Clean rooms. Shuttle to airport. Small gym. Pretty good location walking distance to grocery store, downtown restaurants/pubs. About 10min walk to the old Town and the brewhouse. Can be on the noisy side if people in the halls, probably just being an older building. Friendly staff, it's a good place to stay.

Horrible Bed bugs We have been staying in Days Inn for 3 night in March. I got some terrible bed bug bites on my arms and leg and face. It was very itchy and bumpy. I showed my bites to their reception and service manager. But they denied and said that they have checked my suite and nothing found. I went to see 3 doctors when I got home. All of them confirmed that they were bed bug bites. Any people who are going to Yellowknife should be aware of this. Horrible bed bugs in Days Inn.

Tonight is the first night of our trip, but water came out from the toilette, we called the hobby but nobody answered, they said that we needed to wait. About 10 mins passed, a guy came up with a vacuum cleaner… I’m really unsatisfied with their attitude, there was no any hotel manager here, just a dustman. However, the heat here is working well and the room is pretty big.

Great location, within walking distance of Independent supermarket and lots of restaurants (which aren’t good by any means). Customer service is great, room quality is decent.

Rooms are dated but clean. Front desk staff were polite and professional. A great budget place to stay.

Warm cosy rooms and reasonable in room facilities. Not a bad place to stay if in Yellowknife.

Good value for accommodation in Yellowknife. Wi-Fi is very slow. The HVAC system is good and keeps the room comfortable while outdoor temperature falls to nearly — 40C. The windows are very well sealed and water warm. There is a microwave oven in the room so you can get microwaveable meals from the grocery store a couple blocks away to keep your stomach from growling when it's freezing outside.

Certainly not the greatest hotel around town, but if I compare the hotels around Yellowknife and whats "available" this hotel is a great place overall. Me, my wife and our 2 kids stayed there for 5 days when our house needs a minor renovation, it is a good experience overall, cannot complain really, guest service is a 5 stars. Busy season they fully booked I think around November — March. 3 Stars for the hotel but 5 Stars for customer/ guest service, they are really accommodating and polite.

Clean inn, but the internet is terrible slow and unstable. The receptionist should explain to customer about the Wi-Fi password.

Place is clean, rooms have the basics. No frills but fair price and near the down town or local restaurants.

Clean, nice, the staff seemed friendly. Pretty basic offerings, with very slow Wi-Fi. I also had to go to the front desk to get them to open the fitness room, an hour after it was supposed to be open.

Very poor 3 days in early afternoon not had beds made once or any cleaning done. Staff are indifferent and poorly trained. Only one room cleaner working until late at night and accompanied by a child. Worst hotel in my 67 years of life. Appalling place. Holes in curtains.

Stayed there with work once. Nice rooms, but their building doesn't have an elevator.

A good no frills hotel in a central location for visiting Yellowknife.

Room was clean up to usual days inn standards. Only dissapointment was no continental breakfast.

Wi-Fi is slow, but the rest are good. If you're doing a Skype call, you'll get a very laggy reception.

Would have liked to see a hit more in the rooms. 2 k cups for coffee per day? Wouldn't allow for check in until after 4 o clock.
