Just for you bed and breakfast was amazing! Absolutely clean, delicious breakfast, great amenities and wonderful hosts :) Their two beautiful pups were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

This was our fourth time staying at Just for You and it just gets better each time. Our hosts, Ron & Gerard, but always remember our special needs and are delightful conversationalists. We look forward to the special breakfasts, the charming decor and the beautiful surroundings. A unique experience that has added another layer of pleasure to our annual trips to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival.

After booking and spending our second night and breakfast at Just For You Bed and Breakfast my girlfriend and I decided that it's one of the best we have ever stayed at. Gerard and Ron are very hospitable and welcoming to their guests. The home and property they own is beautiful and relaxing when sitting and enjoying the view and quiet surroundings. The rooms are also very well furnished and I always got a good night's rest when sleeping in the beds. The breakfast, both times, have been delicious. Gerard's famous mini-pancakes are to die for! It's also very healthy and Gerard is always accommodating to what time you'd like to have the breakfast. All in all both time we've stayed it's been a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here and including Just For You B&B into your plans. Thank you Gerard and Ron!

Beautiful place with very friendly hosts. We stayed in the garden suite and had our own entrance and easy access to the pool and hottub. Breakfast was delicious.

The two gentlemen from the Netherlands operate B&B, the house design and garden are tasteful, the owner is warm and friendly, and there are two cute puppies. I'll come back later.

Excellent service and very good breakfast.

This was my first stay at a B&B! What a great experience! We stayed for one night for a girls weekend and it was awesome! Ron and Gerard were so welcoming and personable, it felt like we were with family! The house is huge with something for everyone! We relaxed in the hot tub before retiring to our comfortable beds! I will recommend "Just For You" to anyone needing a lovely getaway!

As if you haven't read this before many times but the place is stunning… You want to spend less than a hotel but get breakfast and your own space plus options for more? This is exactly where you want to be. You will return, I assure you… Im looking forward to my second visit again next year already. Hilariously enough one of the owners and I decided to wear the exact same shirt the following morning. Lol.

My boyfriend and I went for the weekend for our 2 year anniversary, and it was the best bed and breakfast we've been to. Everything was fantastic the food was amazing (reminded of my childhood with my Oma), bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We spent every evening in the hot tub, and you can even set up for a masseuse to come and give you a massage in your room. Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely a 10/10. We will definitely be going back again soon! :D.

Last minute booking but an absolutely amazing place to stay. The B and B is beautiful. The Hosts were charming and made us feel welcomed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Drinks and snacks provided along with breakfast. Extra amenities galore … pool, hot tub, computer area if needed, sauna, workout room. Parking and Wi-Fi and satellite TV as well. Roughly 20-30 minutes from either Stratford or London Ontario. Highly recommend staying here and will return when we visit Stratford again.

By far best B&B we have ever stayed in. The accomodations were great, very clean, spacious and included everything needed. Morning breakfast was an outstanding European style meal and included fruit, meat, cheese, breads, and more. Gerard (one of the owners) promised a special dutch treat of poffertjes with powdered sugar! They were new to both myself and my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Gerard and Ron were great hosts and made us feel very comfortable. I wish we were going to be in the area longer so we could have stayed at least one more night. We will definitely visit in the future and would recommend this B&B to all. Monica & Brian Crawford.

Fantastic atmosphere, excellent rooms, great setting and such a friendly welcome and stay. The hot tub, and swimming pool were great bonuses. I wish I could have stayed longer. I'll be back one day!

My boyfriend and I were looking for an overnight stop, to relax. We are happy we found Just For You B&B, one of the best we’ve been to. The hosts are very welcoming, the room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Some fresh fruits on the table, sodas in the fridge, coffee pot and coffee as well. We were also looking forward to use the jacuzzi which we enjoyed very much. In the morning, Ron prepared us a delicious breakfast, with little pancakes from a Dutch recepie that we had read about on the reviews. It was delectable. We enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommend it. Relaxing and comfortable Getaway!

Had a great time with wife and kids and dog. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond. We stayed 1 night and should have stayed 2. We will be back! The Ford family.

This is truly the most delightful bed and breakfast experience we have ever had. The home is beautifully decorated with many amenities (pool, sauna, game room, lovely sitting rooms). The grounds are impeccably maintained, providing spacious walking areas. The food was delicious, but most of all we enjoyed Ron and Gerard's company. They could not have been more gracious and supportive of our special needs. We often go to the Stratford Festival which is close by, but would also come here just as a get-away.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, breakfast was a variety of cheeses, coldcuts, breads and fruits and each morning was a little different than the last. The variety was very welcomed. All of that aside and ur hosts were the best part of our stay. They were very attentive and thoughtful, wonderful conversationalists. Although we did not take advantage of it the spa and suana both looked very inviting we will most certainly be back.

Cozy, clean and super comfortable. This B&B had all the amenities including fitness equipment, hot tub and sauna. The Dutch themed rooms were beautifully decorated. The Dutch breakfast a tasty treat. Ron & Gerard were amazing hosts!
