Rooms were subpar. In-room bathroom towels were scratchy and old, bathroom door didn't close. Restaurant good was limited (proteins out of stock) but the service was ok. We ended up ordering pizza from a local pizzeria as there was nothing in stock at the restaurant. We travelled from 3 hours away. Definitely disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean room, comfy beds. There were randomly 2 shirts hung up in the closet and the drain the tub didn't hold water. It kept draining no matter if the plug was down or up.

Nice hotel, outdoor pool was great, bed super comfy. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, modern decor. Friendly staff, overall nice atmosphere. Hot coffee always avail in the lobby. A little pricey for a room for an area that doesn't have much around as far as tourism. Fridge didn't seem to keep cool properly. Refacing and construction on one side of building is a little bit of a turn off but that's just aesthetic. Amenities in room not replenished daily not sure if we had to make a request. Internet Wi-Fi cut out often. Otherwise fairly good experience and would go back.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great service. We even checked in early which was a nice surprise.

We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding. Staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean. Check-in time was 3pm, but the concierge graciously allowed us to check in early to ensure we would be on time for the festivities. This was a great location in the heart of Norfolk County, and was about a 15 minute drive to the beach in Port Dover.

This hotel ranks on the bottom of the many hotels in which I've stayed. The bed had a crater in the middle, the furniture was stained, the drapes were coming off the rods, and the bathroom wallpaper was peeling in places. The outdoor pool was very cold but well maintained. However, it would have been helpful to have the pool towels at the pool rather than at the front desk, an elevator ride away. The staff tried to be helpful. There was no ice available at the two ice machines and it was over 32°C or 90°F. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated. I hope never to return.

Had a great stay for a good price (I am a best western gold member) Bed was comfortable room was clean, had a jet tub was great, Had a problem with the TV volume was not working with the remote, they were help full and brought in a replacement TV remote still didnt work for volume but atleast I could manually adjust the volume on the replacement tv. Only other thing was there were no Kleenex in the room or the bathroom. Despite this the staff was friendly and did there best Thanks Phil.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, lots of space, bar fridge, microwave. Nice restaurant in the hotel, but make a reservation. Friendly staff members.

We attended a professional fair at the hotel. Upon entering, the hotel lobby was clearly updated, clean and professional looking and arranged. The directions to where we needed to go was clearly marked. We descended the staircase to the lower level where the meeting rooms were located. The decor was typical hotel conference room, but were well kept and current. Washrooms were conveniently located in the lower lobby. All in all, a great atmosphere for the fair.

Friendly staff. Restaurant was well staffed and provided an excellent dinner and breakfast. Would stay at this motel again and the overall experience was excellent.

The rooms are clean and well kept. Very professional. Close to other businesses. Easy access.

Was there for an orientation used the atrium. It was nice, the area with tables and snacks was also nice. Place looked better on the inside than expected considering how old the place is.

It was a nice hotel, very clean and a very friendly lady. The room was very nice and very clean. However it was Jan 1. Not too many around and the restaurant was closed until the following morning.

Took a looooong time to get hot water to the shower and the HVAC was difficult to figure out how it worked. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. We will be back again.

I frequently stay at this hotel, I find it great. As Diamond Member I get the opportunity tomb upgrade to a much better room for a low price.

The building and facilities are above the average hotel of this type and price range and the facilities we used were well maintained. We stayed over Thanksgiving because there was not room at the family home we were visiting. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and the bar was not open on Thanksgiving Sunday but they both looked nice. They were obliging about giving us a room that had been made up early well before the advertised check-in time so that we could get ready after a long drive to go to an afternoon celebration.

I could tell that it had been renovated and it was done nicely. I just didn't like that the exterior doors were not locked when I entered late at night. Security is important to me.

Great location very clean and bright spacious rooms superb and extremely helpful staff only thing lacking is breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay at little river in best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very very good. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The overall hotel and service has earned 5 stars. Lots of parking too. All our needs were met in a friendly, clean and well run hotel. Our room 301 was the largest room I ever experienced in a hotel. Thank you to all the staff.

Very good hotel. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable and conveniently located in Simcoe. We were only there one night so did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities (such as the heated outdoor pool), or the on-site restaurant, but everything looked good and we most certainly would have done so had we stayed longer. As it was the hotel met all our needs and we enjoyed our brief stay, and would recommend this property to other travelers.

I have stayed here before and it has been 5 stars but I check in today and am told the gym is closed and doesn't open until noon Sunday. As the gym is a major reason I stay here this has made me regret booking. If I had been told ahead of time I would have went somewhere else. Or if they had offered a discount or the use of another gym nearby I would have at least been taken care of. Either let customers know services won't be provided ahead of time so they can prepare or give them other options.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. Our room was clean and well appointed. Our breakfast was great with lots of choices. My favorite part was meeting Steve who works in maintenance. I had arrived at the pool far to early in the morning for a swim. I didn't realize that it opened at 10. He cleaned the pool while My friend and I sat and drank coffee. We had a great swim and a friendly conversation with him. Thanks so much for your kindness Steve. All the best to you and your family. Pat.

Nice comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice little restaurant, good atmosphere.

The service was very good, though the room was average. There was no continental breakfast included in the price of the room, though coffee was included.

Very comfortable bed, hotel is a little out dated. The staff are very personable and the hotel is clean.

Stayed there for four months it was fantastic staff are wonderful.
