blast.

We spent a long week end here and had an excellent suite. The suite was clean and came fully equipped. We would definately come back.

Poor insulation, you cannot watch TV and take a bath same time because someone will call or knock at the door to tell you to make less noise! Imagine a couple having fun! Poor breakfast set-up, small and crowded, with average food. Its clean but still smell cigarette smoke inside the room, not worth the $175 I paid to get a bath and king bed. Its been a long time since I saw tube TV's. Staff is great until you complain about your experience.

My spouse and I have love this hotel. We have reserve Room 415 with double whirlpool. Excellent value for money. We recommend this hotel. Service staff, incredible super competent and friendly, attentive to our needs. We look forward to our next visit.
