Rooms are cozy but during our stay staff was rude…

We have stayed in this hotel for at least 3 years in a row. All the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and considerate. We highly recommend them.
We stayed in the Oakville location.

The rooms are amazingly large. The staff welcomed me and I felt right at home. The location is ideal for nearby family centers, movies, and shopping.

Pictures on your Google site is deceiving! We came knowing that they have a jacuzzi (as it was on their website). That is the first thing we look for a hotel. It is our way of relaxing after a week of hard work. We chose this Oakville site even if it is not as new as the other branches because of the jacuzzi. We have been to other homewood hotels (eg Vaughn…). But just disappointed upon knowing that what we saw in site was nowhere to be found. We could have gone to the other hotel where there is no jacuzzi but way better and newer facilities. Just felt bad… : (: (

Great service, excellent bartender, fine drinks at a reasonable price. Food was delicious. Exceptional time here! I do strongly recommend this place!

Easily accessible by motorway. Half an hour from Toronto. Near restaurants and cinema. Friendly and friendly employees for special service. Internet a little slow or even sometimes disconnected. Fast room service but rooms can be a bit cleaner (example oily microwave). Generally good service.

Staff was amazing. Dini the maintenance man was beyond wonderful. I was extremely sick and my AC unit wasn't working. He spent an hour fixing and then went and got me some OJ and offered to come back later and check on me. Normally I would consider that creepy but he was an older man and you could tell he was genuine and really cared. It was very sweet and made me feel like I was at home even enough I was far from it.

Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay. The nightly events made it so that I didn't even have to leave out. It was a great business trip for me. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The complimentary breakfast & dinner was awesome. Felt like home. (Kinda) I will be sure to only stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean.

Excellent place. Clean suites, super nice workers and excellent amenities.

They said the pullout couch was queen sized. It is not. Breakfast was kind of stale. The room itself is very nice.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, welcoming and nicely decorated. Kitchen equipped to prepare a small meal. Breakfast is served in a comfortable setting. The buffet style/self-serve breakfast was complete, tasty and Satisfying. Hotel is a two minute walk to numerous restaurants. Short drive to Toronto or nearby GO. I would recommend this to any buiness person. Centrally located, for people needing to come together, in The Golden Horseshoe.

Super comfort hotel facilities & friendly staff.

Everything was good untill coming into hotel at 2:45 am when requested by the front attendant to show id that we were staying at the hotel. This unacceptable because no one else staying at the hotel re-entering the hotel at the same time was asked for identification.

Stayed the night with my SO for my birthday, check in was nice and quick, they had a little gift bag waiting for me in the room, everything was fantastic! Great breakfast in the morning too.

We have been staying @ this Homewood suites for over 20 yrs. For business & leisure. It has recently done renovations to the entire hotel. Rooms have all new furnishings, carpeting & curtains. Staff are professional & pleasant. Location is ideal for us.

The Homewood staff went out of they're way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definately return.

I was here visiting a friend and I have to say the location is amazing. Nearby a very nice theatre and fantastic restaurants such as k and b sushi.

Came over to pick up a guest. Large parking lot, many near by attractions such as movie theater. Check out was fast and front desk very courteous.

Lots of extras… Suites are clean… bed and pillows were comfy… Breakfast is full of choices… basketball court pool jacuzzi snack of galore at the front desk. Inside of a plaza full of restaurants and entertainment like indoor skydiving imax mini golf etc… hotel is full of helpful staff.

Hilton isn't just a Brand, they build this name based on experience like I had. Everything perfect, nice and clean. I travel a lot, but for me, Hilton is always a brand to trust. You know, I prefer pay a little more to have my comfort and wellness assuranced. And they never failed with me.

Convenient location to my companies office and nearby restaurants. The breakfast and evening social are top notch. Rooms are spacious with more amenities than most properties. Very friendly staff. Overall a great stay and great value!

The hotel, only has suits, which include a small kitchen with dishwasher and a small seating area, with a business chair and desk. The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was comfortable not to big or small, two people could be at the mirror at once. The lobby was under construction, and they did not have a bar/ place to order food. Over all pretty good experience I would go back again.

Spent a night here for a little staycation for our anniversary. Loved the layout of the room, and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend! We will surely be visiting again in the future.

My first impression of the room was that it was dated and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. I have no idea what was on the back of the door! There was a layer of thick dust on the desk. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok but insanely busy and the staff was rude. The bed was comfy. Quiet location. Close to restaurants. The pool was small and no clean pool towels. Too expensive for what was offered!

Staff was friendly. Suite was clean and stocked. The breakfast was second to none for included hotel breakfasts. I would stay here again.

Well kept and clean hotel. The rooms make you feel like you're at home. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and jacuzzi tub. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other hotels that give you half of what Homewood Suites gives you. Highly recommended hotel!

Good place for long stay with easy access around the place with a lot of eating joints and rental and malls within a 10km radius. Gym is smaller than expected and do not have a dedicated room service, view is nice, swimming pool is good, breakfast is nutritious and full of variety on a daily basis, has a concierge, a computer center, half basketball court, a patio setting, ample free parking space, self laundry center. Good overall.

I did not stay but saw one of the rooms. Nice and cozy and quiet… the lobby is really nice and at night they even serve a full dinner, complete with salad, bread, and cookies for desert, coffee tea and a main entree. The location is excellent near lots of things as well as a few short minutes from highway 403. Also noticed lots of restaurants close by.

Very good quality hotel. I have had to stay in the area several times for 1 year and this hotel is by far my favorite.

This is my second time at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Oakville. I enjoyed my stay the first time and I was impressed by the service, how the place was maintained and what it offered even the second time around. The staff were courteous, took the time to get to know us and ensured that we were taken care of even though we were only staying overnight. We got to use the pool and though it was small, our group had a great time. The water was salty instead of being chlorinated and that was appreciated by many in my company. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent! So much variety and the catering staff managed the dishes and the restocking with excellence! The rooms were neat, tidy and well kept! I will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. Keep up the good work!

It was easy to check in and the room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the continental food was good. Everything was quiet during the night as well.

No hassle check in. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and modern building in a fun location. Not too far from Toronto if you want to go, but there is also tons to do around the hotel.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped with dishes and cookware for burners in kitchenette. There was a problem with the heat however, at times stone cold and later terribly hot, all without touching the thermostat. Staff were courteous and professional at all times. For a Hilton I was disappointed with the breakfast included with my stay, being at best cafeteria quality. Also, though I did understand dinner was NOT included Friday through to Sunday, I didn't realize that meant the restaurant was closed as well those days. The hotel's location makes up for this however. It is surrounded by restaurants, cinema, and entertainment amenities such as indoor skydiving and mini putt. Also it is right by a major highway (QEW) Its location is worth a star alone! I would stay again as I felt overall I received satisfactory value for my money.
