Everything, very good and local products.

I really enjoy this place! The ambiance is great, I love the decor as they kept the Old brick & beams are exposed. With the river right by the Mill, great food and actually no cellphone signal inside it's the perfect place to be off the grid or bring a date… As for the staff, manager is cool, waitress beautiful! I would of had a few drinks but during my entire meal, she came to see me once! I was at the bar lol… Beautiful but litteraly no people skills but what a great place to go with friends!

I went there to the hostel located at the top of the bistro. Very good ratio, quality price. The restaurant offers a limited menu so not for an elaborate meal but it's fine.

From the beautiful grounds to the excellent bistro, passing of course through the hostel and the rooms, everything is perfect here.
The staff is exemplary: outstanding and personalized service, exemplary cleanliness of the space and a particularly welcoming atmosphere.

Great experience! The place is superb, both outdoors and indoors. The food is excellent. The rooms are of exemplary cleanliness. But above all thanks to Gioia for her excellent service throughout the day. She knows how to adapt very well to her clients. Thank you a thousand times, we'll be back to see you!

Friendly and relaxing place, staff smiling and friendly and excellent food. The Mac'n Cheese is to fall on the ground! Definitely worth a visit.

If it's just for the restaurant I would give 5 stars. It was excellent. On the other hand for the hostel I would give 1 star. Reason? The Friends of one of the waitresses were staying in the next room and giggling, screaming in the room and the hallway. Then get woken up at 4:00 in the morning by cries of pleasure (it was rather funny). Let's say that soundproofing is to work!

Place to discover, "Bistro/Brasserie" style food excellent. Many local products, real local products prepared by producers whose address is known. Excellent service. I'll go back.

Pleasantly surprised! The hostel is small but the rooms spotless and with enough to spend a pleasant evening.
The restaurant deserves a separate mension, as it is very well conceived. The service was very good and the dinner insurmountable. I strongly recommend this place that has, to finish, an excellent quality/price report.

Good local food. Nice atmosphere Service not extremely fast but very acceptable for a supper. Very nice and polite server. Only downside in my opinion is the brightness pretty dark at my table I like to see my plate and all these colors. That's what caused the 5th star to lose. This is a more constructive comment than negative I still really enjoyed my experience.

Very nice restaurant at the level of the historical preserved stamp, the decoration and the cosy atmosphere. Impeccable service, tasty food and choices on the menu that comes out of the ordinary without being extravagant. I really liked the choice of music that contributed to the muffled ambience and a sound level that we don't need to shout at our partner. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Pub atmosphere, good food & beers, I recommend. You can also sleep there if you don't feel like driving back to the city.

Worst customer care I have ever seen in my life. Do not eaven think of organising any activity there they will treat you badly.

Beautifully renovated building with terrace and garden. Excellent selection of local wines on produce. Note that currently they have no hot food on Mondays and Tuesday just a sharing platter of cold cuts and cheeses — but it was very good.
