My hubby and I met playing Slo-pitch and we just Celebrated our 30th Anniversary. We love the Jays, what better way to spend it than at a Jays game and staying at the Marriott with Stadium View. What an incredible experience. Great views, rooms, staff and service. Memories to last a lifetime — thank you ⚾️💙🍾🥂

Had the most amazing family experience from check in with Trevor at the front desk to all of the staff within the stadium 💚💚💚

Nice room, clean and great view of the baseball field. However, we had parking included in our booking. The hotel clerk during check-in didn’t give us the parking ticket we needed to park with which resulted in having to pay for the parking. We tried to resolve the issue with the staff, but no one was helpful. They admitted they made a mistake but refused to issue a refund on parking and carelessly told us the parking staff would call us to refund us… of course, still no refund. You preferred to shift responsibility to another party. Your costumer service sucks. I travel a lot and I will no longer book with the Marriott. I am a person of principles and when you make a mistake, it’s of your responsibility to ensure everything is corrected the right way.

Imagine prepaying for 3 buffet breakfasts and having proof of purchase … which you were shown, but you refuse to honour that 3rd breakfast for another paid customer. Is it common practice to steal from your customers or is this an isolated incident? Please respond. I would LOVE to hear your side of things!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was considerate and attentive. I've already re-booked.

Good food and people friendly.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Beds were comfortable and warm. Suite met my clean expectations. Great location for walking to the Theatre, restaurants, shopping, markets. Can't wait to return!

For out of towners who want to be close downtown city centre. Staff was great,. Rooms are good.

Really enjoyed our evening.

First and last stay ever a disaster. Customer service was poor, friendly valet, unfortunately for the front desk staff I cannot say the same, as they might as well as have been robots (self check-in kiosk). Duty manager MIA, called but never received a return call. We were passing through Toronto and thought it would be a great place to stay for the night. We drove in, valet greeted us at the door, assisted us to check in, we then proceeded to the front desk asking if a room was available. He asked us to book a hotel room online, and brushed us off with a hand gesture. After booking online we returned to the front desk with what we thought was a confirmation of the room we booked. After an exhausting struggle of trying to gather what online information front desk was looking for, front desk finally was able book us in directly. After check-in (credit card provided and paper invoice given) we were then told parking was an additional fee and we could figure out our own parking or be charged an additional $50 hotel parking fee. We paid and valet assisted us with our bags and provided us details on how their valet system worked. After getting set-up in our room we quickly exited the hotel to see if Toronto had better experiences to offer than this hotel. We headed to ripley’s aquarium next door, as well as the CN tower, and finished our night at Boston pizza where we witnessed examples of great customer service. We then returned to the hotel to sleep for the night.

Great location, staff is awesome! we rented a king suite for the 4 of us (two kids 2 adults) and it was perfect! kids love the pool! we got in late and ate in the restaraunt that over looks the baseball field, kids were really excited about that! food was ok but fit the bill for our needs.

The room had a great view of the CN Tower. My son and I went to a Blue Jays game and my wife and daughter watched from the restaurant.

Perfect location to see the Jay's. Staff are very helpful. Be prepared for security check every time you enter hotel if event on at the dome.

Nice hotel, rooms are nice. Customer service is good, but the continuous trains which are right outside of the windows are very annoying… non stop! Most of the rooms are right above the train tracks.

Wonderful view of the Rogers field nice room too. The staff very helpful and accommodating! Highly recommended.

ROBBED! I only wish I could leave zero stars. I stayed at the Marriott Nov 9-11, was assured I would be receiving my security deposit back when I called 5 days later, they said a refund was processed but there has been no refund. I’ve called back and left voicemails for the Finance department since and haven’t even heard back. Do not stay here!

The room was excellent (field view-amazing! ) until our last night (Friday night to Saturday morning, April 27th-28th) when the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. For about 10 bursts. We went to our door but no one was in the hallway so we figured it was a false alarm and called the front desk. They said it was under investigation, to stay in our room and they would make an announcement shortly. The announcement never came. We eventually went back to bed and fell asleep only to have another (a different type of alarm) rude awakening at around 7am. Some short burst bell type alarm. It's a most definite way to assure guests aren't late for check-out.

Really nice hotel and great location. Visiting Toronto, the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to all main areas, shopping, bars, restaurants and CN tower is next door. Easy access too and from union station — so easy to get to and from Toronto Pearson Airport.
Great views of the blue jays stadium from within the hotel. Not sure how comfortable the hotel would be on match days. Restaurant is in refurbishment and very small. The gym has some equipment to use, not so friendly staff there… pool really nice, but be carefully steps leading down to the pool are very slippery… and no Signs! Rooms are smart and clean but look a little dates. No room safe — so nowhere to place valuables. Staff are friendly and polite. They do need to tidy the area outside of the hotel as not at its best considering this is a 4 star hotel. Limited signage from union station to the hotel… so although close in distance… when you get to the CN tower… not so easy to find… you need to take the lift. Which is not pointed out.

Our room is large and immaculate. More importantly, when I was trying to leave the hotel this morning, I nearly fainted and threw up in the lobby (ew). The staff were so courteous in helping me back to my room even though I made a mess on their table. To top it off, the desk manager just phoned my room tonight to make sure I was okay. Really lovely stay and staff — — would stay again.

Amazing staff, best of the best! Highly recommend. Great atmosphere. Made our little getaway an experience that our family will never forget!
