Quaint place. Kept clean. Beds have a thick mattress cover and were very clean, but very hard. Bathroom was clean and sufficient supplies. Heat is a little difficult to control (baseboard) worth a small window air conditioner, so not sure how good it would be on a hot night. Friendly front desk guy.

For the price it can't be beat. Great internet speed which is generally all I care about, plus the room is incredibly clean even in the smoking section. Not to mention I got bumped up from a single to double room for seemingly no reason. Strongly recommend.

Between homes, stayed for a month and 3weeks. Very well maintained nice room with a second room as a full kitchen, separated by an adjoining bathroom. Housekeeping done well and reqularly, management very friendly and accommodating. Long stay rate very reasonable. Loved my time there.

Very clean, bright environment. Nothing fancy but the price reflects this. In a great location; close to modern amenities and a 20 minute walk/5 min drive to historic downtown Perth. I would recommend if you're looking for a clean spot at a fair price!

I liked the room but if you come with a service dog you are paying double the price they went from 65.00$ to 99.00$ on account of the service dog. I had to point out it was illegal to deny me on account of a service dog. Nice room though.

Nice and clean, across from many amenities. Only downside is heat is controlled from office off radiant heat boilers. It's a sauna u less a window is left open. If that was fixed it would be 5 star.

Its a quaint little place and great for a quick rest. Walls are not sound proof and parking is right outside you window so can hear all the goings on outside. Price is decent, but Does Not include a breakfast with the stay. After taxes its about $120 for a two queen room with little amenities.

I travel this area a lot on my motorcycle and the Perth Plaza has always been a refuge for me. The owners are really nice and I have a hard time leaving in the morning because the rooms are so cosy. I highly recommend this motel.

Cleanest room I've ever stayed in. All basic amenities provided. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

As previously indicated, I also occupied the Venus Fly Trap also known as the Perth Plaza. High prices are justified by the great views of highway 7 and the neon lights of the McDonalds.

We didn't arrive in Perth, ON until 5 a. M. And even though the lobby closes at 11:30 p. M. The owner answered the phone and 5 a. M. And was ready at the desk once we got there. He understood that we had been driving for hours and gave us an extra hour for check out, even though we didn't ask. The room was very clean. No flies as suggested by one of the reviews. The owners were incredibly kind and the price was low.
