Stayed for one night and room was very clean, they were very accommodating to our large party of family and friends and very professional.

This is best place for short or long stay by enterance of Toronto, At this point three cities Mississauga, Oakville and Toronto meet. At the south of 427 1st entrence Evans Ave, also get you QEWand 401, is also 1 minute in access to make your way easy and fast in and out of these 3 cities Toronto, Oakville and Mississauga.

Stayed here for two nights while working in Toronto. Didn't spend much time @ the inn other than to sleep, but the room was clean although dated. Staff was friendly through little interaction I had with them. Location is excellent, by major highways, lots of choices in restaurants and shopping.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Nice, free parking area. Free hot breakfast, good selection. Breakfast area is quite small and crowded. Lots of flowers and beautiful hanging baskets around the hotel make it welcoming. We had a small loveseat in our room which we enjoyed for reading and watching TV in the evenings. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Friendly staff.

I liked the cozy feeling to this hotel. Very satisfied with their personable and friendly service. I liked their buffet-styled breakfast. I believe one can be in downtown in about 35 minutes (bus & subway).

This place was okay. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Coffee wasn’t great. Price was pretty dang high.

Decent. Clean rooms, curtious staff, reasonable rates.

Located close to the 427 and Gardiner Express, you are close to the downtown area. Sherway Gardens is close by, amenities are covered. Staff have been polite and helpful, free breakfast in the morning is a nice perk. Rooms can vary, most are in good/decent shape, and for the rates are as expected or better. Stay here when in the area for work, and will return.

The hotel is small, breakfast not much, price $120, breakfast skimpy and the same every day.

I deal with this hotel as a delivery driver and they have recently been through a rough few days when they had to deal with a water main break. Imagine not being able to have a shower at a hotel you reserved 6 months ago. The staff somehow kept the guests as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I commend them. Good folks.

The manager and staff at thus location is awesome. The rooms is always clean. It's very quiet. I recommend staying at 5th is location when your in town.

Quiet clean free Wi-Fi and 5 free movie channels included. Free breakfast from 6am — 9am weekdays and 7am — 10am weekends. Pretty good breakfast buffet: eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, assorted breads, waffles, fresh fruit, yoghurt, assorted cereal and pastries. Tea juices coffee are provided all day free of charge. Not much in the area in terms of food but there are places that deliver. If you're not looking for something too fancy and reasonably priced I guess (paid 130/night) then check them out. I would stay here again based on the close proximity to the highway.

Very good customer service didn’t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk. Was pleased with all amenities. Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span. Will def stay again without hesitation! — Cheers Ryan.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got there early and were able to check in a bit early. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great shower. Nice breakfast in the morning. I'd go back :)

We were there on the 6 of October and really like it so we went back on the 30, 31, 1, 2 3. At the end of the same month. This time we told them it was a medical reason because my wife needed a operation at St Joseph hospital and got a good rebate on the room. Something we forgot the first time, my wife even got extra pillow for her back. The staff are very good, very clean. And nice. The only thing the hotel is missing to be a 5 star hotel is a swimming pool. Happy couple from Kapuskasing.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and nice, however the first room we were given smelled like pee and the second room was weird smelling. The continental breakfast was well stocked and maintained.

Good location just outside the downtown core close to highways 427 and the QEW. Friendly staff and decent rates. Breakfast includes eggs waffles sausage or bacon, cereals yogurts, fruit, juices and coffee, better than several other continental breakfast I have seen.

One of the best yet simple hotels I've ever stayed at. Really enjoyable and quiet.

We lived our room. Spotless and everything was perfect. The room was made up each day while we were out and nothing of our personal items was touched. The breakfast was good. The only thing is I wish there were other choices of eggs. Scrambled are good but not everyday. The check in and out was easy and fast. We will be staying at the Stay Inn again in the future.

We were in a pinch due to an issue with another hotel. The front desk clerk was so patient and very kindly put a room on hold for us by phone while we were stuck in traffic from downtown. He saved the room for us until we arrived around midnight and was very pleasant to talk to. Even the free breakfast was surprisingly good quality. We will absolutely seek this place out next time we're in the area.

Home and quality room. Well placed, not far from restaurants and downtown.

For started the entrance two worn armchair that has air dusty and halls, old-fashioned reception. Very clean room, curtain and tapestry of time spent, I took my shower and I found shampoo and conditioner but no soap for the body, the bed mattress has hard spring that the one senses entered in the odds once bedtime in and it brings us back to the center of the bed do NC poorly slept. I took the pencil to write it my sink in the hand. Looking forward to seeing lunch tomorrow morning comment to follow room 211 Thank you.

I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for. I've stayed at some other inns and non of them compare to this place. I would definitely stay again, and you definitely get bang for your buck. It's clean, staff is nice and the price is right for when you don't want to pay $400 for a Toronto hotel.

It's a nice hotel. Staff is friendly. The room is clean and quiet. Our room is on the ground floor and it's looking out to the parking lot in the back. We can just open the sliding door and walk out right to our car. It's a plus! If we go back to Canada, this will be definitely the place to stay.

Our room was really small, and somewhat overpriced (although we may have paid more without a reservation). The staff didn't seem very polite. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet, and the location was good.

Hotel was acceptable for our needs and use. Third shift desk help was wonderful and funny. Breakfast was average. Clearly not a 5 star hotel and did not expect much but over all, decent.

An OK stay for one night. Horrible breakfast, though! If I was staying for longer than 1 night, I would definitely stay elsewhere.

I used to live in Etobicoke. When I visit the city now I like to stay at Stay Inn. It is very convenient and everything and all the staff are great. My only problem was recently when I tried to book a room by phone long distance I got to listen to music and ads but no service. Next time I will try the internet.
