Nice room very clean. Quiet bed and comfortable pillow. On the other hand shower gel and shampoo do not smell very good it smells like cleaning products for the house.

Very clean, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Nice restaurant as well. Having a nice stay.

Toilet kept running non stop. Food is terrible. 4 customer service agents later and they can't seem to figure out how to email an invoice. Now waiting for a 5th to reply. I've called in and emailed. How is it that 4 people in a row can't send a simple email with an invoice attached? Seems really fishy.

Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. Have been trying to speak with management for 5 days. No response whatsoever. Save your money folks there’s much cheaper and much nicer with better amenities and showers that actually work. Never again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice, very clean and the king size bed & pillow very comfortable (slept in till 8:30am). We ordered diner and everything was perfect.

The Hotel is using a new Method of scamming foreign nationals using the government regulations. Its very cheap and indecent.

The government requires the 3 nights hotel stay. They give foreigners approval after knowing all our information and situation details then just one word from a Canadian immigration officer to refuse the entry,,, explaining that only Canadians and Permanente Residents are allowed to enter Canada and others are not welcome and "the money is in your pocket".

Obviously this is an organized way of collecting the maximum money from foreigner nationals, requiring them to pay in advance and knowing that will not be allowed to enter Canada.

This method of immoral scamming and "theft" is not accepted for us or for any other person …

Doing 3 day quarantine I have heard nightmares from other hotels and other friends that's why we chose Marriott and we dont regret it. Food is great, hot meals 3 times a day and generous portions that we cant even finish. Very organized. When we checked in we chose our 3 meals a day for the 3 days and always hot and on time. Rooms are big and the price was not much more the the lower hotels. At least here it is clean food is good and we got shuttle service at the airport. Have booked my enlaws here for their flight next week coming back to toronto. Recommended this hotel in a heartbeat.

Being forced by government to quarantine in the hotel made me uneasy. I chose hotel more on the name basis than anything else. I was a bit uptight on arrival, because the shuttle service and front desk did not coordinate my pick up and that means, I was waiting for almost an hour for a 5 minute drive.
Check in process wasn’t bad, considering the hour. They did try to be accommodating. I guess I was too tired and a bit annoyed, but they handled it nicely.
Room it self doesn’t make you feel worth the money they charging. But the bed is amazing and room is specious. HERE IS A REAL REASON I’M WRITING THIS:

We love Marriott. We normally book this particular hotel when we are flying out for vacation. We always have a snack downstairs. Buffalo wings, onion rings and a soft cheese plate and some
Ruffino wine. Service has always been exceptional.

The best place to stay at a reasonable price.

Not trustable. We booked 10 months ago and they cancelled it without indications today. The event is in less than a month and now all the other hotels are booked too.

We booked a room almost over 10 months ago for Anime North. We even had the confirmation for the convention rate and room. Yesterday, our room was cancel with NO reasons at all. They said they were other hotels near with room but there is NOTHING near the convention under 400$ per night. We now got NO rooms at all and we are coming directly from Quebec! It's the second year they did that to us! I tried to call 3 times, they don't know and just transfert me to someone who do…esn't answer and don't call back. I emailed 4 people. Nobody answered. Nobody cares about the problem. The client service is 0/10 and I'll never coming back to this place EVER. This makes always our convention stressful even tho we plan ahead! I will never recommend this hotel because they don't care about their clients at all.

The hotel for sleeping is great but horrible for breakfast being a gold member and been staying in Marriott’s for more then 20 years it was the worst service for breakfast I have ever had Table of 4 took 10-15 mins to get any attention coffee / tea / menu, no cream had to go to another table to get cream for our coffee since waitress never offered — wrote our order down — 1 of 4 were right tried to take things off plates to make other orders right 1 was totally wrong had to …be sent back

Comfortable room with some nice Marriott touches. Lobby bar/restaurant was noisy. Food tasted good, but would have liked actual freshly cooked and in larger portions even if it upped the prices.

Convenient location and ample parking available. Decor looks a little dated. I was here to attend a business meeting and the staff were very courteous and provided great service.

Great room and stay, clean room, great service, loved the free airport shuttle, easy to travel to downtown Toronto. Staff always went out of there way to be polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again but really expensive drinks and food if you venture to the hotel bar! Other than that overall satisfaction guaranteed! Beautiful place to stay.

Hotel shuttle from the airport runs every 25 minutes, having missed one had to wait a while. Checking in took some time and did not have room service. However restaurant in lounge open until midnight and was able to grab a bite. Food was delicious! Room was nice and clean. Overall satisfied.

Excellent lobby and restaurant (Cobb salad was amazing). Room was mostly clean, but a small amount of mold in the grout of the shower. Front desk was very helpful at check in, but could have been more friendly at check out. All in all, more good than bad but still room for improvement.

The hotel is very eye appealing and the employees are very friendly. Theres a good size pool which isn't to deep and there also a hot tub, in the change rooms there is a sauna. You use a key card to access guest floors which helps make it feel very secure. The fire alarm works very well. All in all the hotel was very clean and had friendly service. I definitely will go again.

My buddy was getting married and he had a hotel room at the Marriott. He was getting ready so we all dropped by and went to the lounge. The lounge was nice and clean and there was a lot of all inclusive stuff. The cookies, candy and drinks were great. Also, they have a nice big TV and a solid seating area. We then went to chill on the patio area outside the pool. It's a pretty nice place. The pool was also nice but we didn't have time to swim. Great experience. Would book room again.

Beautiful hotel with a modern active lobby. Conference facilities were superb. The employees serving lunches and breaks were accommodating, friendly and professional. The rooms are standard wire large tv, fridge and safe. There is pool and gym.

Great place for a professional event. Things were run so smoothly. There was a free lunch for 300 people and all were served promptly and happily! It was great!

Great hotel and great staff, I stay here often. The new renovations look fantastic! The only reason I gave four instead of five is that the bathtub in our room wasn't draining properly, which was kind of gross. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My stay here has been amazing. We were able to check into the room early by a few hours and were very happy with our 2 bed room. Clean, ice looking, and a mini fridge! We didn't spend that much time in the room seeing as we are here for an anime convention, but they added to an already very nice weekend.

The rooms are nice, and they have excellent sound insulation! It was strange to have the sink and mirror outside the bathroom, but we found that with multiple people in the room, it was very handy. 1 downside is that the televisions are programmed not to let you duplicate the screens from another display (e. G. Game console, Laptop, etc)

I arrived at midnight after I waited on the shuttle for 30 minutes at the airport. Normally I would take a cab, but had no Canadian money on me so I figured I would take the shuttle. The check in was slow as the lady in front of me laughed about using the platinum elite check in line when she was not a member. She proceeded to ask many questions as others waited. The elevators did not work and I lugged my bag up the stairs myself. I contacted marriott and I will give them credit for responding to my concerns. The VIP lounge was nice. Food was good in the make shift restaurant.

Very nice hotel close to the Toronto airport. We were placed here by Air Canada after missing a connection to LAX. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, nice size, clean and beds were super comfortable. Free airport shuttle operates on a schedule. Lobby and common areas were spacious and modern. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again even if I didn't miss my connecting flight.

Great place for business conferences. I am attending the 14th annual North American summit on Food Safety and have all the best comments for the organizators of this event.

The staff were helpful, accommodating, and kind. The hotel was renovated last summer, and I hear that the rooms will be renovated next year, which will make it even better. Available parking, a connected space for corporate events, and a basic gym/pool seal the deal. For the price, location, and amenities, I really can't complain.

A very nice and modern hotel conveniently located very close to Toronto Pearson International Airport. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone doing business in Toronto or for weekend getaway.

This hotel caters to air travellers, yet later arrivals are totally shut out of on-site food services after midnight. That is the time room service as well a lobby food service closes. We arrived from March break holiday in Jamaica. Our flight landed at 11:00 pm and we were at the airport and checked In by 12:05. When we got to our room we learned that we had just missed the lobby food service and that room service had just shut down for the night. Since Jamaica does not use daylight savings time, our internal clocks had not yet adjusted to the one hour difference in time. Needless to say, we were a couple of very hungry travellers and very disappointed hotel guests. It is a shame to have to rate this hotel so poorly. To be fair, the check-in people were marvellous, the park and fly service is great, and the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. I am certain that if I had used this airport for the departure leg of my vacation, that I would have been quite impressed with the hotel. However, since I used this hotel for the return leg of my vacation, I would certainly be reluctant to use it again if my flight were to arrive after 9:00 pm.

As long as it's clean, a hotel is a hotel is a hotel with regards to the rooms. Standouts for me was a delightful maid who rather enthusiastically greeted me in the hallway while cleaning another room and wished me a good day. She was seemingly the only staff with this temperament. Was here for 2 days and a night for a conference. The food was surprisingly good for the catered meals both the 3 buffet styles and 1 table service dinner.

Was there for a work conference and two nights. Room was well furnished and quiet. Housekeeping left me some toothpaste without being asked when they realized I was running low — a great example of going above and beyond!

We were at a leadership training event in one of the conference rooms. The food was absolutely amazing! The service wasn't bad, but was a bit confused during the plated lunch. The room was a bit cold, but they got it figured out by noon. Overall a really great experience.

Hotel was beautiful! The lobby bar staff and front desk clerks were friendly and professional. The conference rooms were perfect for our event when we launched our company into this country this weekend! Our room was perfect for what we needed but there was a lot of confusion for other people we stayed with. A lot of requests for 2 beds or couches and cots were unobtainable. The lobby staff were also over prepared for us when we had walk in the rain. They provided a bunch of large umbrellas to help keep us dry!

Nice lobby with clean rooms. The rooms are somewhat dated but the beds are very comfortable. Friendly, courteous staff throughout hotel. Attended a venue in the conference center and the food was amazing. Would recommend this hotel.

Modern lobby and lounge/food services with a very good breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable with typical Marriott facilities, but somewhat tired decor and carpet. Business lounge was nice but no evening snacks (cheese, crackers, nuts etc. ) unless you like candy and a sweet.

Decent place. Was at a workshop. Didnt stay overnight. Was there for two days. Food was good. Close to airport. Parking lot kinda small though. Overall not bad.

Rooms and facilities quite average. The attention of the waitresses is very good, but the attention in the lobby (serving coffee) is really bad.

Full service Marriott with airport shuttle. Nice hotel, nothing special, but most airport hotels aren't, nor do I expect it to be. Has a restaurant. I stay here when my flight is very early the next morning.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent service, good restaurant and room service too. Felt very safe here as a woman traveling alone and they were quite accommodating for late check-out.

Definitely one of my great stays! Extra kind welcome with chocolate strawberries, chocolate milk and a bottle of water! Perfect — and oh a chocolate bar also. Great welcome to my stay. I had a terrific group of people to assure my comfort! Thank you to each of you and will def come back!

This hotel never ceases to amaze me. The renovations are going great. The hotel cleaning staff, front desk and every other employee continually shine as hospitality leaders.

This is a great hotel located conveniently near Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ). They have a nice lounge right in the lobby. The rooms are modern and there are plenty of plug-ins to charge your electronic devices. Definitely recommend!

A bit of an older hotel with a recently renovated lobby restaurant, and bar. I've stayed a few times. Typically for only a night at a time. The restaurant has a food range of options that are well prepared and the staff is always very friendly.

Good restaurant, conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Elevators take so long, it's faster and easier to take the stairs… ask for a lower floor.

I'm a Marriott Platnium member. This hotel is one of the WORST Marriott's I've ever stayed. Air Conditioners are old and rooms are hot (I checked more than one-needed a fan to be comfortable). Elevators don't work properly (one of three continually broken). No room on bathroom counter. Room has old smell to it. Never again. Enjoy the view from your dirty window.

Place was decent. Under major construction. Everything on the main floor is being renovated. I'm sure it will be nice when done. Food was decent for a conference.

This hotel was great… the beds in the room were very comfy (pillow top mattress) :) the room smelt fresh, great view of the planes coming in seeing as your located minutes from the airport. Indoor pool which wasnt too buay. Only faults that their was too much salt in the pool that when we got out our eyes were burning. The towels to use in the pool area emptied fast and their wasn't very many. And breakfast was expensive! For 3 people I ordered us each an egg toast sausage and potatoes with 2 orange juices came up to almost 55$. And the bread isn't buttered you have to do that yourself so by the time you get your toast their cold. Other then that it was a great stay! Very polite staff! If ever I visit Toronto again I will book at this hotel… and the timmies is 9min by drive and their are NO stores around to buy snacks or drinks theirs only a strip joint and a coffee time! The Starbucks downstairs does not mention that they do not serve cold drinks only hot coffee from Starbucks. I booked with Trivago and my room was originally 349.00 a night I paid 166.63 for 5 people! Not too bad!

I was there for a conference over a 2 day period. The staff that we had as servers for the conference meals were great and the staff at the restaurant were great but what ruined mine and my friends experience was the front desk staff. When you came to check in and out they were rude, pushy and just plain mean. You felt like it was such a big inconvenience being there and checking in, let alone the face that most of us weren't suppose to be paying for our rooms, but they were suppose to be billed to our offices back home. I was really lucky when I checked in because I got a girl named Linda who helped me but my friends standing right beside me and behind weren't so lucky. I couldn't believe the difference in staff quality on that shift (and Linda's name tag said 'in training'). At check out I wasn't so lucky and got one of the older ladies and again witnessed more problems. The room was fine. Dinner at the restaurant was great. Definitly recommend the need tacos.

Honestly one of the better hotels that I have stayed in. I stayed for a convention and check in went really well, the staff was friendly and helpful when there was a mix up with one of my rooms. The only two things that I had a problem with was our toilet was super loud to the point we could not flush it at night or it would wake up those who were sleeping. The other thing was if you were swimming you had to leave the pool area to use the bathroom and make sure to take your key card with you. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent overall service. Very friendly staff, especially considering the very busy weekend they were in the middle of. Rooms were clean but not spotless which is easily forgiven. Reasonable prices as well. I would stay again!

The rooms are old fashioned. If not close to. The airport. The reception of the hotel is. But if not a decent hotel for a short time pass.

Just minutes from the airport and great stop if you have a late arrival. Hop into the free shuttle the next mornin to pick up your rental care and save a little money. Not a hugeselection of dining options within walking distance.

We were flying out the next day. It's Located next to the airport. The surrounding area isn't great but many possibilities not far. Staff is wonderful.

A completely ordinary hotel in airport area. Visited for a meeting. Decor is nothing special, staff very friendly, Wi-Fi reliable. Overall this is serviceable and nothing more.

We had a three say event at the Grand Ballroom over the last weekend. The wait staff were a bit impolite and rushing on cleaning up. I little smiles can go a long way. The food was OK on average.

Attending OWHA girls hockey Provincials (these are 12yr old girls) we stayed 3 nights at the Toronto Airport Marriott. In fact, our hockey association booked approximately 450 room nights for the 9 teams over the weekend. For a hotel that bills itself on its website as 'Team Friendly', this is by far the worst experience I've ever had over the years, not only as a hockey team guest but as someone that's stayed at 100s of hotels over the years. To begin with, there were a number of issues with our room when we checked in. OK, we called front desk and they came and took care of them; not a big deal. However, the treatment by cleaning staff and security was atrocious. Our children were repeatedly told to clear the hallways and to be quiet (day or night). They were told to put shoes on and spoken to harshly, and in a couple of instances were sworn at by cleaning staff ('get the F out of my way'; 'I'm not your Fing babysitter'). Adults gathering to discuss dinner plans, etc. Were told to clear the hallway. Most alarmingly, large imposing security guards in full tactical gear (in all seriousness) were posted in the hallway outside of rooms where anyone gathered. We were harassed repeatedly by security; coming in to our room questioning guests with respect to who's room it was we were in and numerous other interactions that found us defending ourselves with respect to any kind of gathering we were at.

I stayed on the 9th floor in a nice room the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing.

Attended a two day conference for work. Staff were helpful and respectful. Every staff person at the Marriott took the time to acknowledge and say good morning or ask if I needed help. The food was incredible, the rooms (conference room and hotel room) was clean and comfortable. Great experience!

I stayed the night on November 19th, 2015. I woke up on the 20th to find my truck had been stolen from the Marriott valet parking lot. I was traveling from the USA in a foreign country and had all my work papers, ID, and many personal items stolen. Hotel management's help in the matter was to give me the local police number, that's it. Not only was I charged for secured valet parking, but I later found out the video camera pointed at the lot "mysteriously" was turned off during my theft. I filed a police report and a claim with the Marriott Hotel for the grand theft on their property; but I just found out they are completely denying any responsibility for a crime on their property. BE WARNED, YOU ARE NOT SAFE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! I'd give them a ZERO star, but the ratings don't allow it.

My stay at the Marriott hotel was without an issue. I was there for a Christmas party and the party room was great and secluded for privacy. The room itself was comfortable, bed was great as was the 2 part washroom. I'd stay again, great service.

Slightly dated for meeting and conference facilities. One of our guests had a rather unpleasant experience with check in and the staff were quite rude. All in all better options are available in the area.

A surprisingly good conference venue, with a large banqueting hall; and a regular (if not quite regular enough) free shuttle taking ten minutes or so to the airport. Rooms were large and comfortable, if a little old-fashioned, and there's a nice little bar and convenience store inside the hotel too that I used. Wi-Fi was free and fast.

Charging for Wi-Fi is ludicrous! You can get it at MCDonalds or Tim Hortons for free when you spend $0.99 but not when you spend $249.00? They operate like a bank, making millions while nickel and diming customers.

The Wi-Fi must be free of charge everywhere and $15 for a room is too expensive.

Wi-Fi is $15.95 plus taxes, but you buy per device. My phone now has internet but I'd have to pay a second $15.95+tax if I want Wi-Fi on my laptop. Too blinded by awful moneygrab to properly critique the rest of the place (but bacon is an extra $5 in breakfast).

Why is it that expensive hotels nickel and dime you on every little thing? Even the cheapest motels, offer free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Not so at this Marriott.
