It is a relaxing and cozy resort with modern amenities and friendly personnel.

Very disappointed from the hotel it's ridiculous the price per night and have access to nothing. We were not made aware when booking which would have helped my displeasure. No access to the pool by reservation, but considering the time we arrived there were no more seats, no bar at the hotel and no restaurant… Wait there, we're paying $271 to stay in our room? We are laughed at completely.

Great, clean resort/hotel, friendly staff and lots of greenery around.

This is horrible resort. You cannot trust this resort. We did booking for our 4 business guest from booking. Com and after 2 days they are calling and saying prices updated were incorrect. If they can't update the prices properly how can u trust the services. I have all screenshots and will be going to BBB, social media, CPA because this mistake will affect our business.

We had a two day stay booked for March 28. Called and said I want to cancel due to the coronavirus. And the person on the phone had the nerve to tell me that they don’t do refunds. Disgusting business.

Clean and very friendly staff… good breakfast with omelette station which was wonderful, fantastic price points as well although we had breakfast vouchers included in our accommodation package… building not joined so had to walk outside to get to front of building, quick short cut but still outside (-7 and windy) … ajoining room doors are PAPER THIN! Felt like the neighbours were in our room with us talking to us.
Also, seems like only one room attendant on our floor so we never had our room made up… left for several hours each day to return to her just reaching our room so just ended up getting fresh towels and garbages emptied☹️

Last weekend I spent one night here for work.
Nice hotel, friendly people, had good dinner and enjoyed the live music on saturday evening.
Good breakfast with again a very friendly lady.
Specially impressed by the towels folded in a swan, amazing detail for attention die your guests I maybe go back there with the family for a longer stay.

We stayed here for a weekend, and when we arrived to our unit (2 bedroom condo) there was garbage left from the previous guests under the sink. I went to cook dinner, and there was food crusted on to the cooking utensils. No dishwasher detergent was available for the dishwasher. The pool was being repaired, so we were sent to Living Water. Both hot tubs were out of order, and the sauna. We were told the water slide was open 1-4. Showed up on Sunday to use the water slide & was told it was "too cold", even though it was 2 degrees colder the day before and it was open. The arcade games were hit or miss as well, eating half the tokens we purchased for $1 each. The kids ordered a movie, and it was $28.99 for 24 hours… I could have purchased 3 dvds for that price. I did try to resolve these issues and was told that they would "see what they could do". I talked to 3 different people, and no one did anything for us to resolve the issues. They didn't even come take the previous guests garbage from our unit! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just loved it sooooo much! amazing room like 5 star hotels, very neat, and clean, very modern, great food. Loved strolling in the sorrounding mall! located in a beautiful area. Highly recomended.

Beautiful rooms with a homey feeling. Spacious bathrooms and awesome that it has a mini fridge to store food in. I would high recommend staying here. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. This is my first time staying here and I would for sure again.

Love this place. Indoor and outdoor pool, great restaurant, recreational centre. Our kids enjoyed.

Went to Memories last night and had dinner. The service was great. The meal was very good. Timothy was also playing and the crowd had a super great time. They were singing along with him and some were dancing. Great fun night.

I have been to Cranberry on many occasion with and without my family. They have many great things for kids or when you come without the kids. Thank you for always having a great place to come away.

Plus's — great in house restaurant, great staff, close to the slopes Minus's — room was dirty (cup and some wrappers) (no biggie), sat at the in house bar and restaurant for a few hours and it was freezing to the point we put our jackets back on. Then the icing on the cake was the hot water tank blowing and the entire hotel not having any hot water for 24 hours. Older hotel in the midst of renovating, could have potential when finished but it has a long way to go.

This place is amazing. Nice and clean rooms. Ice Maker wasn't working but when called the reception, a bag of ice sent immediately. Very nice location. Would recommend this place for a short stay.
