Stopped in a couple weeks ago. Amazing baked goods!

I stopped in to Raymont’s for strawberries yesterday and grabbed an apple-cinnamon brioche and a couple of apple turnovers. The turnovers are full of wonderful apple filling, pastry is light and fluffy. Today’s breakfast was toasted brioche and it was soooo tasty. Enjoyed it so much! Hard not to eat the whole loaf…

We purchase 3-4 times a month, have never had anything that we didn’t fall in love with. Quality ingredients equals fantastic product. We recommend The Iron Kettle to everyone. Pre pandemic, we had fantastic meals there. Well done Ben.

I just ate the beet salad of my dreams, it was delicious! Also the fougasse was amazing and the pain au chocolat was incredible. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I am so grateful to have been able to get there not one but 2 Saturdays and bring home some of Iron Kettles wonderful breads and soups. Theres also nothing better than a great cup of tea and a chocolate cherry scone.

Just tried your pumpkin and squash sourdough bread and it was delicious! I'm definitely hooked now lol.

Ordered ribs, roasted leg of lamb, macaroni and cheese, and roasted potato salad… OMG what a fantastic dinner. Cannot wait to order again.

Great Food, my dad and step-mom had their wedding there and the appetizers and meal was fantastic.

Picked up my first meal tonight and it was delicious. Focaccia bread was amazing, great flavour on the salmon and rice. Havent tried the soup or stew yet as there was lots of food. And dessert was delicious too. Thanks The Iron Kettle. Highly recommend. Wish you were closer but it was a nice treat tonight.

The food is excellent. Always a culinary tour of around the world at its finest. The owners and staff are amazing humans, always friendly and service is impeccable. Truly a gem. I have never stayed at the B&B but have been inside to pick up our traditional Thursday takeout, & it is charming, clean and feels like home. It is definitely on my bucket list of places to stay. A local treasure.

This past weekend a group of our wedding guests booked out the B&B and were amazed at the attention to detail the bed and breakfast has. They were truly impressed and absolutely loved their breakfast the following day after a wonderful nights sleep. Well done, thank you for making our guests feel at home once leaving our event.

Easy to work with the owner. Had a surprise 80th birthday for my mom. The place was amazing. The food was exquisite. The service was over the top. Worth every $$$ spent! Thank you Benjamin Leblanc-Beaudoin!

We were gifted a night's stay and finally booked a room at The Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast and stayed there this past Friday. When we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces in such a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The ambience was comfortable and the people just like family welcoming you into their home. Because of a special event being catered that night, we were able to enjoy Ben's culinary extravaganza not once, but twice! We settled into our room, The HorseChestnut Room, which was cozy, clean, soft sheets and comfy bed. It was stocked with local and Canadian produced soaps and lotions. After some wine in the common room, my husband and I headed down for our special 4 course meal prepared and served by the Chef himself. Our culinary adventure was filled with such satisfying flavours (all locally sourced! ) which wowed our taste buds with each bite. The atmosphere was romantic and the experience was like no other. Chef Ben was so personable and friendly that we truly felt like guests in his home. We got to submerse in their brand new hot tub under sprinkling cool rain, the night was perfect. Retiring to the cozy bed, we slept with quiet peace. Aroma's of fresh bake goods and fresh brewed coffee summoned us to a delicious breakfast and wonderful conversation. We left Iron Kettle B&B with full bellies, restful sleep and smiles on our faces. Thank you Ben and staff for the unforgettable experience! We highly recommend you take a night away and be delighted locally!

Super quaint. We were very well accommodated and served a delicious lunch featuring duck quesadillas.

Today we held my sisters bridal shower at the Iron Kettle Bed and Breakfast. I cannot begin to explain how great of an experience we had! We were greeted by Ginette who ran out in the pouring rain without hesitation to help us bring everything in that we needed for the day! She was so welcoming and made us feel at home. The food was absolutely amazing, Ben did a fantastic job, as per usual. And of course the venue was absolutely stunning as it always is! We did not have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing that needed to be done, it was fantastic!

As a wedding photographer, I get to eat some pretty great food from vendors all over the area. I’ve been to a couple events now catered by Iron Kettle and the food was absolutely delicious with Ben’s own unique twist. The service is on-point and their staff is friendly and professional. Keep doing what you are doing Ben and Ginette. You rock!

Really nice place. Ben the owner is very helpful and has a culinary background. Locally sourced eggs and asparagus omelette cooked to order. It’s located at the intersection of two country roads and is very quite. After staying in downtown Windsor for most of this year, this was a really nice break.

My best friend made reservations for all 6 rooms of the bed and breakfast for her wedding weekend for both Friday and Saturday approx 1 year prior to the wedding date and 1 month before the wedding they emailed her (very unprofessional) to say they double booked. Her wedding is Canada day weekend. Any cottages or residences they suggested were booked months ago. All they said was sorry and pretty much you're out of luck. Not a very reliable business and very unprofessional. I would never stay here. Or suggest it to anyone else.

Absolutely excellent dining! The food was incredible. The meal was a fabulous rack of lamb and shoulder, a mushroom potato purée and veg. All the food was top notch including last but not least, the strawberry rhubarb cobbler! Service was impeccable and the chef was a fabulous host! We can’t wait to come back!

This place has a distinct feel. The owner/chef really personalizes your dishes and makes sure that your restrictions are catered to! There's a few seating areas. One with a bunch of tables, an area that is essentially a big dining table for say a family or group that is visiting, and a couch seating area.

Excellent food prepared by an excellent chef using mainly local ingredients. Spectacular bed and breakfast upstairs in a historic home decorated in the period the house was built and showing off many unique features. A hidden treasure in Essex County in the village of Comber.

Hands down, amazing! Ben is an amazing chef and the atmosphere is so enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

It was a delightful step back into a much more civilized era in time with a nice selection of teas or coffee and a delicious array of savoury bite sized finger foods followed by more delicious sweet bite sized desserts. We will be back again for the exquisite experience and ambience.

Spent the first two nights of our honeymoon here couldn't have been more pleased with the service food and atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience! We had both dinner and breakfast there during our stay and both were delicious! Ben took our dietary requirements (vegetarian) into account and designed creative and amazing meals! We also loved the collection of board games in our room! We would love to stay there again!

We hired Ben and Ginette to cater and coordinate our upcoming wedding as well as provide rooms for our out of town guests we have been to other events catered by the Iron Kettle and we're extremely confident in our choice to use them for our own wedding.

Rented the iron kettle for a family dinner. Very happy with the food, service and ambiance. Would definitely recommend it for a special occasion, or for something a little different!

Visited the Iron Kettle for a Christmas party — food dishes were delicious and something a little different. Toured the Inn while we were there, very cool place to stay. Host was extremely friendly and chuck full of information on the history of the Inn itself as well as the surround area. He also tries to incorporate as much locally sourced product into the dishes as possible. A uniquely wonderful experience.

Wonder place to stay! Ben is super friendly and can cook an amazing omlet!
