Rooms are clean and well kept. The price is much better than if we had stayed in Barrie. I took off one star because the TV service was unavailable the whole time we were there. The bathroom fan was pretty loud, but that's not a big deal. I plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area.
Clean room. Very convenient location, with pool and full fridge and microwave. Only complaint is the bed is a bit hard for my liking. Also very friendly staff.

I am currently st this establishment. It didn’t look great when we booked but we saw it had a hot tub and wanted to go in before we did our Spartan race in the morning and it had decent reviews. However, we got here at 9:28, went to use the hot tub and it was closed at 9:30. It didn’t have any water in it anyway… and again, the only reason we booked here. Now we’re sitting in our room and it reeks of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, told them and they came upstairs and said outside the room smelled fresh. Well that’s wonderful but our room smells like cigarettes and I’m actually allergic. I told the manager that someone was clearly smoking in their room but he would not investigate. This place is gross and they clearly have little care about their guests. This is the first time I’ve ever rated a hotel online but I really felt the need to warn others. Do not stay here.
