Perfect very comfortable bed.

Nice quick check in. Room was a nice size and very clean. Fire alarm went off at 5am but that was not a big deal we just got up and left a hour earlier than we had planed.

Nice hotel, clean, close to the water and plenty of quaint cafes!

Room OK, but very average breakfast (bcp too little room! Sometimes you have to eat in the lobby because more room)

Great need for outdoor maintenance (courtyard full of potholes)
Inside the carpets are far from reflecting cleanliness.

The room was clean. On the other hand for lunch, there was only about fifteen seats in a fairly small room, really not ideal with young children.

It's worth staying as it's not too expensive and it's cozy enough for a nice sleep. Everything was clean and top-notch. It's also a quiet place of the town and it's close to a Metro grocery store, which is perfect when you just need a snack and you don't want to go to the main city center. But Rimouski is a great city for the view on the river from the city center, and if you are like me and would rather walk to there, it's about 20-30 minutes walk to reach the great view.

Quick. CHeck in, clean, dated furniture, walking distance to downtown and Hospital.

If I could give 0 I would. Bed so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the sofa. Badly clean room with stuff that drags on the floor of former occupants. Dust, and so on. Staff welcome cold and telling me that it's quite normal, the beds are only 3 years old. "they are new" that she told me. Nevertheless, they are as hard as rock. Can't get compensation or anything. In addition lunch is not edible and you have to wait to have seating so it's small. In short, I do not recommend.

This place was decent. Originally, we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous people checked out — but once we let the front desk know, they quickly changed our room to a different one.

Room OK But expensive for the guy. Smell of staleness emanating from the air conditioner. Ridiculously small dining room for room number. We were forced to go to eat elsewhere for the morning. Too bad because lunch was included… Remains to be seen if we are going to have a discount (I write this from the restaurant lunch and suspense for the sequel! ) Ok The following: We have to go straight from the reception desk there were people who complained hahahaha a real farce… Restaurant Normandin We're coming!

I have stayed at the Confort Inn in Rimouski many times over the years and I have always received excellent service.

OK overall, but requires a bit of soundproofing. Great reception.

Great service and very good location! A little bit outside the town center but you can get food (Metro grocery store) within 100 m, there is also a drug store (Uniprix) and a SAQ next to it. They accept pets with a small fee, no matter how many you have or how many night you stay! I was weary but I highly recommend it! Very quiet; majority of customers had dogs, the nights we stayed there and you couldn't hear a thing! Breakfast is included also. 5 minute drive from town center but a lot of amenities nearby!

We stayed there two nights with my husband and we would say ratio/quality excellent price! Breakfast is understood in the price and there is a choice it's nice. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable (for those who like the mattresses hard) and quiet overall. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the required commodities, great comfort in room.

We stayed there one night with our dog. The dog circulates without prejudice in the hotel and the staff is welcoming and understanding (the dog talked on arrival and departure). Several rooms with patio door. Bike path behind the hotel. Coffee available for take-out at the reception (continental breakfast also included). There is also a dog park a 3.5km from the hotel.

This hotel was ok. Bed was descent and the pillows were good. Washroom was standard and everything felt clean. It was a but noisey. I think it was water pipe sounds but they were quite loud in the morning and it work me up. Abruptly. I would stay here again if I had to.

Nice place overall. Room was clean but needed to be aired out. We were on the ground floor which was very convenient as the room had a dedicated spot right outside for our car. The continental breakfast was pretty good, even had fresh Belgian waffles — come early though as breakfast gets busy. Note, there is a Metro right next door so you can grab something to eat.

Room was reserved for 3. Only had towels for 2 people. Also pull out couch mattress was very poor. Otherwise room was clean and suitable.

Price a little high for the type of room, but clean and a friendly staff, breakfast included, but regular is used be same (waffles, muffins, toast) for eggs and bacon let it is a chemical and far from the real turned eggs taste. Accepts dogs, it's the reason we go to this hotel, (±10$ per day) for the dog.

Bon rapports qualité-prix. Chambre impeccable, personnel sympathique.

Had really good service and clean rooms.
