One of the best places I've stayed at. Clean, convenient location, amazing staff, great hospitality and well priced. Amy is a wonderful manager and she has been so helpful and nice for the duration of my stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

We read some negative reviews of the Granada but in truth, yes it’s older and could use a facelift, but it’s quiet, spacious, and quite clean. The service was wonderful and genuine. If we needed anything they were there for us. We would definitely stay again!

This is a complete crack shack and needs to be shut down. It has terrible, dishonest service, bed bugs, is unkept and unclean. Management allows drug use and illegal activity.

Older place but fairly decent big front room home bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the Little Kitchen at this time of year is reasonable.

There's drugs and tweakers and the price is right. Love it.

Horrible unprofessional service. I have had to call back several times over the last several months to receive our deposit back. There is always an excuse. In my opinion they are trying to rip us off.

Excellent Experience Our kids enjoyed colouring and painting activities! The motel supplied everything! The staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. We had a great holiday there!

This is one of the best motels we have stayed at. The room was big and well laid out. Everyone in the motel was very helpful and always with a smile.

Reservation Was Very Quick, Check in was good and staff took good care of the room. Like the spaciousness in the room and the kitchen's utensils and appliances are good quality.

This is worst plac3 ever they have bed bugs and will not do anything about they kick u out and treat ppl loke they are second class.

Good price for what you get. Expect some compromise in terms of service and building upkeep.

I didn't actually get to stay here. I booked 3 months in advance and it was confirmed. I had phoned a month earlier asking about the cancellation policy in case there were highway closures due to wildfires. I was told absolutely no cancellations. Then, less than 24 hours before I am supposed to check-in, while in the middle of my vacation, I get a call saying my reservation needs to be cancelled. With no regard as to my situation. I had to find another hotel last minute at a much higher cost because of a busy season with the Peach Festival in Penticton. I guess when they say no cancellations, it only applies to them. Don't risk it.

Horrible. Received a call less that 24hrs before check in giving us some vague "electrical" excuse as to why they're cancelling our reservation. We are now stuck trying to find a place to stay last minute for quadruple the price we should be paying. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE! Will not ever attempt to rent a room from them again.

The first night I stayed was good and then I went to stay a night with relatives. I came back to the same motel as I had a second booking here and they had cancelled my stay due to plumbing or electrical problems and could not put me up any other rooms because they were all booked up. I was not thrilled about that.

Rip off. Smelly room, old grungy chair, cracked & peeling paint, wooden doorframe cracked and busted from being broken down before, ridiculous high nightly rate. DO NOT STAY HERE if you can find anywhere else. Motel 5000 just down the street is MUCH better, for less $$

Careful you don't get bedbugs as this place looks like it belongs in a slum. Everything is dated and only kind of clean — dirty mop sludge on the floor, dust hiding around corner. Wi-Fi was slow. Holes in walls, and very poorly maintained. Also, one of the bathroom tiles had a hole and looked water damage. We left the place laughing at how terrible it was. Paid way too much. Amy was very pleasant. Shower had good water pressure.

This place is the definition of a dive hotel. The Wi-Fi only works in the first couple of rooms. The "maid" is very sporadic and the AC doesn't work. It makes a lot of noise but doesn't actually cool the place down. You're better off going to airbnb or a site like that to book a room. Also when my wife tried to check in on a different date, the cops were there kicking in a door to get someone.
