The service was Exceptional! This hotel have a pool so fun with kid! And they accept the pet! 2 days at this hotel and I will return next few years!

Nice and modern and has a pool.

Awful night sleep on a very worn out mattress. Highly recommend avoiding room 119 until the mattress has been replaced. Brought the issue to the staffs attention in the morning and we were offered a small discount. Honestly, they should be ashamed to let anyone sleep on a mattress that worn out. There is no way this issue was missed as there was about a 4-6" dip in the mattress. On a side note the breakfast area is far too small to serve everyone in the hotel. We had to stand and eat as there was no place to sit.

Friendly staff, tasteful continental breakfast — would stay again if back in the area.

Great location 10 min from Charlottetown. Spacious and clean rooms. Good decent breakfast.

Very clean hotel, very large room with fridge and free drink, very clean, very competent and friendly staff! Breakfast correct. Only downside, our room being placed above the front door, it slapped very often! Otherwise good soundproofing.

Stayed Thur. Aug 9. Our request for rooms next to each other on the ground was not passed on by the booking site. All rooms were booked but the staff went above and beyond to see that we had two rooms next to each other. It took three staff a lot of effort but they made it happen. Great service and highly recommend. Rooms were large and very clean.

We were lucky to find this room on short notice. The staff were very receptive and courteous.
The room and service were way beyond what we were expecting.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Quality Inn location. The room was very comfortable, the pool was huge, breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was extremely family friendly. Best of all, the staff was outstanding in their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make our visit one of a kind. Their hospitality was warm and genuine. Thank you especially to Ashley and Tammy for being absolutely terrific!

Room was very tiny 4 for adults. Requested queen size bed only got 2 full size beds. Very tight even with roll off bed but couldn’t use it was too big to open in room. Also had a milldue smell in room. Did mention it to person at desk.

Clean rooms. Free real breakfast, not just a muffin. Good price. Close to many things. Recommended hotel.

We recently stayed there with our hockey team. Rooms were clean, pool area was clean. Overall service by Albert and his staff was exceptional for everyone who attended. I would recommend staying here.

The staff and check in were pleasant and efficient. Our room was a good size with very comfortable beds and was very clean. The location was quiet, being about 5 minutes outside Charlottetown, but close to the highway. Breakfast was included and delicious. The only negative was a lack of towels at the pool… we had to go back to our room and get the room towels. Still a wonderful nights stay!

Nice hotel with a large, comfortable room! A good Continental breakfast with the usual choices. They also have an indoor swimming pool with slide and a small fitness room.

Decent room with a decent breakfast at a decent price. What more do you want?

Once again this hotel went above and beyond for our staycation, We were greeted warmly as we arrived and then to our surprise a special treat in our room with a hand written note, this absolutely made us feel so special. Each evening there was popcorn in the lobby my daughter loved this. The pool, the room and the staff are all amazing the whole atmosphere makes you feel at home. We will continue to enjoy our staycations here and continue to highly recommend to our friends.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all the years we have been traveling to Pei the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family and help us out the rooms were very spacious and clean and we loved the slide at the pool. A special thank you to Ashley for helping us out on the first night we were there after my son got sick. You are definitely a great representative for that hotel. I would also like to mention that I spok with Albert when calling to book my room calling and when I had to call a few different times to make changes, he went above and beyond to accommodate any of my request kudos to you, another great representative for the hotel.

Room was spacious, clean and neat. Pool was nice but missed the hot tub. The free hot breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

Good place to stay. Room was clean. Bed a little softer than what I am use to. You can hear a little noise through the walls. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Pool was great. Check in was friendly, received a free local beer! Try to get a room on the back. It is quieter. This was the only brand name hotel on labour day weekend I found that was not gouging you for a stay. Would stay again no problem.

Door was so close to the bed I thought we were going to hit it every time we walked in. The housekeeping staff didn't vacuum or tidy, they only made the beds. We could tell because there was dirt and sticks from a hike still on the floor and even a stick in the bed under the covers. No elevator so if you have a lot or heavy luggage good luck.

This hotel is recently renamed from Motel 8 to Quality Inn. Absolutely no improvements have been done besides changing the name. You will pay more for getting a room in a run down motel. Quality Inn has really let us down.

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and given all the information needed for my stay. I was given some great recommendations for places to eat that night. The staff know the area well and are eager to share their favourite spots. The breakfast bar attendant was very friendly and the breakfast bar was well stocked and very clean, despite the large crowd of kids (hockey tournament in town). Overall, impressed and delighted. Absolutely would stay again.

Well, the beds are really soft and sink in the middle, the rooms are smelly, the pool room is improperly ventilated and has an overpowering smell of chlorine/bromine. The top sheets on the beds seem like they've been here forever and feel as such too… Overall, it hasn't been well maintained inside at all. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, I'm sure you could find something better in the area.
