They gave my key to another guest before I had checked out, he walked in while I was changing. Unbelievable! Thank god nothing was stolen while I wasn't in the room.

The room is small but clean and cute. The staff was very good. The walls are thin so you can hear other room's sounds. But the hotel is conveniently located and not expensive, so we'll stay here again.

Didn't stay just visiting a friend, but it was cozy, cute and the staff was awesome.

Love, love, love this place! Walking into this place is like walking into a jewelry box. Every detail is spot on and truly creates the luxury boutique experience. The rooms are compact but have a beautiful modern aesthetic. The ceilings are very high which makes them feel open and very comfortable. The cafe and lounge in the hotel had delicious food and stiff drinks. All around this was a win/win and I will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

The desk staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable. However, for a cost of over $300.00 per night, our room was approximately 9x11. We couldn't even pass each other to move around the bed. There was less then half an arms length between the bed and the wall and you had to shimmy past the air conditioner to get into bed. No closet, not even a chair. No coffee maker. Netflix rebooted every 2-4 minutes so we couldn't even watch a program. No value for the money. Overall a great disappointment.

Charming little boutique hotel. Adorable little "urban pod" type rooms with elegant touches such as high ceilings, floor to ceiling headboards, sparkling mosaic glass showers, sleek modern fixtures and luxurious linens. Wonderfully friendly staff as well.

A+ all the way around! I was SO happy with my entire experience & would love to come stay here again. Everyone was so friendly & helpful, the room was adorable, and I was comfortable & slept well!

Great if you're looking for a chic modern hotel. It's really clean and the beds are comfy. The only downfall is there is no elevator, hut the staff is nice and will help with any bags.

Good price in prime area. As others have accurately said, the trade-off is the rooms are very small. The room I had was attractive and clean. For many, the trade-off is a good one.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this after going to a concert at the ACC. It was very amazing and very fancy considering the size and everyone that worked there was super friendly. We were bumped up to a bigger room for no reason which is always nice as well. Before we even left we decided that we would definitely stay here again!

I am only giving a one star because I have no choice to give "zero". I made a reservation back in April to stay here for a stay on July 16th. When we went to check in on Saturday, turns out that the place is under renovations and all the doors were locked. Thanks for letting me know you are closed and left with no place to stay!

Had a good experience here. The rooms are very small however and the staff can be rude sometimes — depending on the shift.

BIG BED BUG PROBLEM! The rooms are grossly undersized for two people and not only that they had bed bugs in the room we stayed in. Dont let the pictures fool you. Advice is avoid if possible!

I had a very enjoyable stay at bE SixFifty. The room was small, but comfortable, modern, and well built and designed. Lots of thought went in to making these small rooms work really well and look stunning. All three of the staff members (2 at the front desk one at the cafe). I interacted with were exceptionally professional and polite. The location is central. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was simple, but delicious. Overall this was a very memorable stay in a one of a kind hotel in Toronto!

Honestly the badest hotel that I ever went in my life if I could rate it 0 I would, staff does not respect in any way customers with their ridiculous policies. We payed 130 $ to stay for the night and we couldn't even had close friends to visit us. We had to leave the hotel and went to ours that we payed around 5:00 am because they kicked us out and were willing to call the police! Is that an accusation of being so what call treated like a criminal? The room was not damaged by any cost and we were really quiet still they charged 250 $ on credit card because of unconvienent hotel politics that doesn't respect any of the customers services fee! I really think they are robing their clients by charging unnecesary fees, Be sure your manager will be called obviously your judgement is really not that great.

I rented a single bed room the night before my stay on a third party booking site. Chic is the perfect word to describe my room, it was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had no issues. My only complaint is how thin the walls are, I could hear everything.

Refused to let me speak to a manger yet had no authority to do anything. All the services were sub par and the smallest room ever. Not to mention half of the boutique things they offer didn't work in my cave of a room. Terrible management.

I am an experienced traveller who has stayed everywhere from the shabbiest third world hostels to 5-star establishments. Never in my years of traveling have I been greeted with such apathetic unprofessionalism as I was at this pathetic excuse for a hotel. Furthermore, I have never given a one-star review of a hotel for any reason… until now. I live down the street and had helped my father reserve a room at this establishment vis a vis a popular online 3rd party provider. I arrived with him, presenting unequivocal documentation showing a confirmation number. When we arrived there was a girl who could not have been more than 19 years old who appeared to be the sole employee at the hotel. When we showed up she was thoroughly confused by our presence and frozen like a deer in headlights. She mentioned that the manager did not leave her with a "print-out" of our reservation. A key point is that she did find our reservation in the system, but asked us to come back later so she could "sort everything out" (note: it was already 9pm). When we returned an hour later, she told us that the hotel was booked and they had no rooms for my 65-year old father. She explained that she had called the manager, but he had not returned her call (I do not believe this, as she was clearly coached to shoot us down). My father asked for compensation or for a room at one of their other two locations, but was again turned down. No apology, no compensation, nothing.

I stayed here in a lovely pink double bE room last month for four days as I attended a Research Conference at The Sheraton and had a total blast! The room is stylish, comfortable, clean and very cozy! And at the heart of downtown TO where I need to be. People were so nice esp Kyle and the girls and Stefano from the café with all his lovely food, coffee and pastries! Will definitely be back soon xoxo.
