Pretty location with a nice upgrade, but parking is too expensive for what you get. Public parking is 15 dollars never mind the tiny parking lot behind the hotel. The view was very nice tho… they've really cleaned up the Detroit River since last I saw it.

The hotel is very old looking and we got a suite and the room was pretty small considering. The TV wasn’t working half the time and the cable cord was broken. The pull out sofa was broken and the baby “crib” that was advertised on their site was not a crib at all it was a dirty pack and play and had I known I wouldn’t be getting a crib I would have brought my own pack and play with the mattress that we have for it. The worst part is there was no mattress in the pack and play there were a couple sheets piled up on what felt like a wooden plank! When the best western website clearly says “crib”. I even called in a week before arrival to confirm a crib would be provided and I was told yes… On a good note the staff was very friendly and helpful in rectifying the issues other than the crib. The view was also gorgeous! Just for $700 for 2 nights I definitely do not recommend this place.

Best Western Windsor Refuses to Rent Rooms to Healthcare Workers! My wife and I attempted to book a room today at the Best Western hotel in Windsor and were denied because of her employment as a nurse assigned to a hospital. We addressed the issue with management but advised that it is hotel policy to NOT process booking for Healthcare Workers at this time. Even when we explained that we were attending the city for a family emergency we were directed to seek other housing. Called to inquire if the hotel was open and after their inquisition, was told that they are not allowing bookings from healthcare workers. I can understand the need for public spaces to take proper precautions such as appropriate PPE and extra sanitization, however this is discrimination based on a professional field.

It was an ok stay. My only complaint is that the first room had a blood stain on the sheets. The employees were very polite and quick to set me up with another room. Unfortunately in the new room the bed did not have a fitted sheet on the bed. : (I'd say 4 out 5 stars. Just not the cleanliness of places but by all means not crazy dirty.

Beautiful hotel! Great location, spacious rooms with incredible views of the Detroit skyline. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. My son and I came up for Thanksgiving to watch the Bears-Lions game. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but the elevator situation. Only 3 to begin with and 1 was down. Besides from that a very nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff great view one problem need more elevator for such a big hotel wait time for elevator was like 5 to 10 mins took the stairs instead from the 9th floor.

The view from this comfortable room was awesome! Location of riverfront hotel is a bonus. We were here for a concert at the caesars casino and were easily able to walk. The full breakfast we felt was superior to some other best westerns we have been to plus the wait staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Here is a hotel with attentive and friendly staff! Clean and convenient location to some amazing restaurants and night life. The big bonus of the waterfront location is the amazing view of the Detroit skyline. A walk along the waterfront is recommended especially at sunset. Will be back!

We truly had a wonderful experience. We landed at 1030am and reached the hotel around 11ish. The front desk staff quickly accommodated us and got one of the rooms cleaned and checked us into a wonderful room with the view of the US side. They had hot buffet and great selection of food and very helpful at all times. I will always book here whenever we make a trip far east from BC. Thanks team for a great time.

One of the best BW chain I've ever stayed at. Clean and comfortable with full hot breakfast. Option for late check out at 12 pm. Our room was refreshing and had a great view. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. No hot tub though, but will definitely stay here again.

Nice location, fast service. Pretty area right on the water; with a waterfront room you get a nice view of the lights from Detroit. The gym has wide windows that also face the water and the pool is lovely and warm. It's a busy spot, the breakfast was the most elaborate I've ever seen in a hotel. Many kinds of eggs and meat, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and so on. The cost per night is not cheap, however you get the meal and you are right on the water. My loss of star is for cost. The rooms aren't gorgeous, they are renovated but basic. The cost is strictly for location.

Room was clean and accommodating. 20$ credit for next best western stay how convenient. Our family was there for a day at adventure bay the indoor waterpark. Location super convenient 200m from venue. In the morning breakfast buffet was a great start to an exhausting previous day. The pool was alright but the fitness room needs an upgrade. Sauna was not working right. No soap in bathrooms in pool/fitness area. Parking was behind hotel but easily accessible but an extra charge as well. Great views of Detroit from our room too.

Loved our stay at the Best Western Plus Riverfront in Windsor. If possible stay in a room high up with a river view. It is well worth the extra bucks. We stayed in Room 1711 with a king size bed facing big panoramic windows. It was so breathtaking we didn’t even close the blinds when going to sleep.

Very nice hotel. Well kept inside and out. Rooms are great. All waterfront view from what I was told by the staff. Breakfast is solid no complaints. Only drawback is the parking. Its a walk away and about $15 per night. Room service was very responsive. Relatively well insulated between rooms. We didnt have issues but someone complained when we came to the room at 12 and were settling to bed. Overall still 5 star.

Great view of the river, Staff at check in with very fast, friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. My only negative is that the elevators can take 5-10 mins to get to the lobby in the morning. Other than that. No complaints!

Rooms are nice, the gym equipment is new and well maintained, and the free breakfast is one of the more than a simple continental. There have been issues with the elevators both times I've stayed and it's an inconvenience not knowing each morning if you'll wait a few minutes or 20 for an elevator. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.

Location very good. Friendly staff. Spacious room, however it was a completely turn off as the room had a very strong odour. The carpet was so musty that we sneezed the entire night. The bathroom also had a strong odour. Bed linen, towels and pillows are old and worn. Trusting that it will be more accommodating when renovation is completed.

Nice clean hotel with huge rooms and comfortable beds. Great location next to the Detroit River and downtown. Many restaurants and sights within walking distance. The elevators are very slow and sometimes take 5 minutes to arrive. The toilet in my room made a constant tinkling, dripping noise — annoying but didn't disturb my sleep.

It was a great location. Quick walk to anywhere in the downtown core of windsor. The rooms were nice and bright and very tidy. The few was beautiful of the Detroit river. Continental buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend this hotel.

Looks like this hotel has been recently renovated. There are some areas that have not been touched, one of the three elevators for example (elevators by the way are very slow, but the elevator doors close promptly, so do not think twice to get in, or you will have to wait for the next one). We stayed over the Easter weekend, Friday night was noisy, with the crowds of drunk college students, riding elevators, and walking up and down the hall. They would keep us awake till 3 in the morning. However the next night was quiet! Have not been able to use the pool as it was overcrowded. The breakfast area offers good and nutritious breakfast (7am-10am), if you want a cup of descent coffee get it here, and grab one to go! (Coffee in the sitting area does not taste like one at all! ) The view (from the 10rh floor) of Detroit River and the city is stunning, especially at night and early in the morning!

We booked this hotel based on its location with a riverfront view of Detroit — it did not disappoint! I think our rate was around $122 (plus $15 for in-and-out parking in a garage right across the street) on a Friday evening. Even though our room was on the "back" of the hotel, its architectural layout allowed us to have a great partial view of the Detroit skyline and riverfront area (from the 10th floor). It was gorgeous to see the sunset and sunrise from our room. The building looks a little dated on the exterior, but the interior has been sharply updated. Both the lobby and our room were beautiful, clean, and refreshing. Staff was polite and helpful, and the full hot breakfast was a plus. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Windsor.

Got a free upgrade to a full river view from partial river view room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet although they didnt serve bacon. One thing that I was disappointed was the TV remote control which it doesn't have "CC" (Closed Caption) button. I ended up going to the TV and manually set the CC turn on. I desperately need CC cuz I'm deaf. And shouldn't create a barrier for anyone who's deaf/hard of hearing. These TV remote control should change and have "CC" button. Look forward to come back to a full river view room.

Hotel attached to arts centre so wasn't quite sure I was at the right place but lobby is welcoming. The partial river view from room was quite nice. Good walking path along the river. Fitness room also had river view and pool was good. Art on the walls was to my liking and seemed to reflect local sites. Renovations to update have been well done. Breakfast room is spacious and comfortable, and the food good with variety both hot and cold.

Great location. Nice rooms. Excellent included breakfast. Will most certainly return. Parking is not included, but there is a public lot behind the hotel which they will bill to your room at$15 per day. Splurge and get a river front room with views of Detroit.

We were just there and we had a nice stay with amazing service! Lady at the front desk was so friendly, she also gave us a late check out so my son could use the pool! Also we had our free breakfast and the staff went over and beyond with service! Room was nice with a view of the river. Perfect location and NO complaints! Will be back!

As far as of you go, it's incomparable for a location like this. You can have a clear sight not on the Detroit River and the Ambassador Bridge but of the skyline all across Detroit and clearly the GM buildings. It is a beauty and sent itself morning noon or night. Well this isn't a complaint much that they really can't do much of given the location, parking is not the best. They charge you $15 a day to park behind their building and it's across the street so during the winter time it can get pretty cold, and the parking garage is how it should I say it, very tight. If you have a Jeep like I do, be prepared to spend a little time navigating in tight corners.

Lovely hotel. Room was a bit cramped. Beautiful view of the river from the room. Pool area was nice and family friendly. Quiet room. Conveniently located to several nearby restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Breakfast had a great selection of food. We stayed here and walked over to the Windsor Tunnel bus to visit the North American International Auto Show.

Stayed in a King Suite on Jan 16th and the room was perfect with an amazing view of America! We arrived late but check in was quick, staff were very friendly and parking was easy to find. The room was very spacious with a King bed and very nice seating area with a couch and very comfy chair and ottoman. The bed was VERY comfy and lots of pillows with different pillow options. The hot style Buffet breakfast was amazing with options for everyone. There was scrambled eggs, omelettes, homefries, bacon, sausage and french toast. A waffle making station with options of fruit, sprinkles and whipped cream. There was also many healthy options including cereal, yogurt, granola or dried fruit and fresh fruit. There were also different breads to choose from and a toasting area including bagels with cream cheese. There were many drink options including tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry and water. I stayed here a couple years ago for work and the renovations make a huge difference. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

SO satisfied. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were amazing, and there was nothing bad I could say about my stay. Will be back to this hotel every time I go to Windsor. Pleasant and for the most part quiet. Staff was very quick to confront rowdy guests who were causing a late night scene and restore quiet to our floor. Breakfast was very good and walking distance to downtown. Had a near perfect view of the river and Detroit sky line. Will definitely stay again.

Located next to the the casino and minutes from the Ambassador Bridge and Tunnel. Full complimentary buffet style breakfast. The French toast sticks were amazing. Very clean spacious rooms. Bathroom in suite was dated but they are renovating so that may change in the future. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to go to the local casino or travel to the US without having to stay in Detroit.

This hotel is beautiful, has a waterfront view that is truly spectacular at night as you see the Detroit waterway and the skyline. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and hospitable. I felt truly welconed. The full included breakfast is unlike any other hotel breakfast I have experienced. It rivals any breakfast restaurant buffet w number and quality of items served and the breakfast staff actually pick up used plates and bring items to your table if asked. The breakfast staff went so far above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable I would recommend this hotel based on that alone. Overall I would rate my three day stay as a huge A+. If you are coming to Windsor for business or leisure I highly, highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Checked into this hotel on a whim, and very late at night. The staff was polite and accommodating (they extended our check out time). Parking passes are given for a $12 fee but it's worth it, as it gives multiple in and out privileges. The view from our room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a night. It was good. The view of the river was really nice. Room was clean and modern. You could tell the building is older, but it's well maintained and has been updated. The room included breakfast, which was decent. Breakfast was buffet style with cereal, different breads and English muffins for toast, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast, boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles, coffee, tea and juice.

Terrific location on riverside with spectacular view of Detroit. Breakfast buffet has everything. Staff were all very helpful. Beds are VERY comfortable. Excellent shower. Room was clean and well equipped. Probably best choice for Windsor / Detroit visit.

This BW is superb. From check in to check out and everything in between was met with high quality standards. And the view of the Detroit skyline was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was free. I have never seen so many choices for a free breakfast. Parking was additional but understandable since you had to park in a city garage. And per day charge include going on and out as often as you like. There was a nice river walk across the street to enjoy outside. Restaurants and museums were within walking distance.

We are three women who worked together 25yrs ago and became best friends, we plan a "Girl's Get-Away" excursion every year to reconnect and just have a relaxed, fun time together, catching up. For the last four years, we have tried to stay fairly local to where we all live because we only have a weekend and don't want to waste any time travelling to our destination… besides how many people really check out their own local area's attractions! My son had recommended this hotel from a previous stay of his and I can't say we that we were disappointed in any way. The location is perfect, it's close to many restaurants, the Casino, the River Boat cruise (which was excellent by the way), and the waterfront parks and boardwalk are absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone… you won't be disappointed… we weren't! Go and enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was clean and nicely presented with a view of the River that was amazing. I forgot how small double beds were now that we have a queen, so would definitely get a queen next time. The breakfast was one of the best we have been to. It is close to the casino, but we were there with a softball team in the PWSA tournament so we didn't spend much time in the area of the hotel (maybe next time) The parking was a bit of a distance from the back door (especially if you have mobility issues) — I didn't think to ask if they had any disabled parking closer. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is situated right across the street from the Detroit River and offers a beautiful view of the downtown of Detroit. The hotel rooms are not huge, but adequate. The staff was most accommodating to any request we made, such as extra towels and an extra chair for when we had friends into the room. Breakfast was more than ample with friendly staff to clear tables and offer assistance. The hotel is close to many places to eat and is a couple of blocks from the casino. We would stay here again on future trips to Windsor.

First problem was parking. Did not expect to pay extra just to park. Going to the hotel from the parking lot was horrible. The building was dirty, humid, with a muggy smell… When I got to my room it also had a weird smell. Claims to have the best view. My view wasn't good. Beds were doubles instead of queens. Room just felt cramped. Too small…

Pffffft. My wife and I, along with several other couples got rooms there in March to celebrate some concurrent birthdays. The place was a total zoo. There were drunk Americans walking around with full bottles of opened HARD liquor and mixed drinks in hand, etc. Frolicking through the halls. Now back in the day when I was single, I would've thought this to be an excellent atmosphere. Many couples brought our youngish to teenaged children. Totally unsafe to have pre-teens and teens commiserating with drunken Americans in the hallways. They can't even manage their own country when they're sober! When it came to breakfast, well that’s when we realized this place was a total shyte hole! The buffet breakfast was terrible, very picked over, with people standing around four and five deep, waiting on more to be brought out. Many were visibly mad including our entourage. There were at least twenty of us in our group alone. The staff, instead of bringing out more food, started closing down the buffet at quarter to ten when the buffet was supposed to be from 7:00am to 10:00am. I do a lot of travelling. Never ever have I experienced a breakfast buffet closed down before people had a chance to eat! After a night of hard partying with full bottles of hard liquor, I’m sure a greasy breakfast would be the selling point to cure the hangover. Is that all Windsor has to offer families?

Stayed in roo. 1915 for one night. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was very quick and easy, but they did not tell us that parking was $12 per night. Breakfast was mediocre, but passable for hotel food.

This hotel used to be Hilton, but after an extensive refurbishment, it is now a Best Western Plus. The bar has disappeared, which is not a big loss, since "the food mile" is only two blocks away. The jacuzzi is also gone. Now the view is as good as always, one of the best views of Detroit you can get. The price is very reasonable, and there is a convenient bus into Detroit. I have staid here many times, and I can recommend it.

Overall a great stay. Some people need to check their expectations based on what they pay seriously. Got my CAA rate and I upgraded to full panoramic view on 15th floor and it was awesome worth the extra $20. Yes I can pick on certain things but overall it is not a Hilton and it doesn't have the price of the Hilton. It is located very conveniently as well very close to downtown Detroit and it has the city bus station behind the Hotel for your sport and event lovers.

Things I love about this hotel: 1. Friendliest staff I've ever experienced at this price point. Not only is the front-desk staff knowledgable, responsive, and over-the-top helpful, but every member of the housekeeping staff I've encountered has been just as friendly and accommodating. I've come to expect somewhat surly housekeeping staff at hotels, but at the BW Riverside they all seem happy to be there and anxious to help. 2. The hotel appears to be recently updated, and for the most part things look great. Minor complaints 1. The upgrades look like they were a bit rushed with some sloppy painting, left over wall anchors, and odd transitions. Also the closet doors seem to be 100 years old and don't operate well. 2. I would love on-site food and beverage options besides the breakfast buffet. Fortunately there are lots of options near by, but the weather isn't always pleasant in Windsor. Overall, these minor gripes aren't enough to cost a whole star out of 5, but I might give the BW a 9 out of 10 Background: I'm in the middle of a one-month stay, and my schedule demands that I'm in and out at all times of day and night, so I've had a good chance to experience lots of aspects of the operations.

If you're looking for a nice room and view this place hands down is beautiful but as far as service goes I wouldn't treat my worst enemy with the type of service we received here. When I called the front desk merely to ask for salt they abruptly cut me off before even finishing my question with a "NO. NO, Maybe you can ask someone at the restaurant. " Letting that pass I called again much later wanting to know if their restaurant had a room service menu (I'm unfortunately barely able to talk due to my strep throat which is why I also needed the salt) and the front desk again cut me off as if I was an utter annoyance and told me to find someone that delivers. Now I get being busy, I get not being able to adhere to every need of your guests but there's a manner in which every hotel should uphold themselves by especially a large corporation like this. In ADDITION our room toilet has yet to flush! Taking it upon myself, I fixed the chain in the tank with no help of any of the staff here at this establishment. Furthermore this complaint will be filed with the BBB.

Rooms are clean and inviting. Wonderful river views. There appears to be an energy management system at work that prevents the rooms from getting warm. I am in the room now, the temp is set to 75f but the temp is in the 60s.

We were at this best western plus for an over night stay. At first, we were given a room that is blocked because of the building next to us… no big, we went to talk to the people at the front desk, they gave us a room on the 14th floor, we were thrilled the vew of the Detroit river, and the Ambassadors Bridge spectacular, and the breakfast buffet was also great, lots of food.

Our room was clean and recently renovated. It was very nice, because we could catch the bus at Detroit. The only thing I will say is that the breakfast can be improved. For the price and the other customs reasons, it was a good experience.

Stayed there recently. Building has been updated and it looks great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Got us checked in a bit early which really helped. Parking is a bit expensive, but okay because you get covered secured parking with in and out privileges. Rooms were a good size with a great view of Detroit. Breakfast was really good compared to others I've been at. Best thing is that you're close to everything, transit station, bars, clubs, food and casino. Will stay here again!

I stayed at the Waterfront when attending a wedding in Windsor. It is a pretty nice hotel. Rooms were nice (if a bit dated). The beds were extremely comfortable and there are nice views of the river once you are a few floors up.

Booked two double beds, got one "king" size bed. Told the receptionist and she said there was nothing she could do because there's no more available, even though I showed her on my confirmation that a king was not what I booked. The only solution was a cot. Got to the room, not even any towels. Had to call front desk to have them brought up. Found someone else's clothing still hanging up in the closet. No fan in the bathroom either. Parking is overpriced. Not worth the money whatsoever. Never again.

The queen panoramic room is extremely small. I have never seen such a small hotel room in my life. And for some reason, the standard room which is cheaper than the queen panoramic room, is larger in size. Go figure. Also, the hotel advertisement on Expedia mentions that a microwave is available in the room upon request. However, if you request one, the hotel will tell you that they do not have any microwaves at all besides at the front desk.

The beds were not queen or double. They were a 3/4 bed. Bigger than a twin but not a double. My room was not cleaned. I went to brush my teeth and there was whiskers all over the taps, around them that blended in with the pattern of the counter top. It was disgusting! The rooms DO NOT have a microwave and the fridge was less than 3ft tall and very little space to put anything. We had to put sandwich size containers on their sides to get the door closed. They had NO parking for people staying there but for an additional charge per night you could park at the public parking garage on the street located behind the hotel. The cost to stay at this hotel is the price of a 5 start hotel but it is far from great. I would not stay there again.

Pet friendly, great location. River view corner rooms had a beautiful view of the Detroit River (which actually looks nice when frozen over solid) Would have been 5 stars, but elevators were a bit of a problem during my visit. You might wait 5 minutes, only to have the doors open to a completely packed elevator full of apologetic but impatient guests. Took the stairs down from the 8th floor multiple times, and I wasn't alone.

Just finished a three night stay. I was impressed with your friendly and helpful staff. GREAT view of the river, even though I was told on check-in that I did not have a room on the river side (pleasant surprise). Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. No complaints at all about my room: clean, neat, very well maintained ("great job! " to the person who cleaned my room each day). The hotel felt welcoming when I got back after long days. Quite impressed. Your breakfast area was so big, with comfortable seating. Perhaps a bit more variety of food, but still better than many free breakfasts I have had elsewhere. I was not aware of a TV to catch the morning news while eating, but I probably was too sleepy to notice. Yes, your building is showing its age, but you are renovating. The renovations did not disturb me. I will be back, if I ever again need an hotel in Windsor. I will recommend this hotel to my friends, and already have. It was SO convenient to downtown attractions. Great job to you all! My rating is 4.5 out of 5.

After reading the reviews on-line I was a little skeptical about staying here. I stayed here on Nov 21st 2014. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We did not really have any problems so I don't know the response time to fix something. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows and blankets as well. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Fantastic! I did not partake in the free breakfast but my friends did. If you are getting any meals for free — its a bonus. The price was exceptional. As some one who doesn't frequently wear make up, I was very pleased that there was a make-up removal wipe in the bathroom for me. Not a huge deal to most, but it was what I needed at the time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Everything was also very clean and the room was big and spacious.

This is the most poorly managed hotel I have ever stayed in, and I am required to travel 40% of the time for work. The hotel is not in great shape, but I am used to that given most hotels in downtown Detroit are in the same state. I did not expect anything different in Windsor, Ontario. We were in town for a wedding so I went to take a shower and got locked in my bathroom for 20 minutes. The engineer had to come and break the door handle to get me out. The management did not call or offer apologies or anything, which was very strange. My boyfriend went to take a shower and he also got locked in the bathroom, so I called downstairs (this time very upset) and the engineer came back to bust my boyfriend out. This time the front desk staff called back and offered to move our bags to a new, upgraded room, for a reduced rate; all we had to do was call down when we were ready to leave for the wedding. We called the front desk before we were about to leave and no one knew what we were talking about. I explained the situation for them and they said they would move our bags and we could get our new keys when we got back to the hotel. When we go back to the hotel we asked for our new keys and no one knew what were talking about again. We, again, explained what was going on and they asked who we spoke to and who approved this. Who cares? We told them we talked to several people and they said the manager approved it. Upon telling them this they were able to confirm that on the computer.

As a patron of this Hilton for over 25 years, it is a sad deal to have to post such a terrible review of this place. Dated doesn't even begin to describe the decor and fixtures inside this hotel. The rooms are dirty, the light fixtures, carpets. All of it. It has the smell of those road side flea bag places you find along most motorways. NOT what one would expect from a Hilton. And finally, eating here. There are no words to describe the level of how poorly this place is to eat. As a visitor to the Sunday breakfast and brunch for those 25 years, it's merely an over priced typical bad food buffet deal. Nothing like the huge desert tables and hot well cooked food it once was. It really was the best place to entertain out of town people and have a really great meal whilst seeing a nice view. Now its just shameful. And to add. After a very bad time at brunch one day, I had returned home and thought better about speaking to management and letting them know. When I went back and spoke to the person in charge at the front desk, I was treated as a 'free meal seeker' and more or less told to piss off. THAT after 25 years of monthly business. So with all of that said. RUN don't walk away from this place.

Location and skyline means nothing if you don't get any sleep. All night there was a party in the hall. Called security and they said they took care of it, but it just went away and came back when security left. Front desk seemed to be sympathetic, but did not do anything to solve the problem. 7 rooms for 4 nights should warrant a little better customer service. If you want to bring your team here, think about somewhere else. Double beds instead of queens and below average service of problems. Not cool.
