One of the best hotels, the food mmm is really very rich greetings to the kitchen boys, Omar always attentive in everything, thank you very much in general to all of you for your good service, if one day I have to return with my family without a doubt it would be here where would I stay with them. Had a forced stopover due to flight delays but the Hilton did Air Canada proud and gave me great service.

I stayed at this location for 3 days, yesterday I checked out but forgot my scales in the bathroom on the floor. It’s full sized body scales, maids couldn’t miss them while cleaning out this suite. But when we called hotel today and asked if they found our scales Demitry (Hilton’s employee) said “no, I double checked with cleaning team, they didn’t find anything”. So keep it in mind — what was left at this Hillton's location will stay here, unfortunately. Not impressed and very disappointed, I thought Hilton is reputable hotel but looks like it’s not.

Room is clean; very good and functional air-con; bed is surprisingly very comfortable, I like how the room can be completely dark (important for people like me to cure jetlag). Another thing I love is the fact that the room is equipped with a microwave! Definitely not common for all the hotels I have stayed in!

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. State of the art technology and doesn't hesitate to try something new. (loved the keyless entry system by using a digital key on your phone) great staff and green program. Highlight of the trip was when the communications team was on the ball and complimented on our group reunion photo that we took in my hotel room. Highly recommend this place!

Absolute fantastic experience overnight stay. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was very soft and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also top quality. The Staff service was outstanding throughout.

UPDATE: Finally got money back after calling, asking another party to contact them, emailing to the main office, and putting a review here. Wasted several days as they did not correct it when I called them first time (even though they promised to return money). WHAT HAPPENED: Charged three nights while I stayed only two nights! I checked in and checked out as usual. Nothing was wrong. Everything was smooth. Then I found three nights were charged. I called and heard from a woman in the hotel saying it was my side's fault making three nights reservation and even though I checked out after two nights, they charged three nights. I asked how about the possibility of a mistake by the hotel and if the reservation was done for three nights, why I heard nothing when I checked out. Then I asked her to change to her manager and the manager said the record showed I checked in again in the afternoon after I checked out in the morning. He said he would correct it. THEN after several days, NOTHING has been corrected. So annoyed by them!

Great service! Loved the $10 off for not servicing room. Good location. Walking distance to good restaurants and mall. Staff were great. Used to having free breakfast though… and the restaurant on site was pricey but quite good.

Carlos was very helpful and accommodating when looking for a room last minute after car troubles. The rooms are very clean and a great deal for a great price. Staff are fantastic and very caring. Thank you Carlos!

Great location. Breakfast is one of the best I have been too with US, European and Asian options. They also have a good relationship with a local gym if you want a real workout.

Beautiful and comfortable suite. Central to great restaurants and shopping. Safe area to walk around at anytime of day.

The hotel is clean and the people who work here are very friendly. The only problem I had was how confusing it was to know what hallway I had to go down! After a day I figured it out, but there were still times that I felt turned around.

Maybe it was just bad luck but my one and only impression of the airport wasn't very good. 1st thing that annoyed me was those self-help check-in kiosk. Seems like most people would have to go to the counter after using the kiosks (including us), what was the point of those kiosks? At the luggage check in they somehow categorized by baby crib as oversized luggage (I have always been able to check it in as regular luggage before) and instructed me to take it to a separate luggage check in security check line. Somehow that line moved very slowly. And then a lady walked passed, the guy standing behind me had a car seat with him, she instructed him to a faster line. I told her my was just a baby crib, but for unknown reason she said I have to go through the special line, after that was about another 20min of waiting… And at the duty free store the clerk also seems to be pretty slow in handling checkout. Same impression at the newsstand.

All excellent. Unfortunately my stay was due to a cancelled flight but the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Stayed the night on Air Canada's dime, so I can give a completely unbiased view of my experience. Was very nice stay. Building has been redone nicely inside. Restaurant was quite good. Beds are nice. Very clean. Staff friendly.

Nice Hotel Service impeccable.

The rooms were great! The service was incredibly friendly. I arrived early and they offered to rush my room. Their hot tub made for a very relaxing stay and the coupon for skipping house cleaning was great.

Airport Shuttle-Hotel, short trip 10 mins but the wait for the shuttle can be 15 to 30mn a few restaurants in the vicinity but it is mostly an airport hotel so inevitably it is not located in a very lively place parking vehicles Standard rooms for a standard Hilton home for an airport hotel.

Excellent hotel. Great service and fantastic amenities. The restaurant downstairs is also really good. Highly recommended!

Attended a workplace holiday party. Staff were very polite and professional. Main complaint was that you were not allowed to purchase drinks at the bar and take them inside the ballroom. This was an issue because the bar set up for the event did not have credit or debit set up and so we were forced to use their 3rd party ATM that charges extra fees. Main meal was good, however desserts were worse than store-bought.

Nice suite style rooms, with separate living room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location and available shuttle to and from the airport. Read some complaints about the Wi-Fi, but I found it worked excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, friendly staff with lots of parking and big rooms. The five stars however is for their breakfast. I travel a lot for business and I have to say this is the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in years. The cook really knows how to make an omelette with all the trimmings. Good variety of fruit and fresh orange juice. This is an expensive hotel, and I’ll be back just for the breakfast.

Helpful Ashley At The Front Desk Is The 5th Star — we arrived early and weary from a long transpacific flight. She was so friendly and cheery in getting us a well appointed, clean room with a nice mountain view. The hotel is in a great location, with an in house restaurant and other neighborhood places to explore. They also have a friendly shuttle driver from the airport. I'd recommend this Hotel to friends.

Nice hotel in the Richmond area. 18 total stories with some nice views that depend on which side you have. Service is phenomenal and friendly.

Filled with many visitors with canceled flights, since the airlines comp this hotel. This was also my experience here. Friendly staff and they are very used to dealing with vouchers and crowds, so things move quickly. Only two elevators for 18 floors, but the rooms were nice and they have a convenient shuttle to the airport. Nice breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel and it is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton near an airport. The price was rather high, but the upgrade to the king suite was nice. Parking in the garage is an additional expense.

Parking is convenient, rooms are nice. The pull out sofa beds are not comfortable at all though. Putting the sofa bed's mattress directly on the floor was a vast improvement. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Good size room; very nearby the Canada Line (5 minutes walk) ; it does not feel like an airport hotel. Live music in the lobby restaurant was a very nice touch. There are also bites, iced tea, and mint water available in the lobby. Also a very attentive idea!

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay outside the City of Vancouver, but the City is still available by train. It's also very near the airport. The room was large & clean. I could only find one ice machine that worked from the 6th floor where we stayed down to the 1st. This was no major issue, but it was a issue. Disappointed that there was no Executive Lounge. In all, it was a WONDERFUL stay…

Great room, services & meals. Was there for February 21 & 22, 2017 Traditional Family Parenting Workshop with niece Charlotte Smith, Early Childhood Worker and sister Jeanette Phillips.

I am shocked at some of the lesser reviews… it should be 5 stars across the board. We have stayed here often, and the Hotel is always great. All the staff are fantastic, Restaurant has never been disappointing and has very inviting staff that cater to all your needs, and the location is very convenient for us. Not to mention they offer great Perks — like the 'Choose to Go Green' incentives. We will always be back. Great Job Hilton Vancouver Airport!

Hotel very well located in Richmond, excellent service and rooms are very clean and modern.

It is a nice hotel. I love the view from my room that I can see the whole city and it was beautiful breakfast buffet with very nice staff and delicious food. It was a good time.

Food at Cavu is decent but the service is slow. Happy Hour used to be every day but has cut back to weekdays only. Happy Hour food is a very good deal compared to the rest of the menu!

We won't be booking this hotel again… My girlfriend, uncle, aunt and I booked two rooms for the night here ($300/ room) ; we were so disappointed. We were greeted by a not too bad receptionist, and a grumpy manager. The manager wasn't really rude but rather, he didn't seem like he cared. My uncle and aunt noticed spider webs with dust balls dangling from the ceiling, and undisposed rubbish in their rubbish bin. There were no slippers and toothbrush in the room (maybe I expected too much). I called once for slippers, so I felt a little bad for calling again as they had their only receptionist run up and down to provide guest service. When I was down, I mentioned about the undisposed rubbish and spider web, and the manager apologized and said he would put a note for the house cleaning. I then walked back to my room and wrote this review. My advice is, try not to book this hotel if you had a choice.

Solid Hilton, nothing above and beyond but close to the airport and also the skytrain stop which makes it very easy to get around. Given a nice upgrade reflecting my status in the HHonors program. No major complaints.

Very neat service, convenient location, good food, good washrooms, horrible internet service, not enough signs to locate tune desired location quickly.

Perfect spot, great places to eat within walking distance. Hotel food is a separate restaurant so it was very good. Beds were great. You have to pay for parking FYI not a big deal for us business travelers but those on vacation might be annoyed. Easy to get to and from airport about a six minute ride.

Got upgraded to a glorious two bedroom suite, super nice, amazing room and excellent location right in Richmond. Reliable shuttle to airport, great staff.

We went for the dine out Vancouver event. The menu has a great selection of vegetarian meal and meats. They will even cover the parking when you register with them. Overall the service is great for a little restaurant.

The most friendly staff we have experienced in a long while… from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk to housekeeping. … exceptional!

I sent an email to the hotel already however I will say it here also. Hilton Vancouver was amazing! They upgraded our room to a king suite from a queen after we already received a huge discount on the price of the room. We went out to a Christmas party with friends that took a limo ride back to the hotel with us and the hotel called them each a cab home. We had a beautiful former room with rooftop deck and a view of the city. The service was amazing and the staff even more so. For sure we will be staying there again.

Rooms quite tidy and modern. Food at local restaurant was good but lacked in quantity. The breakfast had quite the variety and the staff is quite friendly.

Stay here alot. Good location — lots of restaurants and big shopping mall near by. Hotel is Hilton standard — clean, comfy and welcoming service.

I will give it 4.5 stars. The people are very kind. Our family enjoyed the Mc Arther Glen outlet nearby. And the Korean and Chinese restaurants in short distance offered great food. Our room had been upgraded to delux suite with one bedroom. The sofabed was not bad.

The room was ok however eating there at the restaurant gave us all food poisoning for me and my family. Never again.

Found a dirty sock in my room, and the food was not worth it 30$ for chicken strips that tasted like crap.

Very nice people work here. Very nice hotel. We arrived at 830am after our cruise ended in vancouver. Our room was not to be ready 'til the afternoon but they rushed knowing we had hours to wait and we were in a room by 10am. They even let us stay til 3pm the next day instead of checking out at 11 since our airplane was leaving late the next day. The nicest hotel and staff I have ever experienced.

Business trip, at the business rate you can either get the breakfast or the parking included with the room. Room was comfortable, but the one I had near elevators had no fridge or microwave. Had to upgrade to get those in the corner rooms. Bathroom in the room is tiny and awkwardly configured (door comes millimeters from hitting the commode).

Our stay was pretty good. Food is expensive but good restaurants very close by. You have to pay for wireless Internet its $8.00 a day. Beds were nice. 9 out of 10.

NEVER Again; This is a 3 star property at best, but with 5 star prices. I took a personal trip to Vancouver for 4 nights in July 2012, so this was on my own ticket — no company expense account. Was totally decieved about the parking which costs $14 per day PLUS 35.5% TAX (21% parking tax plus 12% HST; HST charged on top of parking tax), for total of $19 per day. And the parkade was dirty. Its cheaper to park at a meter in the city's central business district. The hotel room was expensive enough but add another 15% tax. This is nothing but gouging by the municial and provincial governements. And of course, the hotel doesn't detail all the taxes prior to reservations. The rooms are so-so for a Hilton. The first room I was given was on the top floor (18th), but couldnt sleep all night to the noise of mechanical systems on rooftop and elevator. And the room was SMALL. Moved to a much better room the next day. Hotel restaurant prices are ridiculously high; just go to one of many other restauratns 2 blocks away; and $8 per day (+ TAXES) for internet service?. Give me a break. Obviously I won't be back. The overall ratings given to this hotel by Hilton and TripAdvisor are obviously inflated.

Stayed here Spring 2011 in the King Bedroom Suite, everything you would expect in a hotel's premium room is there except for one glaring omission, there's no wireless router in the room! It's a big room with 1 bedroom and you could only connect your laptop to the internet only as far as the LAN cable can reach, which is just around the large work desk. That was just frustrating. And they charge around 14CAD per day on parking, plus tax. Luckily I was on company expense but still, they probably could at least have the parking free for guests, and probably add in free breakfast too next time.
