Stayed four nights. The room looked like it had some renos. Pillows were fluffy and the linens were of a higher quality. My room was at the front of the hotel so there was some noise off the busy but certainly not intolerable. 5 stars because of the helpfulness and service of the front desk.

Clean rooms, good location, decent price, would definitely stay again.

I stayed here a couple of nights whilst on a business trip. My needs are for basic accommodations that don't break the bank and this place certainly fits the bill. The room had a comfy bed and the pillows were soft which is a must for me when on business trips. The room also looked recently renovated but was, more importantly, clean and had a kitchenette. I don't like to cook anything in a room which really wasn't an issue because there's lots of places to eat close by. This is my second stay here and it's nice when the manager remembers you. It's not the Ritz Carlton but for the price it's certainly great value!

Clean and updated rooms, met all my needs for all my business meetings. Highly recommended!

The bedding was a dark green, two person bed is small, TV didn't work, mirror was wrecked. If you book a room, make sure to ask to take a look at the rooms.

Stayed here last week. Accommodations are a great value. Rooms were clean given the age but the beds seemed new and super comfy. Location is excellent for restaurants and the bus stop is just out front which takes you to the Skytrain station. Tip: rooms at the back are quieter. My second stay and would definitely stay again.

This place is horrible. Watch your credit card. Overchared then refused to explain why it wasnt instantly refunded. Had to get the bank to go after them. The Person behind the desk was rude and showed my wife no respect. Totally rude to women.

The place is clean enough and the location isn't bad. It does feel a bit run down and I don't think it's great value for the price, even compared to other Econo Lodge locations I've stayed at. It also took a really long time for the heater in the room to warm up, and given the freezing temperatures outside it was about an hour before we were able to get comfortable in the room.

Its was a decent place to stay rooms are clean staff are friendly. There was enough towels and shampoo and soaps. The room itself is pretty dark tho… you need to open up the curtains but then people stare in… which wreks your privacy… but overall its was great.

I been staying at the econo lodge surrey whenever I am in Vancouver for the last 4 years. Very family and business oriented hotel. Very friendly staffs. Clean and quiet rooms.

My wife and I booked the room for a three o clock check-in with no money down, we arrived an hour and a half late and had no problem getting our room. The room we had was very clean with two dubble beds and was quite comfortable. I would definitely be willing to stay there again and would recommend it to others.

We booked a king sized bed room, paid in advance. When we checked in, they gave us a free "upgrade" — which happened to be a queen sized bed room. And that room had an extremely strong stench of cigarette smoke. We complained to the receptionist for both the stench and the size, and were given a king sized bed room, despite being completely booked. I would have been fine with the cigarette stench, but trying to cheat us from a king sized bed room to a queen sized bed room and calling that an upgrade — unpardonable. Never again.

Good budget hotel that you get what you pay for. We got a two bed and the room was rather small for the two beds. It looked like the beds weren't cleaned underneath since I found a few plastic wrappers, but the beds themselves were comfy. No free breakfast. Other than that there weren't other issues. This could be a good choice for a last minute hotel. We couldn't find vacancy at other hotels for the same night in Vancouver and surrounding area, but this one did.

Comfortable beds with basic pillows. Excellent water pressure and the shower got hot very quickly. Outlets behind the bedside table did not work. Room not perfectly cleaned, found some cereal on the carpet.

Nice bed. Clean room. No breakfast. Verygood in general.

Stayed here 3 times and can say they are awesome staff rooms are clean and comfortable with free refrigerator and microwave in room.

I recently did a photo shoot here for the Google Street View Tour program. Robin the GM was very nice and I enjoyed the time I spent there. The rooms that I shot were tidy and clean. The staff was attentive to helping me.

Its an okay hotel for me. Why? Coz its cheap and near the bus stop. The problem is that it seems that they dont do a good job in cleaning the rooms. I was there for a few nights and the sheets smells a bit odd. You can hear people talking in the other side of the room. You can hear people stumping their feet upstairs. There was this one night where I couldnt sleep until like 3am coz of doors banging, people talking loudly. That was terrible. But the lady in the front desk is very nice and helpful so I give them credits for that. All in all if you want to stay in a cheap hotel then I recommend this place.
