Great place at an affordable price. Big rooms with comfy beds, and that's all I really need on a road trip! Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

We just had a very nice time at this Inn. The breakfast is just delicious, 4 types of cereal, hot omelette, crispy bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, make your own waffle, toast white or brown, bagels, egg muffin, small donuts, small bran muffins, etc. Apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee, all kinds of different yogurts (it was fun trying different ones and I discovered I liked them all), hard boiled eggs to name a few things. Each morning the meat and eggs part was change i. E. Western omelette and crispy bacon, next morning cheese omelette and then sausage. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. We were there for a funeral and they gave us a bereavement rate I never even know there was that kind of rate. The room was ok but as others have said needs to upgraded one section had a small square section of wallpaper falling off. I would make the desk smaller so you have an easier passage between the desk and the bed and last but not least they are very environmentally friendly except I had no recycle bin to put my cans, toilet paper rolls, newspapers, etc. In. Thanks again though for all your help through this time It was sure appreciated. Its also very handy to downtown, stores, etc.

Rooms very clean, staff very helpful. The location was fairly noisy on the main street through the area but was quiet inside the room.

I Cigarette ashes in non smoking room heater. Other than that room is clean and newish.

Friendly staff, great location as it was close to route 655, free breakfast and if you stay in first floor then you will get easily access to your car as the room has sliding window door where you can access outside quickly. Fast check out as they slide the bill the night before you check out and all you need to do is drop off the key.

The room was like a freezer when I arrived and the toilet did not work good. Go is you have no other option.

Very friendly staff. Had an appointment with a specialist in the morning and was told I had another the next day. They extended my stay with no hassle. Would definitely stay again.

Great service great staff clean rooms and they actualy have bacon there (very few places offer bacon) and the other days are sausages. Check in is quick Samantha and Josh are great nice fun people with an amazing manager, Jodi. Cleaning ladies are also sweet 10/10 for me Ps; the duvet covers are nice :)

Fairly simple hotel. Drive up room was nice during a winter storm. A tad far from "downtown", but clean and well kept.

I was planning on taking a visit to the comfort inn on Timmons and unfortunately came across Deborah and she was so rude and unpleasant I had to book somewhere else how unfortunate that the hotel has an employee losing their clientele? what I also cant understand is that there's been all kinds of complaints all over the Internet about her and shes still there… is it comfort inn for the employees or for the customers?

Since I've been coming to this hotel back in May 2016, the improvements to the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is out early for us guest who are heading or coming back from work and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms have become much better, no more awful smell they use to have and very clean. I would like to thank the staff and management for the wonderful stays I've been experiencing and keep up the great work. Thank you all Phil Racicot.

Comfortable, nice showers. Pets allowed so was able to bring a pet.

Booked a room with 2 double beds for employees staying in the area. When they checked in the hotel put them in a room with 1 bed and a pull-out, the employees opened their room up and went back to front desk to change rooms, front desk told them they didn't have anything else available. I called the next day to find out what happened as my confirmation clearly states I booked 2 beds, staff said it looks like they overbooked the hotel and whoever was working just bumped my employees out of their room.

Nice room looks new. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Main floor, room 101, was surprisingly quiet considering that it's located by an exit. The sliding door sticks. Easy access to the hotel is on the highway. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed four nights for a tournament with my daughter's Ringette team. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, patient and accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay.

Rooms are nice. Nothing special, no complaints.

This Comfort Inn has been renovated. The beds are nice, you get a good night sleep. The only draw back for me as a truck driver is limited options for food in this part of town. If your in your car and don't mind driving 5 or 10 minutes you can get a nice dinner.

Have been in there as some of the people I worked with stayed there great place always clean and staff is professional to.

The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have to give — 2 for the kitchen however. I would give it a +5 otherwise. It should be a buffet style hot breakfast and not a server giving out a limit of two very small pieces of bacon, a bit of sausage and or a small egg and cheese omelette… a guy working a full day needs a lot more calories from meat, eggs etc… That he can't get from the simple carbs of the ordinary breakfast that is offered. Also, the server is not always around to serve it and you have to wait to eat. I would give a — 3 almost for the non style buffet breakfast if I could but because the ladies at the front desk were awesome and the rooms were good… I wanted to commend the afternoon staff especially as they were very professional and casual enough to make my stay inviting. "15 dollar boots"… grrr.

The staff at the Comfort Inn in Timmins are absolutely wonderful. We stayed there as a group with the North Bay Y Titans Swim Team and could not believe how accommodating they were. From the moment we checked in we were offered help with our bags, our puppy, rooms needed for gatherings and were repeatedly told if we needed anything just to ask. The team spent the day there between swim sessions and were treated with extreme hospitality from the respective staff members present. While there I spoke with other parents from the team and they also could not believe how helpful, accommodating and kind everyone was. They really go above and beyond at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Timmins.

Must have been renovated recently with new carpet and modern furnishings and bathroom fittings. Its as good as any comfort inn I have been in.

Nice accommodation, especially after the renovations. Better than most Comfort Inn.

I just staye there last night, and although the staff was friendly which was great, the room sucked. My first room was not completely cleaned. The coffee pot was in the bathroom full of coffee, towels on facecloth (dirty) on floor, ashtrays dirty. The staff was great at handling this and gave me another room, the next morning was another surprise, the coffee pot had some old coffee and an old filter in it, was not pleased. There excuse was the maid went home sick but they had a paper that said it was cleaned.
