Staff was super friendly and the location is amazing, about 1 minute walk to the beach! The rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean. A good spot for the price!

For the price you pay, it should be at least 4 star hotel instead it is horrible hotel. Only convenient is the location that's it. Overpriced and terrible smelly rooms, outdated and very dusty. Wouldn't recommend it.

Ruined our trip to wasaga beach. We could not sleep: too much noise until 5 AM (it felt like we were in the middle of a nightclub), bed was very uncomfortable, and beddings did not feel clean. The place looks nothing like the photos they use to advertise. It is not clean and Broken windows let tons of spiders and mosquitoes in our room. Shower experience is horrible. We paid 250 for one night and what a bad experience we had. If you want to have a great time visiting wasaga, stay away from this "cottage".

Recently our graduating class had stayed here for our last trip and overall it was a very overcomplicated and stressful trip. We thought we could just find a cheap place for a couple nights to chill with grade but upon arrival we could tell it was trash. All the doors had giant opening on the bottoms so bugs were in our room the whole trip and there was no chance of even getting them out, an 8 person room should really only hold 6 ppl at most. However the worst part was the staff they had some creepy a## dudes watching the grounds 24/7 and even tho we got turnt asf we only broke one mirror outta all of the room and because of this all 53 students that went did not receive there $50 deposit. Thats $2650 they stole for an $8 mirror. There whole organization is a scam so do urselves a favour n don't stay at any of there three location, you will overpay for a legit 1 star motel. — the yoys of 2017

Stayed here over the May 24 weekend with a group of students. The rooms were okay, but the exterior doors were thin cheap wood, with weak poorly assembled twist handle locks, and were not even hung straight. Due to this there were large open gaps around most of the doors around half an inch at some points, allowing for many bugs and even small animals to easily get in. Many random people from the music festival also came on the property and one guy actually came into one of the rooms and spat on my friends face. Defintly not the safest plave. The worst part was that it has been a month and the company still hasn't returned our refundable deposits which were promised to given back if we "removed our bad reviews". Where's the $3000 you're company stole from a group of hardworking students trying to pay for school tuitions?

Had the greatest May 2/4 weekend ever. Love this location and the staff were great. I loved it so much I'm returning for July long weekend.

They take people's money and that's it do not trust these people.

Lost my braclet and had to pay 30$? For a working student that is ridiculous. Never staying here again.

We stayed at Edgewater by the Bay last year and are planning another stay for this year — the trouble is they are getting booked up so quickly and it's hard to coordinate dates for the get together. We found this is the perfect location — close to all the action of the Main beach but far enough away to be able to enjoy our get together. The suite had a updated kitchen and bathroom, bbq's and we loved the central firepit. From what we are hearing Wasaga Beach has lots of exciting changes happening and we can't wait to see what's going on.
