Great rooms. Good gym. Nice pool. Bbq area. Lift access out the door. Bam.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, if system allows I would not give any star for this review. I seriously warn any guests to STAY AWAY from this hotel! I booked 3 nights for $1200 for my family’s visit to Whistler. Unfortunately, due to my mother’s medical issue, we have to cancel this trip. Guess how much refund we got? ZERO! Good job First Tracks Lodge! I would tell everyone I know to stay away from first tack lodge. Why? Because If any extenuating issues happen to them, first tracks lodge won’t give a @”;! to what happen to the customers; all they want to do is to do whatever they can do to lock the money!

Wonderful hotel. Clean and quiet in the off season. Great pool, fitness center, and location next to the lifts.

If you like to stay in Creek side it is the best, rooms are amazing very nicely design, very cozy.

Really nice condos not a 5/5 because amenity uses are time limited like the gym closes early.

This place is beautiful. Located in the creekside village which is great as its quiter then the village. Its also sky in and sky out. Full suites so you can cook meals in or eat out a few resturants close by or a short drive into the village. I would recommend this place to everyone.

First Class Resort! Right in Whistler Creekside at the base of the Gondola. Its nice that you can quickly go back to your room to go to the bathroom and eat a snack in between runs. Its great to be close to the Village which is only a 5 minute drive yet you're far enough to enjoy quiet time! I love that they have board games you can borrow from the lobby. The pool and hot tub is great! Nice to take a dip and have the communal BBQ going at the same time! I highly recommend staying to enjoy the peacefulness. Stayed with my girlfriend and it was certainly a nice cozy getaway!

Wonderful rooms, lots of space with amazing views of the mountains. Creekside is nice and quiet compared to the village, but still have great options for going out such as Dustys. The rooms had a large balcony and great pool area.

Very clean building with great beds pools hot tubs gym etc. I'm a repeat customer and and will continue to be so.

Large, spacious rooms with amenities around every corner. Nice location with quick access to the marketplace and food options.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions over the past 5 years. Great spot for summer and winter. Ski in ski out in the winter with great après ski close by. Quiet in the summer with a short walk/bike to several lakes. Hotel itself is very well maintained and constantly updated. Beds are extremely comfortable and the full kitchens provide a nice alternative to eating out if staying for more than a couple days. Two large communal bbqs are great for grilling. The pool is not huge but is a nice temperature, and there are two large hot tubs and a steam room. The fitness center has free weights up to 50lbs as well as cable machines and cardio equipment. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Nice creekside location at the bottom of the lift with awesome hot tub and pill area.

We loved it. The rooms are spacious, nice and close to the Creekside gondola and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Stayed 3 nights for skiing. The staff is very friendly, especially the concierge. Great location.

Fabulous stay in picturesque location. Clean fully stocked suites. Helpful staff. Kids loved the pool. Parents appreciated the comfy King sized bed. Will definitely return.

It doesn't get much better than walking out the door and on to the gondola. The rooms were well furnished and clean. The staff were nice and accommodating. The grocery store is across the street, as is the bus stop making it easily accessible to the amenities you may need during your trip.
