Great little family hotel Exceptionally clean. Everything one would need for a great weekend stay Quiet, great for sleeping Wonderful staff We stay here everytime we come to Winnipeg to visit relatives.

Extremely lucky… two words to describe my situation with this hotel. My 11 years old picked the hotel after searching online. I never heard about this hotel before. Everything was AMAZING. Location is little bit outside downtown after university close to many food outlets like Boston pizza and Dominos. Reception was fast & friendly. Plenty of parking. Hotel is small… meaning less crowds… and quiet atmosphere. Room is outstanding: new air conditioner, many TV channels including tree house for kids, many comfy pillows, awesome soap… with fantastic smell, fast Wi-Fi and extra bedding. Price was just 112 for two queen beds room. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyon visiting Winnipeg.

When we checked in, the staff was lovely. However when my mother-in-law was checking in later that night, the night clerk didn't believe that we had already checked in and proceeded to read off the entire list of checked in guests to her… Luckily she chose the room that we weren't in and didn't accidentally come into our room while we were sleeping. Other than that very odd mix up, the rooms are clean and nice enough. There's a clock on the microwave if you plug it in and set it up, but no clock on the night stand which felt very weird. We all kept looking at the night stand for the time even though we knew there wasn't a clock there. The blinds didn't keep out any light and we ended up draping a blanket over the window in order to let the little one sleep past dawn. There wasn't very much sink space, but their mini shampoos and things were very nice. Good towels and great cleaning staff. Also a decent location with shops and restaurants around it.

Very clean hotel great staff very modern. Comfortable beds and a great shower with decent pressure will definitely stay again.

Was pleasantly surprised, hotel was well kept and clean, the rooms had coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and all for a fantastic price!

The hotel is very quiet and clean. They offer a modest continental breakfast. It has an attached restaurant and there are many other restaurants within a short distance. There is easy access to the hotel on Pembina hwy situated directly opposite the university of Manitoba. A pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean and updated. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom. Every staff person was extremely nice. Was in town for the Manitoba Marathon and staff were more than willing to accommodate a later check out the day of the race. For the standard rate in the Winnipeg area for hotels, this place is definitely a bargain without any of the negatives you fear when booking a less expensive hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Room are a bit smaller but okay. Satisfactory service overall. A little bit language barrier with the staff else it was satisfactory.

Ok. Some small querries but overall a good calm place to Lodge in, Relatively nice staff and good well furnished comfortable (& affordable) rooms. So overall positive reviews. The staff are nice people and that is a plus. Althogh I do have a problem with the lack of eggs and in their breakfast, it's otherwise a very good place to lodge.

Really clean and comfortable rooms for a good night rest; comes with breakfast. Nice hot shower with water pressure. No onsite laundry service but there's one by the gas station. Prices are reasonable and budget friendly. I would stay here again.

Love this hotel they are always friendly, helpful and always inviting. The hotel and rooms are always clean and always smell clean. We stay here every trip to Winnipeg.

Very clean and extremely comfortable. This is my new favorite when visiting my daughter at U of Mb. I have tried many in the area, this is best.

Stayed here for our anniversary as it is within walking distance of the IG Field. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff were not that nice, but not rude either. The complementary breakfast was a joke, though.

One of the worst hotels in the area. Beds were horrible and the air condition was not working. The maintainence guy kept arguing stating if the fan is working means the air condition is working. The breakfast was stale and the bread was brought out of the freezer. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at this place for Canada 150th. Extremely clean! Great value for the money I paid!

Clean, inviting rooms! Bed was so comfy, got an excellent sleep! Continental breakfast was filling. Would return to this hotel, no problem!

They charged an extra amount of money on my credit card and did not tell me about it. I called them back and they claimed they were calling me back many times, but I have 0 missed calls from them. I suppose if you leave even the slightest mess in the room, you will be getting charged since they are a small hotel and need all the money they can get their hands on. Be careful.

It was good very hot shower.

The staff are lovely, kind, and generous. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with little amenities that make staying in hotels that much nicer. If we ever come through here again this is where we'll stay.

We stayed here last year at this time and we were very happy with the experience. Very friendly staff! We made reservations for this year again as we go to Winnipeg for the Al Delaine Memorial Race held at Red River Coop Speedway. The races were canceled so I had to cancel my reservations. Once again the staff was very friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Just did an overnight there but I am very impressed with the room I was given. Very clean, very comfortable and had all the little extras (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries) that a lot of hotels in this price range do not have. The free continental breakfast was a nice surprise too. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.

The hotel staff were very friendly when we checked in. The rooms were priced right for the quality and I extremely thrilled with the location, so close to U of M.

Friendly staff. It uses wooden floor which I think is better than carpet. Although There is some noise from neighbour room and train, it is a nice place to stay.
