Friendly place, with excellent service in the restaurant and excellent food.

Beautiful small hostel with owners more than friendly and as the rest of the staff. The food… delicious!

Nothing to say for the restaurant very very good and beautiful plates and waitresses are excellent, excellent massage too and for the rest smell of humidity no air conditioning in my room, spa the jet walks half and for 4 to 6 people not very clean, the pool not heated clean decor hand outside leaves something to be desired. For me I will never go back.

Large rustic inn well laid out and quiet. Impeccable food. Large clean room with fridge. Only snag the air conditioning in our room does not work and the window does not open.

My spouse and I used a Tuango coupon for one night including supper and lunch. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly throughout the stay, the room was very clean and our meals at the restaurant were excellent. I took the lamb mouse which is one of their specialty and it was the best lamb dish I ate. The accompaniment was perfect and their choice of wine goes well with the dishes on offer.

I had bought a relaxing package for my daughter and her spouse for her birthday, as I had loved my experience already 5 or 6 years ago but my daughter did not appreciate so much, the person responsible for them kept stressing them between treatments for that they hurry… Allo relaxation package.

We were four people: all are unanimous for the quality of the food, generous portion and very nice presentation.

Organization of Group training through the work that lasted all day in a large room. Very good reception of the staff who gave the right directions to find the room. Hot Coffee/tea and snacks served at 10am and 3pm with a nice presentation. Very good meals and services at lunchtime too. I would gladly recommend it.

Excellent food, well presented dishes. Nice dining room, nice atmosphere. The room was very good. Spa cover Broken: So it could not be opened completely. Bottom of the spa very dirty, we did not dare to set foot. Disappointing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the food! We used a Groupon that included a 4 course dinner and a breakfast with a 1 night stay. The dinner was ***amazingly*** good, we ate so much we couldn't move after that… LOL. Breakfast was really tasty and generous too. The room was nice and clean, with a hair dryer and bathrobes included. We slept like a rock but we came from a long hiking in the Parc de la Mauricie, so I can't really tell you it was due to the bed LOL. The staff was nice and friendly, and there's a sir in particular who's quite funny. I would stay again, no coupon needed :)

Cute auberge / overpriced winelist The Den at the entrance with large fireplace is superb sitting area, We ordered wine before ordering our dinner and were in price shock, all bottles were almost x 3 of SAQ prices. Ridiculous We had a sweet valentines day dinner and the evening service was nice, the waiter was great Most of the dishes to select from though had an asian-chinese influence, we were expecting a more french style cuisine. We had the lamb that was well prepared But on the sweet side rather than savoury. The entrée was a duck Terrine which was perfect. The main challenge happened at breakfast! This poor waitress was alone to serve 9 tables and the kitchen seems disorganized which made her irritible to deal with, she was clearly overwhelmed, And with no help in site from management. Florence the morning waitress must go, she is harming the business! Clearly 1st time owners are running this Auberge They need help… but potential is there.

Bathroom in the room is not very clean. I have bad asthma and the spore is killing me! The air is not dry and its really cold. The food is good! The staff is funny and professionnal.

Nice place, super good service before event, then very disappointing! Bad service, scam, no way to be understood adequately since the owners do not speak French. Very disappointed! Not to mention the hidden costs left and right! In short, I strongly recommend!

We visited the Flores for a dinner, a night and a lunch which allows us to have a good idea of the services offered. First, the dinner was pleasantly surprising. The French menu with a Chinese twist was really interesting. The portions were generous but adequate. We loved everything we ordered. Regarding the room, it was large, clean and fairly well laid out. The bathroom was complete and worked well. We had a "classic" room. However, the rest of the hotel, the entrance hall, the lounge and the corridors were particularly icy. A point my girlfriend found particularly unpleasant. Finally, the lunch was really full and hearty. The coffee was suitable and it was possible to choose a tea or a hot chocolate to replace it. Sum up a great experience. Ideal for visiting the area.

Poor Service at lunch. Not enough employees. But we are as many customers as the night before dinner. Easy to predict the number of guests as lunch is included. After 40 minutes I still do not have my coffee. Probably my fault for ordering an espresso: (

Perfect atmosphere. Excellent food. Friendly and courteous staff. Only downside is the TV in the room and a carpet smell in the room. But the rooms are clean and the ambience wonderful.

Bad publicity. 1 Whirlpool only and small, plus it was not clean. The supper was good but it took 3 hours for a 4 services. Lunch served cold and a lot of waiting again. Sauna at $5 per person. A lot of disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel.

The place has a beautiful seal and a beautiful potential. To prepare our weekend in love, we relied to the photos presented on the website. Unfortunately, our expectations were really too high. We were supposed to dine in a romantic room, we ended up in a big room with a buffet, a entertainer and a dancing party. The heating of the room was closed. Two hours to warm up the little room. Toilet clogged, T. V. Tiny, outdoor spa without installation (really little inviting) and the walls of rooms in no way soundproof (My neighbor parks! ). The decoration mixes several styles without links together. As a whole, the food was good and the place is clean. In short, you do not have to have high expectations.

The package included access to the outdoor spa, massage service, dinner and four service as well as breakfast. At least one positive point but what long service… 2h 30 for dinner in my auto digesting as the meal. I have to tell you about the breakfast that has to last 2 hours in receiving my cold plate and toast or I would have been able to break the glass. Positive Point of the hotel, the courtesy of the employees. A chance that they are there to put the balm on our frustration and disappointment.

There is not a noise here me that comes from the city I could hear the void! It's a warm place! It's the flat calm! Excellent food with a great presentation! A chef who lives up to the task! I liked it very much!

Do not waste your money here! Worst service ever! I lost $ 130. He doesn't speak a word french or English, the beef is disgusting and does not to half of their customers. They have incorrectly installed the machine of pressotherapy to my mother and she had beautiful tell them in any imaginable way, they are gone and left him so. Another client was allergic to gluten and she asked them if she could have one puts gluten and the Lady said "eat… it's good! ".

I booked 3 nights March 3, 2015 for the end of March. The woman called me a few days later to tell me that the hotel would be closed until the end of may 2015. I was very disappointed and I asked for a refund. The lady would have to refund me at the same time.
Since then, I have received a refund for the $ 347 I paid. No response to my calls and no response to my email either.
Finally, I have to make a complaint to visa and my insurance on my credit card the refund. I have to pay in the meantime another package in another hostel. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this business.

A nice groupon package indicating a 'deal' for one night in a hostel with dinner "5" and a "spa", wow its was perfect for a weekend of lovers. Do you have! Let me explain:
-Our room: never seen anything so small, with a television 12 inches whose positions seemed nonexistent, a bathroom so small that there is trouble to be two;
-The famous spa (when noted spa in a brochure, everyone expects a waterfall with an inlaid hot bath or something of the sort) : biiiin no, there was a spa 6 places as we might find in our neighbour, with a curfew at 9: 00.
-Dinner 5 courses, including one of the services is found to be a tiny ball of sobet. Apart from this, the food was very good its at least we can give them.
