It was very comfortable, but could have offered more for the cost… ie. Bottled water, continental breakfast. We loved the heated bathroom floor.

Nothing gets a 5. This place is 4.9 secluded and quiet with a spacious room. Not fair pumping the restaurant exhaust out by the entry door, end up going back to the room hungry all the time.

This place was nice, spacious room, renovated bathroom with heated floors and waterfall shower head. The staff was extremely friendly and nice! Would definetly recommend others to stay here. Cons: Expensive.

Absolutely lovely! A nice room with fireplace and king size bed. Very comfortable bed and floor to ceiling windows to the huge terrace with Zen like view of the pine forest. The access to the room might be a bit of a problem if you have lots of luggage since there is no elevator. The fan from the heater is a loud.

What a beautiful place to stay so close to town! Sooo quiet and so peaceful! we will mosy definitely be back and recommending everyone we know!

Huge rooms. They have limited hours (not 24 hour staffed) so you might need to call ahead if you want to check in late or you will need to wait for staff to come from home to check you in.

Stay was excellent, rooms were more than one would expect, large deck and fire place in ex suite Chip's Developments.

We recently Booked the entire Skeena Landing Complex including overnight Rooms & Dining area. Our purpose was to enjoy a relaxing night with friends, a few drinks and all could be accomplished without drinking & Driving. Upon Checking in we were advise that the SL management had indeed double booked the Dining area and our group would not be able to eat or have any cocktails. We decided to leave SL and to our surprise were informed that we would still be charged the entire cost to our credit cards and indeed we were. The Company Policies does claim you will be charge the full cost due to early vacating BUT the reason we were forced to leave was due to the mismanagement of reservations and the lack to mandate customer service. I was charged in excess $200.00 to my credit card for the Skeena Landing Double booking which I consider appalling, this does not included what everyone else was charged. I have traveled throughout the world and can honestly state THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Merry Christmas Skeena Landing.

New rooms, friendly staff and they have a great restaurant on site, not every hotel in Terrace can say that.
