Clean rooms, and good service! The location is really nice too.

Fantastic place to stay while in Vancouver, cheaper than the average hotel, but the unit was nice, clean with a full kitchen. The only down side is that it's far from most if the things to see in Vancouver, so have a car. The campus itself is beautiful as well. If you have kids, the university pool is fantastic for a small fee.

A lot better than expected! At least the room we got. Even though it's a university dorm, it looks and feels like a real hotel room! It's got everything and it's professionally done! The pillows are so soft!

It's a very good place to stay. They offer you a room with some basic kitchen utilities and a condo like dorm.

Top floors have a great view. The reception is 24/7, they are very helpful and they are extremely professional. The rooms are a decent size, big windows and fast Internet speeds.

Location is very close to many facilities on campus, very accomodating staff, many recreational options. On the other hand, the furnitures are old, as well as the interior of the rooms, kitchen and the living room area.

Location is suitable as near the bus loop. For students rooms are for students.

The lobby is a great place to study if you live there or have friends who do.

Decent compared to other residences on campus. More privacy in comparison to sharing with multiple different people.

Service is great. Rooms are outdated and small. Kitchen is tiny.

The apartments are well located as they're not too far from the bus loop along with it's vlose proximity to fast food restaurants makes it a great experience.

Often 4 dorm rooms, a single bathroom and a kitchen/couch room. Small space for so many people, but convenient location. Under university surveillance, less than optimal freedom.

Rooms are a bit space and concrete aesthetic. But otherwise it was a decent place to live, close to the bus loops and all my courses.

I live on the 7th floor, sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 5 other students, rooms are nice student size with tons of storage. Nice views and pretty nice living room.

I just feel like there are too many people per unit, so it is hard to foster a welcoming environment between roommates. But generally, it is very clean and well taken care of.

Basic and clean. The elevator was extremely slow sometimes. Reception and maids were friendly. A nice bathroom but no bathtub. It is a good place to stay if you have come for summer camps. There is no air-conditioning, just a fan and it can get quite hot.

The rooms have the essentials and the common area of the 6 people unit is nice. It has kitchen and utensils. The view was great from th 15th floor. Gage employees can enter whenever they want, but they usually knock first. I spent a month there and it was pretty good.

I lived in the Gage Towers for 2 years and a studio apartment for 1 year. The location is very convenient, close to the bus loop. The studio comes with a TV and has blackout curtains, which are nice bonuses that Ponderosa does not have. Quite spacious and good layout.
