Went for breakfast… Food was cold, overdone and very greasy. Definitely not the best place in Windsor for breakfast.

We had a room upstairs, such a beautiful view on the balcony! Wind in your hair, watching kids play outside chasing the puppy and the soccer ball. Good cable tv. Great Wi-Fi, reception pretty weak upstairs but in all great! AMAZING BEDS! The food isn't so great but a blessing of the service that is provided. We made a new amazing friend who was our neighbour!

This place was awful. The rooms have BED BUGS. Me and my family seen 2 on the couch in our room. After calling the front office they wouldn't change our room and in the morning the woman who claimed she was the manager made me feel as if my family brought them there! I was very offended by the attitude I received. The rooms are very plain old tube tv's and no hangers and bad water pressure vThe food in the restaurant is very basic and plain. The staff were rude. The rooms smelled of stale cigarettes, the heater was broken the blind for the window was broken. The maid service was slow and they wouldn't give me extra towels. The towel rack fell off the wall, ceiling paint was chipping and the multi color door was broken. The maintenance man didn't know how to fix the heater so I was given a small electric one. My son had to help him with the blind. Don't waste your money just to bring home bed bugs.

My family and I stayed at the isleep inn for a little over a month. We were in two different rooms. Our first room was great except the fact we had no heat for over 26 hours. When I said that it was illegal to have people stay in a hotel/motel/home without heat for over 24 hours without trying to remedies it they moved my family to a different room. The next room was smaller, the tub had several cracks in it but regardless of that, wouldn't drain. Finally had that fixed to find out there was no plug for my daughter to have a bath… and then the toilet situation where you have to lift the top to fix it every time you flush. So, after we figured out the quarks of this next room, we have a whole different problem. There's a HUGE and I mean HUGE drug and prostitution problem! The police were there 3 times in 3 days and we had a neighborly druggie pound on our door from 1:30am til 3am asking for drugs that I nor my boyfriend had. As I was speaking to the office the cops were being called because someone didn't pay a cabbie. They say they deal with a lot of city of Windsor and ontario under privileged… my family had no home and we got stuck there. The junkies there get their meals and room paid by the government! Whereas my family is struggling! This should be an outrage! I had no idea this was going on until my house became inhabitant by fire! Please if you value your children do NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUR KIDS!

Just too many bad times at this place to even try to lie just to make a comment sound good… I don't think I'll ever be using this place even if it was my last resort. Thank God my situation is so much better now because it reassures me that I won't be calling this joint to see if there is a vacancy… I love my life now! Thank God!

Reasonable priced for a quick overnight stay but very rundown. Needs total renovation.

The Idine attached to the I sleep is one of the best restaurants in Windsor, friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices.

I feel like my room may have been on an episode of forensic files. The African gif working there had the worst BO I may have smelled in my entire life.

If you're looking for a cheap motel, it doesn't get cheaper than the isleepinn. Not recommended for families with small children. Lots of colorful characters hang around the isleepinn. It would be nice if they had flat screen TVs and take a little more time when cleaning rooms.

This is by far the most sketchy place I have stayed. I didn't sleep well thinking my car or room would be broken into. This might be a satisfactory place for adults to spend one night but I would not bring young kids here.

The front desk lady was very helpful when we arrived and the building was fairly clean. The room was a little dated but well taken care of which was the more important of the two aspects. No one bothered us, probably because we tried not to bother anyone else. Enjoyable stay for sure though.

Even though the building is dated, it's kept clean and smells fresh. I'll take that over anything else. Great area. Friendly staff… I'll come back. For the restaurant, the food was good! friendly environment. Even though it was super busy, the food came fast.

Unfortunately while I was at this motel my car got broken into and some cash and change were stolen. However, the people at the front desk were very apologetic and nice about it. The man apologized profusely and gave me a refund along with a free night stay if I ever wanted to come back. The rooms were small, but livable. I only ended up staying one night due to my car being broken into, but it is a nice cheap place to stay if you're not going to spend your entire trip at the motel.

Competitive prices, clean room, hats off to the cleaning staff. $ 5.00 voucher for the restaurant was appreciated. Great food served as well.
