I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. So many bed bugs. Went to the lobby to check out only hours after checking in as we simply could not stay due to the bugs and uncleanliness. When we went to the lobby, there were other guests leaving the hotel for the same reasons… none of us stayed the night. We went over the Hilton Garden Inn which ended up being cheaper actually and a luxurious stay in comparison.

Do not stay here. First we walked into our room and everything was covered in hair… even the lamp shade. So we asked them for another room and the person and the desk immediately said there was no other rooms, and then changed his mind and said oh wait there is another room. So we got to the new room, once again there was hair EVERYWHERE. We decided not to bother and say something because it was late at night and we were tired. So we got in bed AND A TICK CAME CRAWLING OUT OF THE BED on to the bed. We went down the front desk and they brushed it off and acted like there was nothing wrong. After standing there trying to ask them for yet again another room they finally put us back into the original room. We got the the room again and it wreaked like eggs. We looked around and the room had never been cleaned and there was still hair everywhere. The worker thought it was funny that the room was disgusting and did not care and kept laughing. So this morning we went to the front desk and they refused to do anything for us and did not care about the fact that our room had ticks in it that carry diseases. As we were downstairs another woman was at the desk complaining that the toilet in her room did not work. do yourself a favor and do not even walk into this hotel. P. S. There was stains all over the beds and they threatened to kick us out for complaining.

The rooms are large and comfortable, the furniture very old, the hotel is located in the nothingness, nearby nn c and nothing, the broken soft drinks machine and even the ATM therefore, equipped you with Dell water and money. The extremely poor and horrendous collation, it would be enough just a few tricks x present everything in a more pleasant way the staff nn knows the vicinity and nn and able to give information : it would be enough to cross the road and see that that the 45b bus takes you to the nearest subway stop, the guy who was in charge of the collation from 9 o'clock was watching every 5 Min the clock because nn could stand us more! Also to him we asked to go in the next morning with the shuttle at the airport x ask for information and denied us the passage along with other customers as nn we were more entitled, the shuttle almost empty! The only nice and helpful person the reception girl! Nn irecommend it is nn and a 3-star hotel, the property is 2 stars and the service scarcely a star.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Elevator was out of order or smelled like burnt, moldy vomit. Rooms were NOT cleaned well and smelled moldy. Bad value even for Toronto airport hotels.

I would not recommend this to anyone! The service is horrible and there is a stench of something that I can't even describe. I had a meeting over here and thank goodness I didn't have to go through the torture staying here overnight I was here for a couple of hours during the day and they kept having to go outside to get some fresh air. I don't know if it's a lack of ventilation or maybe it's just a grimy place however the management does need to do something. You can tell this is a place people have a stopover to go to the airport they're just on route to somewhere. I cannot for the life of me see why anyone would stay here on their own free will. Steer clear of this place save your money on if someone's offering you to take you here run the other way!

It's the nicest hotel at it's price point in the area. It gives a distinct feel of an inexpensive hotel with nice veneer, but that's pretty much exactly what it is. There isn't much at the hotel itself, and don't bother getting excited for the meager breakfast, but it's clean and comfortable. There is also lots of parking.

Do not go to this hotel. I found a bed bug here and they refuse to refund my money. The front desk was nice and offered us another room but I was not comfortable staying. I had to call 3 times to the 3rd party to get a hold of the manger/owner since it was a non refundable but in this situation I believe I should’ve got a refund since I did not even sleep in the bed (I had arrive Midnight). I also have sent a picture to owner of the bed bug. Sam Chopra the owner refuse to refund me. This ruin my experience with hotels. Stay away.

Overnight stay and 8 days parking when flying out of Toronto. Excellent value. Clean room, sheets and towels. Fridge in room. Shuttle to airport on time, clean and smooth ride. Friendly staff. I've seen bad reviews for this hotel and didn't see any evidence of what they were complaining about. Parking for the 8 days is right on site. Not off-site, like many other hotels.

This place was just perfect for my needs, people at the front desk were very nice and helped me a few times in the only night I stayed there, the breakfast was just fresh and good! Nothing bad to say about this hotel! They even offer free shuttle to go to the airport which is also very close to the hotel! Thank you!

This was a fun hotel! They had a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. There was a continental breakfast that was standard. There was a window with a shade in the shower so you could see into it from the bed. Which was fairly entertaining to us… Clean hotel nice staff.

This hotel is over priced and under rated. They dont know how to treat customers or own up to their mistakes. 1. Check in at 4am and request for late check out. Rep says max 12pm without charge. We accepted. Get a call around 1120am to ask us why we haven't checked out yet. Rep st check in time did not make a note. Disturbed our sleep. 2.1130am right beside our room is a hall. The hotel allows church there which sings and plays musical instruments. It is pretty loud. 3. The pillows are horrible. Neck ache all day. Please note I am not against church. I paid to sleep in peace with a check out time of 12pm. I was unhappy that I was not able to sleep due to the negligence of the hotel functions and the employee. After making a complain, they refused to credit anything and simply said "sorry" we cannot do anything. I have tried to get some form of refund (partial or complete) from the hotel during this past while week but no one seems interested in coming to a resolution. This is why I am writing a review and calling my credit card company right after. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away from this low class sorry to say hotel.

I wish I could give this place no stars. We checked in, went to the room to find a filthy looking hotel room. The ceiling was covered with orange water stains, the sheets didn't even look clean and the lamps wouldn't work. Gunshots and sirens wailing outside would have completed the ambience. We called the front desk who said they didn't have anyone to send up for the lamps. Then someone actually came up, and we asked if the sheets were clean — how do we know there aren't bed bugs — and his response was "you will have to sleep here to find out. " It was like something out of a movie, so gross it would actually look fake on screen. We checked out as soon as we found another hotel online (about 5 minutes) … and we were exhausted, it was after midnight by this point, but it was necessary to vacate immediately. Go anywhere else.

The only good thing is that it is Canada and near the airport breakfast Malito.

This Hotel was very poor. To begin with the only one of the elevators partially worked. The door on the elevator was not working properly and you would have to move people / bags around to balance the elevator so door can close. The door would open and close at least 15 times before closing and working. It was scary riding this elevator and a health and safety hazard The rooms were very outdated and there was musky smell throughout the entire Hotel. Wall paper was pealing and in general looked shabby. I booked a shuttle of 8:15 in the morning. They called at 7:30 saying can you be downstairs we need to leave early. I had to rush to get ready and missed having breakfast.

Weird experience here — first some pros: it's not super expensive, has airport shuttle, the rooms are good enough and has breakfast. Now some cons: the elevators don't work, the stairs are hard to navigate/technically emergency exits only, few staff on a busy night, and the shuttle rarely goes to the airport and when it does it was late in my experience. TL;DR: good enough to sleep at, but expect some inconvenience.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this hotel. They don't know how to talk to customer. The manager is very rude and will insult you if you request anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. My wife called the property and talked to the manager and he does not know how to speak to a lady. He asked her not to call the property and when my wife asked him to at least listen to her — they made racist comments on her and insulted her badly. Please stay away from this hotel as they are complete unprofessional. I called Expedia about this issue and they mentioned, they have also heard such complaints in past for this property. They mentioned that Expedia will keep this hotel under investigation for some time. I have also read such reviews in other websites for this hotel.

Absolutely no in — house shops or restaurant. No coffee shop near by. Sparsely staffed. Failed to give requested wake-up call. No alarm in room, thankful that I had alarm on my phone. Shuttle service was reserved only. Bare bones hotel. Rates were just over $100.00 per night. Get what you pay for.

The hotel and staff are nice. This place looks like it may have been a Hampton inn in the past. The bed is soft and comfy but the pillows are the hardest thing I've ever laid my head on. Overall a great experience at this hotel and would stay again. It was the cheapest hotwl with park and fly. Great value if all you care about is a place to lay your head before flying out for a vacation.

It was ok for the circumstances. The room was quite nice, but there were many other things that made me wish we had landed a nicer hotel. The shuttle driver (only one of two we met) was incredibly negative and unfriendly. The halls seemed a bit grungy, and it wasn't very soundproof. The elevator was broken, forcing us to use out of the way stairs filled with renovation junk. The card reader on the door stopped working, and I was locked out of our room for an hour while I struggled to get help from the staff. There seemed to be only one person working in the morning (due to weather) and coffee ran out at the breakfast bar multiple times. This staff member was running around, doing his best to help everyone and keep breakfast stocked, but it was obviously a struggle. Granted, many of these things were out of their control due to weather and slow elevator repair crews, but the overall impression I left with was still meh. I'd definitely go if desperate, but I wouldn't be thrilled.

This place is absolutely disgusting, not even worth the one star. Multiple types of hair on our bed sheets, stains of unknown substances, and very poor overall hygiene in the room. We left immediately.

Lousy Hotel! I paid the reservation with four months of advance and when I arrived they had oversold and left me without room. Until today I'm fighting the refund. Thieves! Impresentables!

Good assets but need a serious rejuvenation and a good cleaning.

If there is an option for a minus a star I would select it… My experience at this hotel was absolutely disgusting… The couch had floss sticks used and left on top of the couch in my room there is jelly on the front door… The toilet seat was removed the toilet paper dispenser handle Broken… not to mention there was blood on the toilet paper roll… Which the owner said " that's not blood" my bedding was absolutely disgusting and not clean… I couldn't even use my room phone to call in about the complaints because both phones in the room had no connection… and at night when I was trying to get the situation dealt with there was cops flooding the front lobby because a prostitute got beat up… So in the morning the owner came by… and treated me and my partner complete with complete disrespect not a single apology and told me there was nothing he could do. He was the owner ladies and gents the owner… as I stated in my first sentence if there was an option for a negative star I would select it.

If I could give 0 stars it would be done! We have check one and 15 minutes after out! We paid another hotel ever I would have stayed there. Dirty, old man, we didn't feel safe at all! Task on the blood spatter walls?!?! In short we left running without a cheker out to return the next day in the days. Too sketchy.

Was a best Western, now it's privately owned. Our room was 12ft by 10ft. Tiny and cluttered. When we were put in a queen bed room after paying extra for a king bed, we were told that the bed was infact a king. And all beds in the hotel were the same size. These guys need to buy a tape measure then measure their beds. They are queens. Breakfast was garbage. The shuttle only goes once every two hours and blocks the parking lot the rest of the time.

I stayed this hotel several times including recently in July 2017 for Park Sleep & Fly Package. It is good for what you paid for. I have no problem with the room and service. The owner even picked me up in airport when I returned to pick me car in their parking lot 18 days later. I would not complain I did not get 5 star service if I did not pay for 5 star service. I believe that I got what I paid for and worth it. I am going to book with them again soon. It is really good hotel for me.

Holy false advertisement! Paid for a room with a king bed; received what I imagine used to be the janitor's closet with a queen bed squeezed in. Went to the front desk to ask if we could get a room with a king bed in it and he argued with me that it indeed was a king, which it clearly is not! He offered to show us another room to prove that they are all the same, but the I'm the next breath told us that everything wad completely booked, so we wouldn't be a able to change rooms. Also the shuttle runs maybe once an hour to the airport, even though it's only 5 minutes away. Don't get me started the fact that the room was 80 degrees whenever checked in… a/c has been running fill out for 4 hours now and has only come down to 75… Never again!

We (family of two adults & a child) had a very bad experience in booking with this hotel. Our feedback is as follows: 1) This hotel advertised a room for 99$. It seemed like a good deal and we purchased the same with the cancellation option (just to be safe). 2) Upon purchasing, we were shocked to see that the cost came to 126$. They had added a 15$ fee for the child without our knowledge. In addition, it came with a zero amenities. 3) We felt cheated and decided to cancel this booking. Another shock came in the form of 90% cancellation fee. We were charged 116$ for cancellation! (just 10$ short of the full price) A clear-cut case of false advertising and cancellation fraud. stay away from this hotel!.

Seriously disgusting. Had to check out at 1am — due to lack of cleanliness and bugs. Also very unprofessional staff — the clerk was laughing at me when I asked for a refund. "Manager" said they cannot give me a refund. I was there for less than 5 hours. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this place. Looks like I'll be filing a small claims suit to get my money back. Honestly worst experience I've ever had in my life. Trust me don't book this hotel you will be disappointed. There are many hotels in the area with similar price point, avoid this place at all cost.

If I could give this place a negative, I would. It started great. We got checked in, our room (for the most part) was clean. The day we arrived we took the airport shuttle (not knowing that they charge for every trip even though on our booking site it said "Free Shuttle Service". Apparently when you take the shuttle they automatically check you out even if you're stuff is still in the room and you didn't give back the keys to the room… Anyways, 2 days later the manager comes to our room at 8 am, and starts bagging on the door aggressively. He did this 4 times. When I got up, I asked who it was and he refused to say, all he said was "Open the door" and "did you check out" I said "no, we check out Thursday. " That afternoon, myself and my friend asked to speak with him, he wasn't there. Later that day, we asked if he was there, he wasn't. On Thursday morning when we came to check out, I asked to speak to him. I was very calm and civil and asked him why he thought it was okay to wake up his customers like this? He started yelling at me and wouldn't let me speak. I remained calm. He then started yelling and saying he's going to charge me $15 plus tax. I said I wouldn't pay him anything more than I have, and if anything I should be reimbursed for the way he woke us up and the screaming. He kept yelling at me, so another customer stepped into defend me and he told her to mind her own business and then proceeded to tell her he wants her to check out, so he basically kicked her out.

I stayed here with my children for a night and the staff were extremely accommodating, they made sure that I knew exactly what was happening with my payment/deposit, and the express check out was very useful. My room was exactly as I expected, it was clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Just a wonderful experience all around. They really made the next day of travel a lot easier for me to deal with. Thank you so much.

Worst hotel experience in Toronto. Stay away! The creep manager Sam stared at different guests during breakfast and made everyone feel uncomfortable. When approached he verbally berated the guy! He is very unfit for customer service. Everything was just run down and unprofessional. The continental breakfast consisted of two broken waffle machines, an empty yogurt fridge, some old muffins, and a cereal dispenser that who knows when was last cleaned. It looks like the hotel was once owned by a chain and later taken over by inexperienced management. This is apparent due to the large empty rooms, paper signs taped everywhere, and some rooms missing furniture? I am not sure when the last time the rugs were cleaned but ours was so bad we needed to keep our shoes on. The staff did not let us change to a different room. If you want to stay at a hotel near the conference centre in a bleak industrial park for a similar price, go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Hotel is ok. Some people in the staff are very rude and talk to you like your stupide. Breakfast is small. If you need to sleep one night somewhere go there but not any longer.

Best place to stay under reasonable price. Staff wws quick and the hotel was clean. Best fast was best compare to other motels and rooms were clean and spacy. Recommended to stay here over any other motel.

I had an awful experience with this hotel. After booking through Expedia, I discovered there had been an error online in my chosen date. The hotel refused to refund the room, offering only a change in dates, which didn't help since I had long left Toronto. I called to discuss this with the manager and was met with quite possibly the rudest customer service I've yet to encounter. When I asked why he wouldn't do anything about it, he said it as policy, and that the online error in dates was my problem, not his. He couldn't give a straight forward answer as to why he wasn't willing to accommodate the error, and instead lectured me on airport cancellation policies. I would not choose to attempt to book rooms at this hotel again. What a headache.

Did park n fly and airport shuttle through them and stayed the night during my return. Nice, clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was pleasant enough, would stay again.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. That driver has NO business being on the road. He was one of the last shuttles to arrive and when he did, we went to the van to read the sign to see if it was ours and he drove away. We then called to have him come back and we continued to wait. Going in I wish I had called a cab. He was blasting music and flooring it non stop and tailing every car he was behind, while having his bright lights on the whole time. He also didn't wear his seatbelt. I'm not one to usually complain, but if you care about your safety, DO NOT use the shuttle service.

I waited at the airport for an hour with a 2 year old for the shuttle. I watched as other hotel shuttles passed by some of them three times. I called the hotel after waiting for half an hour and I was told it will be there in 5 minutes. Anyways when the shuttle arrrived the first thing the driver says is 'you have too many suitcases and I just had open heart surgery". I carried my suitcases to the car and told him not to help. We get to the hotel and he (the driver) was going to check me in. I then asked him if he owned the hotel and he said Yes. I was shocked at his attitude and the manner in which he asked me to sign a piece of paper and I am like what am I signing for and he says "just sign and I will explain later" At this point, I told him as the owner of a business he doesn't need to be here if he just had surgery as he doesn't have any customer service skills so he should hire people who do. He now tells me he just moved $50, 000 from one of his properties to this one". I said that doesn't give you the reason to be rude to me. He said if I don't like this place, he can drop me off where he picked me up! My two year old was crying from exhaustion so I had to suck it up and stay here! Only to get to the room and the phone is not working. I went downstairs to the receptionist and she does not care at all. I wish I read the reviews! I am so upset I can't even sleep.

Great experience! very educational! I didn't know how cute are bedbugs. Thanks to very helpful staff! They pushed me to learn more about bedbugs by holding to my money. I will never forget room in this hotel even when I am back into my own room. Thank you! reporting live from room missing my new little friends. And I should probably take my tooth brush with me going out tomorrow.

Avoid it like the plague. The shuttle service will leave you in the cold for close to an hour. There's no help at the hotel to help you with the luggage. The staff is not very friendly at all. Our room was freezing since the heat wasn't even turned on. The fridge we plugged in and it was barely cold by morning. There were dirty towels in the closet. The sheets looked as though they were already slept in as their was animal hair on them. The duvet covers were stained. Definitely not a great experience at all even considering their price wasn't that cheap. I could have paid have the cost and stayed at the Travelodge and have a better experience.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed out. NOT ORGANIZED, not helpful, nothing worked. Booked for a night and 8 night stay for my car as I left for vacation. Asked them how good security was they said excellent. Parked car infront of cameras. As soon as we arrives back from vacation found our car broken into. What did they have to say for it? " oh ". No appologies given no shits given just " oh " Worst hotel would never suggest to anyone to stay a night or leave thwir car for park n fly.

Modern clean room with king size bed and mini fridge (first of 4 hotels in Toronto/Etobicoke I've stayed at that had one). Flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi as well. Staff was very friendly at front desk, based on other reviews I can only assume you get what you give with respect to treatment just like anywhere else in the world. The only reason why it's not a 5 star in my books is that you would need a vehicle to get food or use delivery as there is nothing within walking distance. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely would stay here again.

I liked nothing about it. It doesn't deserve a star. I work in hospitality and there is absolutely nothing hospitable about their attitudes or professionalism. I scheduled with the front desk the time for the shuttle to take us to the airport the next day, one hour before the scheduled time I was called and told I have to be out in 15 minutes to be taken to the airport. I told the man this isn't what I scheduled, he proceeded to tell me, we have overbooked and it you need transportation you need to be outside in 15 minutes. Mind you trying to gather up everything with an infant in 15 minutes at 5:15 in the morning isn't fun. We ended leaving a bag of new baby clothing during the chaos and after contacting them for three days of running around, they tell me they do not have it. So not only are they unprofessional, they are thieves too. Overpriced and poor quality.

The beds sucked, the food sucked (if we got any) and you'd better get a rental car cause there is nothing around this dump. The management was garbage, they had no customer service and no people skills. The shuttle drivers were even more rude. There is no restaurant or any type of bar. There is no pool or hot tub. Nobody that worked there knew what was going on at any point. Just a horrible hotel… Worst hotel in Canada.

The manager of this hotel Sam seriously needs to consider another occupation outside of customer service. He's very rude and considers that guests are an inconvenience, rather than people who are actually paying to use the venue. The venue is very bad. The breakfast is just cereal, toast and some apples and bananas, all served with styrofoam cups and plates with plastic knives and forks. There is no restaurant on site and no facilities to get food in less than a 15 minute walk so you have to have a car if you are here. We ended up hiring one out of necessity. They also messed up our bill and when specifically asked not to do anything until we returned to go through it with them they charged us anyway, but they also managed to mess that up and actually charged another guests card. We had to notify them of that and then actually point out that they were incorrect and had overcharged us, (well the other guest) anyway. Complete shambles. If you need a conference centre, go somewhere else. The one star is for the one employee on the desk who was actually really nice and helpful, He seemed to realise that Sam was a complete waste of space.

The cleanliness leaves a desire of the arses in the bathroom of the blood on the head of pillow. And in addition we ask to be reimbursed by what we leave and that we will find another place to sleep he withdraws the same on my credit card one has to spend 15 minutes too much has this DPKO.

Don't go really bad experience I booked for two nights and they call me that I have to leave the hotel right away because I booked for one night I and don't leave NOW I got a charged 60$ for late checked out I asked to give me a one hour to find other hotel and they say NO find a computer to re-check my reservation and I was right was two nights I called back 1/2 hour late they say that was ok I asked a shutter to airport nobody know my son almost miss the fly the room is bad shape the only new is the carpet the customer is bad DO NOT GO you are wasted your money plus a bad experience.

Management crew is very bad. Don't know how to talk to the customer. Driver for the airport shuttle very rude and have no respect for no one. It is more then ten min drive to the airport. There is no restaurant, no shopping center. You have to have a car to drive more then ten mins to get to any restaurant or shopping center. It is better to pay $100 more to stay much closer to Toronto downtown. The air condition in the room is so loud when it is on low fan. Spoke to the manger, and the manger is the owner. The owner have the guts to say to me that I am a liar. Stayed more then one hotel in Toronto for past few years and this was the worst one. Disappointing management skills : (

Clean room and accessories, polite staff, Wi-Fi strong… no vending machine for snacks, no room service and all the restaurants want a $5.00 delivery fee for orders less than 15$ to 25$! What is a single guest to do for food!

Don't do business with these people. Stayed there for 3 nights just me and the wife and was charged twice for 2 extra people that they claimed stay in my room that had one bed. The so-called free breakfast was toast and juice that was prepared by the manager without gloves or washing his hands. I used one card to reserve the room and another to pay for it and they charge me on both cards and refused to refund it and the manager refused to come to the phone. Don't go to this hotel it is the worst.
