They cancel the night before your trip for overbooking even if you got an oral confirmation at 4pm the same day! Congrats great service… I booked a month ago it wasn't even last minute…

The rooms were mad tidy, which is a plus. The gent behind the counter at check in wasn't just robotically friendly, but in fact behaved like a clever and charming human. The check out staff similarly exhibited personality and verve. Was dope.

Hotel appears a little old but the rooms are very clean and comfy. They really paid attention to details that made it convenient for the guests. Such as the clock that shows time on 3 sides so that guest on either side could easily see the time without having to reach out to grab the clock. The venu is a bit close to the road so you may hear early morning traffic, which may concern some people.

This is a good quality hotel in the Whistler Village. Decent and clean rooms, a no-frills continental breakfast, and convenient location. The restaurant looks great, but the prices seem hihh (the $8 bottle of beer I had at the bar was just a little too rich for my blood).

I cannot say enough awesome things about the front desk staff. They were beyond helpful and kind. We came to Whistler spontaneously after are original weekend getaway plans fell apart at the seams the morning of. I shared our story with the front desk just in conversation and the woman working the front desk gave us some vouchers to do some fun things that evening for no cost to us, things we probably wouldn't have paid for or thought of ourselves. We had so much fun and it made up for everything else gone wrong that day. It was beyond sweet. And on top of that they were honest about all the questions we had about local restaurants and bars and they really steered our short stay in Whistler in the right direction. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. And the location is a 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at Listel Hotel Whistler, was like staying in an Austrian Chalet, great rooms and very helpful, and happy staff.

One great hotel. Walking distance to the downtown, ski resorts and more. Clean rooms, excellent staff and very comfortable beds. Great for families and single people going in a group with friends. Parking is $21 Canadian dollars per night though.

Overall is decent, room is okay, location is okay. Only thing that bother me was when checking in, my wife covered her month and cough a little due to having allergy but she didn't think too much and return the pen to the guy at front desk. The guy said it's okay you can keep the pen, my wife said oh really, thanks. Then he said "um yea… Since you coughed on it. " I believed there's a better way to say that in this case instead of just pointing directly at guest.

I loved this hotel. The staff were great, it's a very convenient and central location and it was quiet and clean. The aircon was appreciated, I only needed it to cool the room down, and it stayed cool overnight. If I'm fortunate enough to visit Canada again, I would certainly stay here again, and happy to recommend to others.

Although the room doesn't look that new, everything else looks fairly clean and well maintained. On top of that, there is a complimentary sparkling water station located on the third floor of the hotel. Great place to stay at whistler if you are looking for a budget stay.

First there was no air conditioning, I know it's a cold climate but it was 29deg when we got there and walked into the room and like an oven. They did move us which was much appreciated but the air con was so old it rattled continuously so put up with it for a while then turned out off. Staff were friendly and helpful but accommodation was old and smelly.

Very helpful staff, and bike friendly which helped a lot with the logistics of my stay. Could do with updating in the rooms but fine for the money.

Have been staying at the Listel since 1990. This was the best stay of all time. The secure parking is a stress relief. Front desk spoiled our dog, rooms were excellent, did miss the continental breakfast, but not a big deal. We will be returning in 2 weeks, for 4 days'

Front desk staff are extremely cocky and rude The facility is outstanding though Clean fresh and organized rooms Warm and cozy hot tub and dry sauna was a nice way to relax after vacation mood was ruined upon arrival by the front staff and even upon checking out…

Great hotel, didn't allow gear into the rooms which was understandable. Comfy and clean. All that was lacking was a microwave to gets leftovers!

Hotel is perfectly located for a weekend away in whistler. Within 2 minutes walking you are in the villiage center and only a five minute walk from the ski lifts. Rooms are good a spacious bit they do have a dated feel to them. But overall ot was an enjoyable stay.

Great bed and nice location… easy access to Upper and Lower Villages. Really enjoyed the restaurant with their oyster expertise and unique wine selection. Will be back.

The Listel is truly incredible! Very lovely boutique hotel with a delicious restaurant downstairs (Bearfoot Bistro) and awesome ski access.

This is a terrible Hotel despite its location. I stayed 3 days and never get my room cleaned. It was a fight to get someone to clean it. Desk front said they were short on staff to clean rooms. So dont stay there, many other good options.

Very good location near to good restaurants and bars. It is also close to the 2 gondolas; Blackomb's and Whistler's. Just 200 meters walking. In the hotel there is a good retaurante of meats and fondues. There is also an ice bar where you are at — 30 degrees below zero. The price is not high. Good location.

OK hotel, expensive for what it is. Limited services and a funky hot tub. Probably would choose a different venue next time. Nothing wrong with it but for the money I think I can do better.

The hotel was immaculate from the front door to our room windowsill. The staff was cheerful even working thru Christmas and we we're only a quick stroll to the base of the mountain. What a perfect stay!

Extremely convenient location just feet from the chair lifts at the Blackcomb mountain resort. All of the amenities you would expect from a ski resort. Ski and snowboard rentals are nearby as are a great diversity of restaurants and entertainment in Whistler Village.

The most economical option that we threw trivaguely, but it is definitely an excellent hotel. However, it's up to everyone's budget, Whistler may not be the place to pay for lodging, it's best to get there early, ski or walk around the area and return the same day.

Great staff, and nice place to stay. The hotel is close to the gondolas and in the centre of Whistler, so close to all shops and restaurants. It's very easy to access it. The rooms are nice and clean, thought they could use more arrangements for cloths. The bathroom are simple without anything fancy.

Nice rooms, has a chilled vodka bar that's — 32 degrees. Clean room comfy beds and includes free breakfast. Good location by village.

Service and rooms good, nice surroundings for walking, many refreshments in the city, lots of youth, breakfast sufficient.

Simple, clean and the staff are really nice. It's not amazing, no extras, hotel is in between a few so you to get to the village you have to walk down the street around one of a couple hotels. The hot tub is indoor and tiny but they do have a nice outdoor patio. The restaurant is incredibly overpriced and the food and drinks are just OK but if you leave that out of the review it was a nice sleep, quiet room and convenient location.

Decent location in whistler village. Bed was comfortable enough. AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Would rather stay in a Best Western plus to be honest.

Had a great stay, we were able to get a room late at night for a good deal. Loved the colour of the room and beds were awesome. And the continental breakfast was the best we've seen. Great experience.

The Listel is in a great location and has good amenities (sauna, spa, on-site bar/bistro) The rooms are similar size to other Whistler hotels we've stayed at. They have a complimentary ski/board check as you can't bring them into your room. We had no problems with this service. The included breakfast had cereals, toast, bagels, pastries, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, sweet yogurt and fresh fruit. It was very crowded and in the future we'd just arrange our own breakfast.

Great service. Friendly staff. Ski vallet was awesome. Little expensie for what it was, but not has been an awesome ski season. Very small hot tub. Clean rooms.

Great location in Whistler. Close to all mountain lifts. Nice size rooms and facilities not bad.

The hotel is lovely and clean, but as most have mentioned, the rooms and bathrooms are in need of an update and some maintenance. For the price in Whistler though, it's not too shabby. The underground parking is very tight, even for my Prius C. The staff are fabulous.

Staff were nice, room was clean. My only issue was with the parking, its an underground parking and the 'single' space is limited. Once the singles parking are all filled you need to park right behind someone else and then leave your keys at the reception so they can move your car if needed.

Whoa! Travelled to many countries in the world. This hotel gave the worst service I have ever had. Attitude of entitlement here. Breakfast room closed without warning. Staff replied with attitude and kicked us out of breakfast room. Manager didn't even acknowledge what happened. Lots of other hotels close by that must be better.

God location and the staff was nice.

Location is great! Ski valet is a nice feature. Nice in door hottub, but not enough ventilation. Also too many drunk teenagers making loud noises at night.

Hotel is in a nice spot, easy to walk to the Whistler gondola. The staff was nice but the room wasn't cleaned to well, nothing horrible, just could have been better.

Stayed 1 Saturday night in ski season. Worked well. Central village, but no noise. Just what you'd expect from a hotel.

First room not even vacuumed. Bathroom not cleaned either. The cleaners had been in, made the beds, changed the towels, but did nothing else. Second room was vacuumed at least, but little effort made in the bathroom. I don't remember staying in a dirtier hotel.
