Cozy motel. Decent rooms when cleaned properly. Not worth the price plus deposit. Competion is at the same rate with cleaner rooms.

They do offer spacious and clean rooms but there seems to be a lot of wanderers lurking around the front parking lot and cruising around looking for some thing, i'm not sure what!

Adorable motel. Great for a weekend getaway. Staff are freindly and helpful. Don't expect bells and whistles. The rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. It is located on Dundas St. West of the 427 highway. I would definitely stay there again. Bathrooms are clean and everything is in working order.

We stayed 1 night and the room was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Everything in the room is dirty, they don't clean any of the rooms properly. Even down to the personal stuff like rags and towels I find hair on them. Definitely Not worth $110 with deposit of $100. They should not be in business the way it's so disrespectful.

Rooms are rather clean and nice, service is plain but prices are great for what you get.

You get what you paid for. Watch out for room 208 though I saw a bed beg on mine and my husbands last day there which was this pass Monday… will never come back here again.

LMFAO worst place ever. Used to be cheap and decent but they say they "upgraded" the rooms and started charging more. Wasn't satisfied so I went to get my money back and the lady started to argue with me. Literally just happened went in, went out. Literally fought with me. Terrible customer service. Terrible "upgraded" rooms and definitely not worth the price or time of day. Oh and unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating I can give or I'd give lower…

I give this place two stars because of the room. The room was surprisingly nicer than I thought it Would be. Very comfy bed, mattress was nice and soft. Bed was high and stable. Big flat screen and a sofa in room. Other than that, awful place. And I mean awful. Drug dealers dealing out of the place and prostitutes walking around everywhere. I saw a prostitue having sex in a car in the parking lot, car windows rolled all the way down. No shame. Crackheads roaming the halls talking to themselves and screaming. And police everywhere. I stayed 3 nights and on my third night my boyfriend and I packed up all our things and left. We didn't even sleep there. Because 4 police cruisers and an SUV were outside the front and cops were walking around the premises with dogs searching the place. Our clothes reaked of cigarettes and crack smoke when we left. Oh and did I mention the sperm stains on the bed comfortor? We threw the comforter on the ground and slept in thin sheets the whole 3 days. Thank god the mattress was comfy at least. The staff was really nice so that was good. Only problem about this place is its cleanliness wasn't up to par … if the room is thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed, under the bed shouldn't have condom wrappers and pizza crust … and it's very very sketchy. Wouldn't recommend.

Decent rooms, not a fan of the glass wall outside the room though. This applies to second floor rooms. Good location, quick access to highway.

Its an ok place. It is relatively cheap and clean.

Close to the highway, free Wi-Fi, has smoking rooms, good for a quick overnight stay.

I was doing a delivery at the location and the experience was pleasant. The customer I was delivering to was easy to find unlike the hotel I delivered to once at Britannia and Hurontario just east of Hurontario on the Southside. It reminded me of some random place on a whim from my high school years, with friends or a girlfriend, but not a 1st choice if I had the option.

Disgusting place. We don't ever leave food on the bed or carpets and still somehow, end up with ants in the carpet and on the bed. The Wi-Fi absolutely sucks, so much that even the Wi-Fi across this place, has a stronger connection then here. The staff have attitude issues, when asking for simple things, or telling them to clean up, they give responses like "I just cleaned that" or "what do you mean? " This place needs serious help.

The room was tastefully decorated however there was an overall feel of uncleanliness. I found several long black hairs throughout the room. My hair is short and blonde. The lady who checked me in was lying to my face about not having any rooms available and then I kept pressing and suddenly she had one. She overall was rude and unwelcoming. Not a great first impression. After paying and given a key I was told the room was being cleaned and I had to wait 10 or 20 min. Ridiculous! The air conditioner was extremely loud defiantly in need of maintenance. The mirror in the vanity area had amazing lighting for doing my makeup. The guy who checked me out was really sweet and offered me coffee. Overall the stay was decent but for an extra 10 bucks I could have stayed in a much better hotel. I wouldnt stay again.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and sturdy. The bathroom looked new and classy. The service at the front desk was quick and easy.

Worst ever experience to book a room. Lady on a front desk she don't know how to speak with clients and don't know about their own motel…

We stayed at the mississauga gate in on March 8th. Experience is not bad for quick and last minute stays.

Just woke up to noises there was a mouse in my food. In what's supposed to be a fancy room and there's was a mouse!

Small room but relotivly clean … we had to ask for a change because the first room was to cold and dirty… the second room was much nicer much more clean … great cost.

Customer service is horrible. Receptionist hung up in the middle of a conversation. Asked me for the name on a room, I gave it, connected me. No answer. I called back and she claims there is nobody in the room… Well why would you ask for the name on the room and connect me the first time if nobody is there.? Horrible service. Never had someone who works in a hotel hang up the phone on a potential customer.

The motel is currently under construction it was so loud couldn't even here the TV on max drilling went on for 3 hours straight in the room above me called the front desk asked if that's going to go on all day she said it's loud right checked out early went somewhere else.

Great service, really nice rooms, and HD flat screen TV, for the price you can't do better!

I needed a place to sleep for the night, as I'd been at work very late and was going back early in the morning; I didn't want to drive home and back exhausted. I was able to get a room here on very short notice, for $70 and a $50 security deposit. Everything was nice, comfortable, and clean. Towels in the washroom, but no toiletries. My only complaint would be that I had asked for a non-smoking room, to which I was told they had none. But then the gentleman at the desk checked with his staff, who said they'd just finished cleaning a non-smoking room. So I took that room for the night. I didn't really notice it when I settled in for the night, but the next morning I really noticed a lingering smell of smoke in the unit, so that was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, it was fine for my purposes, of catching a few hours' sleep and a shower.

Been here a few times in the last month, good location, close to Hwy 427, QEW, and Hwy 401 if you drive. I gave this motel a 4 star, considering all things, their price is very good for a stay here. There's public MiWay bus service on Dundas St close to the TTC, for those who don't drive. If you have a smartphone, tablet, laptop, you'll be more then satisfied with their high speed complimentary Wi-Fi internet. It's surprisingly fast, 4Gmark app on my tablet showed 35Mb/s DL, and 14 Mb/s UL Results vary on device used, and settings. I should also mention you may find a few "special characters" around here, and the smell of cigarettes (depending where on the second floor you may be located). Thanx for the free entertainment, overall a decent place to spend the night, or week for those planning a few days around the City, especially with PanAm Festivals in Toronto.

Stayed here for the night because my son had a medical appointment and we live pretty far away TV was good a/c worked bed was comfy however when I was outside there was a racoon in the dumpster heard beer bottles smashing some girl was on her phone yelling and screaming ran into some interesting characters when ever outside and to top it off we were sleeping my sons surgery was 7 am we get a call at 1 am from front desk requesting we stop banging woke myself my husband and my 2 year old up im sorry im not sure how we could be banging or even making noise when we are sleeping not too impressed with my stay there overall.

It's fairly clean and renovated as an emergency this is a good place to stay, the only thing I hated about this place is that it was overwhelming smelling like cigarets in the room. The sheets and towels were clean but I suggest to the owners that they put at least some glade or something for the room please.

Inexpensive place for those who don't want to pay the big bucks to stay downtown. Less than a 5min drive to the vast parking lots at Kipling Station (TTC — Green Line — 30min train to Spadina, 45min to Union). 11am check-in was a pleasant surprise. Room was relatively clean. It ain't the Ritz, but it was enough for this simple traveler. Bring your own toiletries. Free Wifi. Free parking. Various restaurants and stores within a 5min drive.

Decent for the price! I hate disgusting places.
