We were very well served.
Unfortunately we received uncooked meat in my burger and I am told that it is ok because it is precooked 🤦 ♂️
In addition my wife found an insect in the salad of her poke bowl.
We were given a 20% discount despite not eating.
I gave it back to the waitress because she was very nice.

Super good food… shitty service. You had to run after the waiter to get the menu, a glass of water. After waiting for a coffee and dessert we threw the towel.

Very disappointed never take the cheese fondue for two to $50. Two picks, a grainy fondue that does not hang on dry, non-fresh bread. Nothing more, no raw vegetables etc.
Very bad for the city of Baie St-Paul. Not the desire to come back.

Had the “Beef Wellington” (Mince Beef Wellington). It was adequate. Found it odd, when the owner/manager double checked the receipt to verify if I had tipped the waitress. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. Will not be going back.

The white sangria is very good and we each took spaghetti with bolognese! It's not the best we ate but all in all, very good!

We booked the suite of this small 2 star hotel. The room was fine, spacious, huge bathroom with hot tub, very clean. Two in, the rent of the rooms is an accessory for the owners compared to the rusrio below, which means noise and smell of cooked from the early hours of the morning, the other is the welcome, they considered us very little, busy in the management of the room, a little infamyded by the fact that they did not understand well what we were asking, because they were taken by the service at the tables. Total disinterest in non-functioning Wi-Fi, which we could not use for the whole of our stay.

Absolutely the worst dinner experience! Should have realized when we saw a flurry of house flys around our table before we were seated close to the kitchen. The food was way over priced and was tasteless! We sent back a burnt burger top only to have it reappear with the next burger! DO NOT EAT HERE!

We did eat with our dogs outside at the terrace. Moule et frites. Very fresh food.

My partner and I visited the Orange Bistro after buying a package on GroupOn. This package included 2 nights, a dinner table d'hôte for two and a lunch or dinner for two, as well as access to a nearby Spa and discounts on local shops. The two rooms we stayed in were Immaculate, air-conditioned, equipped with a mini fridge and a freezer, a coffee maker and a hair dryer. The Super King bed was clean and comfortable. On the food side, the elements of the table d'hôte menu that we tasted were divine. The breakfast was OK, and the evening menu was excellent. The service to a little varied during the stay, but basically, I am very satisfied. I recommend it warmly!

We ate there and the food was more than bland, badly primed and in addition the cooking left really to be desired (the potatoes were not even cooked in addition to not being seasoned) the glasses were dirty and plastic. I strongly recommend it because it is a restaurant of poor quality and too expensive for what they offer.
Beware of the Orange Bistro, its two stars are warning signs of poor quality, but this is not representative yet, because it deserves at most 1.

General Tao disappointing and serving too small.

As a restaurant, the prices are a bit expensive compared to the quality of the products. As a hotel, really average because the bed has a mattress really too soft, the heating makes a noise of hell, to light the main light one is obligated to climb on the bed, several switches that do not fit, television with a quality Very low.

Well located, good food, very good even, nice wine list, comfortable room, what to ask for better? That the innkeepers of the regions have a better staff stability. The scarcity of staff becomes obvious and the innkeepers have to make compromises that can harm their industry. It must be recognized to keep our regions open. Long live these brave people.

We spent 2 nights in this hostel, it was really great!
The building is very well located… you can really almost do everything on foot, the Massif has only 25 min. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant menu was delicious either for lunch or dinner, everything was really good! And the service of the perfect staff, a warm welcome… I return without hesitation =)

We stayed two nights with my husband thanks to Groupn's promotional offer no information on dinner and dinner result we left the without having dinner or lunch or dinner very disappointed I do not recommend it absolutely no there are Best Places in the area.

Very bad experience. We booked for a package (group) that included the night, supper and lunch the next day. The owner invites us to arrive at 3pm to take possession of the room. At 4:00, there is no one, the trade is closed. At 5pm we finally have our room. The owner advises us that we can go down to the restaurant for lunch the next morning from 9am. We show up at 9:30 and the employee mentions that no cook is coming home this morning. Finally, he proposes to credit us lunch since no cook can enter before 11am. We bring back the bill and we have never been reimbursed. Very bad experience, we do not recommend this stay. Owner's explanation: Dead season in January. Very little crowded.

Nice looking place, service was good. We ate breakfast here and it was tasty.

We have a very good service the appetizers, the soup and the desserts were good quality. However the main dishes left to desired fries frozen too cooked in a plate at $48 it is unacceptable the piece of meat full of nerves and we serve a salad as accompaniment in the main course a little more originality would be to Implementation.

I had dinner with a friend on a 2 day stay in Charlevoix. She had serious poisoning to the mussels! Not just a sore heart… Ambulance and night in the hospital. I spoke with the chef the next day, he told me he would call me back to give me news…?!? I was not even offered a minimum to repay the supper. How to spoil the little time we had!

Absolutely terrible experience and food totally not worth it. Offer a very limited amount of menu items between 3 & 5 pm. Ordered "nachos" and french fries. Nachos nothing more than teeny cups of sour cream, salsa & guacamole (? ). Then ordered soup du jour which was advertised as vegetable. It was just terrible tasting broth with no substance. TERRIBLE FOOD/SERVICE — do not recommend to anyone.

Visit early August 2017. Bad service, bad food.
Besides the fact that we were put aside on a table too small because we did not take a full meal, everything was slow except the addition.
We felt like we were disturbing.
What was served to us was not good.
The boss is unpleasant.

Food was good and portions adequate. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and serves many local specialties. When dining with promotional meal vouchers, the serving staff, through friendly, constantly remind you that tipping should be based on the full value of the ordered meal. I found this somewhat distasteful.

We stayed at the beginning February 3 nights has Orange Bistro, and we were really happy. The room was very nice, clean. We had a 2 night stay with breakfast and dinner… On the other hand, we were not having lunch because we went skiing before the restaurant opens, but the owners have made us a small lunch for skiing instead, it was much appreciated and very good. Evening dinners were really gourmet, so much so that we decided to stay one night more. Recommend!

Price is correct. Food is average.

We stopped for lunch, and they had not heated the place yet… We felt like in an arena just before going on the ice. Small potatoes were the McCain frozen. Very flat atmosphere. I'm not going back.

The reviews looked great so I went. The menu is very odd, the only normal meal was a burger. The burger meat was grade F meat like I was at a chip truck and the fries were greasy and soft instead of crispy.

Terrace heated, staff very friendly, good price / quality ratio, good food. The formulas table d'hote, a consultant.

Disappointing meal, amateur, lack of refinement in flavors and arrogant and pretentious service. How local is no guarantee of quality. Just too expensive for what we got.

Very affordable local cuisine, the melted cheese with mushroom is a must. Very friendly service but we have wait a little too.
