We booked a room on the first floor because it was the only available one and was a little disappointed that we didn't get to have a view from our window, but once I opened the door, I was surprised by how big it was. I don't know about the floors above me but this was as big as a suite. It even had a door leading to the outside with a porch of our own along with lawn chairs. Their bar is a little small but it'll get the job done from a tiring day. The outside might look a little bland but the interior makes up for it, if albeit a little.

Correct as a hotel. The reception was ok no more. Price acceptable and very close to the old Victo.

We have a surprise party with +/— 20 people. The service was very slow. A table part (the first table had finished their meal before the 2nd receives the dishes) and almost 1h30 between the order and our main meal. I can understand that in the kitchen it is not obvious however despite our dissatisfaction and complaints no discounts or compensation were offered to us… very disappointed. Very expensive for a bad evening…

A bit tight for a convention, but the hotel is OK. The service is courteous and the food served very well. The only snag: the doors are not designed to accommodate travelers with luggage. No automatic opening or rotating doors and no doormen. Not obvious when you're loaded.

Despite the kindness of the employees, the stay was unpleasant. The sheets were stained with blood, towels and washcloths yellowed and seriously repulsive. The dirty bathroom, the air ducts clogged with dust. The wind was entering through the cracks in the walls. Really heartbreaking.

Nice room we were the room next to the stairs not ideal the gents come down and shows the stairs running at any time in brief it's a nice hotel but it's noisy depending on the location of the room.

Crappy Service! Shameless receptionist, no vocabulary and no class that was bred with pigs. Customer service is definitely not his strength. Probably a career shift would be to be considered. Place to avoid absolutely.

Good reception. Nice staff For the room it's something else. Unpleasant smell when entering, lots of problems with the bathroom. Toilet valve that does not close, bath not very clean, bath faucet that leaks taste to taste continually and ironically the faucet does not work so we could not take shower. We notified the reception and we were only entitled to a "sorry".

Good hotel with facilities and prices reasonable.

Sum go for a hockey tournament, nice spacious room, very accommodating for teams with private room and buffet served directly in the room. The kids loved the pool and spa.

I didn't have the privilege of spending the night, however, the staff that greeted me to the conference room were very nice and helpful.

Then the waitress chased me down because I only tipped 8%. She said it's mandatory to tip 15% but I wasnt happy with my service.

Great hotel in Victoriaville. Clean and well appointed rooms with a great restaurant in house.

The room was cozy and warm. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working but it doesn't really matter. We also had breakfast at the hotel, I ate bacon and eggs, everything was good except that the potatoes were fried instead of grilled. A good experience overall.

A great stay! Courteous staff, nice and clean rooms, decently large TV, and the beat part, blazing fast Wi-Fi! A lot of shopping and food nearby. No complimentary breakfast but that's no big deal. Great overall.

Good place where spend time with family or for the work trip. The restaurant is open early for breakfast, the bar is good but without draft beer. The swimming pool in not big but jacuzzi is confortable. The rooms are clean the employer are gentile. Good place…

You don't go here because you want to. You go here because you have to! the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. During winter, it's not a pretty sight. i was here for the christmas office party. they put me in a 2 bed room with a flat screen, free Wi-Fi and free coffee. the shower is some old mechanism that i've never seen before. Had to ask for help because I couldn't figure it out. The beds are not the most comfortable thing in the world but you're in the middle of nowhere, can't expect luxury food wise, there's an all you can eat hot american breakfast buffet which is not bad. As for dinner, my steak was swimming in a sea of sauce and they didn't ask how you like your steak done which is a big no no. Could be an oversight but it was the same for my coworkers. all in all, it's ok for a out of nowhere hotel. The front desk is helpful and friendly but service is slow though. Expect to call twice/three times or to go directly to them. there's a spa and a pool that you can use. It was closed when I was there though.

Parking sucks because the tretoire of concrete is too high so all the scratchen their bumber cars. Was not the only one.

Always a nice experience. Been here a few times.

First off, you get in your room and realize there is no hand soap nor tissue box. Then, the A/C is obsolete and was probably installed in the '70s. The spa wasn't functionning and very dirty, not maintained. Disgusting. The restaurant is very good however. I've been here a few times and the last few times were bad so next time I'm staying at the Quality Inn (brand new).
