I love it! We are there & the quality/price is well worth a visit. Warm welcome, super beautiful hotel and up to date, the room is very clean and the bed super confo. And what about the restaurant La Griffe, a 5 star in my opinion. Love the huge bath in our room (super convenient with a 10 month old baby). & charges for electric cars.
Our first visit to this hotel & really not our last.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We booked for spring break. To enjoy their beautiful pool and it was under renovation,, no indication on the hotel website that the pool was under renovation,, it's not honest. So next time we will go to the Universal Hotel.

We loved our 3 night stay at Hotel Lévesque! Very good service at all levels. The meal at La Griffe restaurant is worth a visit. Our Waitress Audrey C. Was friendly, personable and professional.

Booked and received confirmation of room. Went to check in they over booked. Currently I am sleeping in the lobby. Fun times! The lack of professionalism is only surpassed bu their incompetence.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a gem! I spent one night here on journey and it was amazing! Best hotel I ever stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a lot!
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept it. Fluffy goose down pillows and crisp sheets made for a perfect nights sleep on a king sized bed after a 10 hour drive.
The shower was beyond perfect! Soaps were nice and had a fresh scent. Towels were luxurious!
Room was gigantic! Tons of space if you wanted to have a family in there! Ideal for a staycation!
My only regret is that I got a parking lot view, which is perfectly fine as my intent was just to sleep. Had this been a romantic trip, I would have requested a River view room.
I arrived too late and will leave too early to try the restaurant, but the menu looks delicious and very reasonably priced.
Speaking of reasonably priced, this place was a steal at $114 for the night. Well worth every single penny… and then some.
I’ll be certainly making this a stop on future trips!

Very nice Hotel with restaurant, bar and other facilities you’d expect to find at a spa hotel. Friendly staff and good location. Rivière-du-Loup is a charming little city on the shores of the St. Lawrence River.

Very clean and very comfortable.

The booking service misunderstood my dates of stay and therefore charged me an overnight stay that I did not book. The concierge refuses to understand and shows no knowledge of living and knowing how to be.

Amazing hotel,. Great service,. So clean, we stayed at the suit and WOW. We're definitely coming back. This hotel is ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but it deserve the 5 stars.

Excellent hotel, decent pricing compared to other places. The hotel is clean, beautifully appointed and the staff are excellent and accommodating. The restaurant is a true gem with amazing food at decent price points. They also have an amazing selection of Scotch at the bar. The bartender is very nice and works hard to get the drinks out in a timely fashion.

Very nice staff and the room are good, but when you book a hotel with a pool but can’t use it it’s not nice. Too much chlorine and the had a hard time too breath, even us the parents. Manager was advised and nothing changed.

My spouse and I will never go to this place again. I have never been so disappointed.

I have stayed here numerous times when travelling to PEI. The desk staff are always friendly, the rooms are very nice, the beds super comfortable and the restaurant and bar never disappoints.

Pros: Very nice hotel. Nicely appointed. Very helpful staff. Nice view of St Lawrence River. Cons: Breakfast not included. Bathtub too high making it difficult to get in and out. Restaurant did not open until 7 AM on weekends yet opened at 6:30 during the week.

I've stayed here three times now. Once a year on my way back to the Maritimes from Ontario. This is a great hotel with large comfortable modern rooms and a restaurant that has improved on each stay. This stay my dinner was excellent! Due to heavy traffic getting through Montreal I was quite late for dinner, arriving around the time most people were leaving. However, I received great service and was not rushed at all — so I was able to really savour the delicious dinner. Even when they were setting up for the next morning's breakfast they didn't work in my area of the restaurant — leaving it quiet until I left. Very much appreciated. I will stay here every time a stop fits in with my plans. In fact, since my first stay, I make an effort to adjust my plans so that I can stay here!

Clean, modern, convenient. Staff were professional and polite and switched to English smoothly for us even though we were speaking in French. The hotel restaurant was excellent (food & 5 star table service) if not a little to high end for weary travelers in shorts. For us, the hotel was a stop between N. S. And Ontario. Fyi… Pool was very small for number of travelers with kids.

Lovely hotel with fantastic view. Great service, very comfortable bed, and great breakfast for the $12 package charge. Food and drinks on the patio were also excellent. Room was very well appointed and clean. Would return to this hotel the next time we are travelling through this area.

This is a quiet, welcoming and relaxing hotel. I recommend this place this is the 2nd time we go there and we were enchanted. We were on the 4th floor facing the river. Great view. Very good stay.

LOVED this Hotel. The pair at the front desk were extremely friendly. The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff in the Bar were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the shower… amazing. My daughter has nothing but gushing comments about the pool as well. The price is right and you get more than what you pay at this Best Western. I highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly, and if you are worried, yes they're bilingual. The restaurant food is really good and the service was way above what you'd expect from Best Western. The pool is clean and the aesthetics place looks great. My room is excellent with a great view of the St. Lawrence River. I'd come back.

We celebrated our wedding there and we can only highly recommend this place. The service received was impeccable, all the staff seemed to care that we and our families had a memorable time. They got ahead of our requests, the service was impeccable and courteous, with the little extra that made all the difference in hospitality. A big thank you and you can be proud of your team! The place is beautiful, but I mostly remember the little touches you had both day of our stay!

What a comfort! three nights of dreams. I went for work but I felt like I was on vacation once back at the best. The restaurant La Griffe offers a magnificent view of the sunsets.

Went there for a work trip. The hotel personel had their hands full with a symposium going on but everybody has done their best to serve me. Even within the hotel being full and all. Plus I had a wonderful view of the st Laurence River.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good working Wi-Fi. Good fitness facility. Good restaurant on-site.

We had a wonderful week end we ate well the comfortable bed, but a microphone in the room would be nice, the world that works are great and restaurant side very good service and very good, we plane a package with care and fabulous care side I Going back this summer, and I recommend this ¸ H hotel has all, its definitely worth it, continue your good service… except at the reception I was very disappointed.

Hotel well located, very clean, good comfort in the rooms and the staff did everything in their power to help you. The bar lounge is very good, bistro menu correct, cosy ambience. Breakfast very good and good service. Varied and good Sunday Brunch. Well accommodating for snowmobilers. The trail has direct access to the hotel. Common shelter for snowmobiles and place to leave the truck and trailer (unsecured, but well. Maybe there are cameras. We don't have a great distance to walk to enter our luggage like other hotels around the corner.

We stayed here on a snowmobile trip. Top notch place with a really nice restaurant. The staff went out of their way a number of times to accommodate my wife and I. Nice view of the St. Lawrence.

This is a wonderful place to stay at very clean nice people great food great staff very nice spa and the massage was the cherry on top.

Rooms are comfy and modern and there is a nice restaurant and bar. You don't have to leave the hotel once you check in. Beware the rooms that are at the far east side of the hotel as the walls are thin and can be noisy. We could hear someone coughing all night. It is a long walk too. Staff are all very nice and efficient.

Small indoor spa very good and hot, very comfortable room. I went there alone to relax, for a night with a President package that includes a sea plate, a drink. Congratulations really good! Really top and the chocolate fudge is absolutely delicious. The back massage with Francis is great.

We were there for a professional meeting. The hummingbirds room was fine. The staff were welcoming and courteous. The Sunday brunch is excellent and very varied. The best brunch in the area!

Being a regular member of the best Western banner I confirm that this hotel meets all expectations and is one of the best establishments in Canada. The staff are happy to welcome us and answer all our requests with a smile. The décor is very modern and of exemplary cleanliness. The quality of the bed is wadding and the shower is modern and clean.

We froze all night because of an outer door that let the wind pass. No compensation or even simple excuses. Pity the place is superb and without that comfortable and modern with an excellent restaurant and an interesting indoor spa. In winter, if there is big wind ask if the outer door is waterproof without it the air exchanger will work constantly. As a result, your mucous membranes and ears will suffer and the experience is really negative.

Very nice and modern I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel on my way to Nova Scotia. The hotel is easy access from the highway and the front desk staff (Pierre) was very helpful in finding me a room. My room had 2 queen beds with lots of room. The furnishings were new and contemporary. The bed was very comfortable with a very soft duvet as well as soft pillows. The bathroom was very modern as well and it was very clean. I went to the pub at the hotel and I was impressed by my waiter — Nathan. We chatted and I had a very good meal with an amazing dessert. This meal was worth every penny. I had my breakfast at the hotel in the morning before I left. My waitress was very nice and attentive — she kept coming back to my table with fresh coffee. When I checked out in the morning Pierre was there to help with a very efficient check out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing by on the Trans Canada Highway. High marks for sure.

The hotel has everything you need, a nice restaurant, bar, easy walking distance to other places, etc. But wow, this may well have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Like sleeping on a cloud. Easy access to the ferry to St Simeon was the main attraction, but I'd return to this hotel in the future if my plans bring me to R du L again.

No transparency for room service. Very slow to prepare the rooms on arrival. The cards were not working on arrival. Disappointing.

Outstanding hotel. Very modern and very clean. Great value for what you pay for. The only complaint is the lack of English channels on tv. Maybe perhaps offer guests DVDs and dvd player in the rooms in the future. We will be back someday.

Superbe in everyway except the pool was small. Slept on a cloud. Very modern and clean. State of the art gym. Spa products available on site. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Staff very friendly.

The service is amazing! The hotel is just wow! You have to take advantage of the view of the river! The sunset is beautiful from the 4th and 10th century!

Very nice hotel, brand new with a beautiful architecture and a highlight of the view of the river. A welcome to the clientele however very very ordinary considering the investment. Good breakfast at a decent price and a splendid view.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed ion. From check-in to check-out it was five star. Our room was superb as was the bed and basthroom. The restaurant was superb in its service and its food. The atmosphere was open and bright with views of the St Lawrence. We will return! Be sure to reserve ahead as we did because it was fully booked when we arrived and they had to turn people away. Keep up the good work!

Great hotel, staff was very helpful. Restaurant is nice and food is good. Pool is rather small but does the work. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. If you need a bath (i. E. For small children), ask for it when you book otherwise you can end up with a walk in shower only. The staff helped us change room but save yourself the trouble and ask prior to your arrival.

Staff friendly and smiling, rooms very clean and modern and the pool is small but well maintained. Also, restaurants offer tasty choices at a good price. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back next time I am in Rivière-du-Loup.

Restaurant on site is extremely expensive for supper. Pool deck is very slippery when wet. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was great value for good food.

Easy access from the highway. Very clean new hotel. Rooms are in style up to date. Beautiful view. Comfy bed. Great staff on the desk. Expected a breakfast included with the room as I thought was advertised on site but not so.

I give 4 stars, but the restaurant service needs to be improved. Waiting for 40 minutes for lunch (after giving my choice) it's too long. We thought the cook was absent. As for the rest, everything was excellent, either service, courtesy, cleanliness, etc…

My wife and I and our daughter had a lovely stay at this hotel while travelling from southeastern Ontario to Fredericton. The review views from our room (worth the extra small cost) and from the restaurant were marvellous. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, linens and towels seem to be new, lots of space for luggage etc. The bathroom was also very up-to-date — good shower, good counter space by the sink. The restaurant was very special — excellent menu and the food as wonderful as one hoped from the menu — good wine choices. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant were exceptionally hospitable. We make this trip once or twice a year and it is always a wonderful opportunity to enjoy this part of Quebec — the wide river, the Laurentions across the river, and cultural warmth, and the gastronomic experience!

Really nice modern and clean Hotel.

Great hotel with large and clean rooms. Helpful staff who speak both French and English. The pool isn't very large but the restaurant has a great carte and very friendly staff. The food is prepared quicky and the have a delicious seafood selection.

Booking from 10 June 2016 for 4 people. Dining ¨La Griffe¨ = good atmosphere — Claudette (our waitress) very well-intentioned and at the service of its customers. And a big THANKS to the chief executive Mrs worked for the variety of its menu and the quality of the food. Get inspired by the entry of the Trio of salmon or scallops chutney. And why not duck breast accompanied by an entry of foie gras. It will surely be another appointment. Bravo!

It was great! The hotel had this classy style but not too much as to feel too out of place. It was very comfortable and we had amazing service!

For me, it's the only accommodation solution when I go down to Wolf River. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are courteous and professional, the rooms are wonderful, the décor is sumptuous… I've never seen anything negative at Hotel Levesque. Go without hesitation!

While staying in Riviere-du-Loup we dined at the restaurant in the Best Western Hotel. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the service was superb. My husband commented that the steak was the best that he had had in quite sometime. I really enjoyed the gnocchi. We would both recommend a stop at this lovely dining room.

This is a very nice hotel. The service was impeccable. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who will want to spend beautiful moments in this city.

Completely new renovated hotel. Now a Best Western Plus hotel. Everything was new. Very comfortable, modern room and bath.
It was a pity, that we could stay only one night.
