Amazing view! Price was great! Cleanliness was ok. Would stay here again.

Had wonderful time in this place, one of a kind, very clean well maintained, great people spectacular views.

Loved our stay. Beautiful views and nice balconies. Best part is that the rooms are ACTUALLY clean as opposed to “passing for clean” at a lot of hotels. It was a great time and we wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

Very very disappointing, so bad we did not stay. Pictures showed nice room. Very old and not clean. We even left and paid the rate for the night, because we would not stay there.

Easy to operate fireplace (and turn off ac). Good water pressure. Good view. Loud restaurant neighbours after 10.

Came with my family and it was our first stay here at Radium Chalet. Great mountain hilltop view of the town. Was a really lovely view of the sunrise and sunset off the top floor balcony suite we stayed in. Very friendly staff and service was wonderful. I recommend people to come here. My only one concern was even though there is an air conditioner in the living room it does get hot in the bedroom being on the top floor (even with the window in the bedroom open) when it gets really hot outside (was 30C today this is why I rated 4 out of 5) but was able to get a floor fan from the friendly staff. They do try to cater to you as much as they can from my impression and I greatly appreciated it. Great place with free breakfast and great staff. Will come again if I do come back here to Radium again.

Love this place. From our room we had a great view. Great breakfast buffet with a good selection of toast, cereals and yoghurt.

Parking can be difficult if you arrive late and they are full, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and clean. The deck had an amazing view. Highly recommend this place!

Underground parking great restaurant friendly and clean and comfortable rooms Great place to stay my only criticism is washer and dryer not in condos the have a sink and mirror in the bathroom of course and they really did make me happy to have a vanity sink combo in the bedroom also!

The location is great and the view from the rooms are amazing! It's up a hill and not terribly hard to get to from the main road. The rooms generally have one bed and one pull-out couch with a TV, full bath, and a balcony with a view.

Good place to stay. Electric stove was not good… More heating power would make it better.

The staff the Chalet went over and above for absolutely everything. They were incredibly nice both the ladies that I met in my check-in and check-out. The room was spotless… the place is located with an unbelievable view. I highly highly highly recommend staying at this place.

Currently under renovation but still very quiet. Million dollar view. Excellent service, dry sauna & located beside hiking trail & natural area. Free breakfast and use of BBQ is cherry on top.

I stayed 1 night on 321 family room and it was nice and cozy. Everything was good but coffee machine was dirty like used long time ago. Anyway I liked.

You get what you pay for… Having said that it was an awesome stay! Loved this place. Beautiful views, sauna and recently renovated rooms made it a wonderful time.

Great views. Our room was a corner unit with two patios and a gas fireplace. It had breathtaking views and we watched an awesome sunset from the patio as the weather was nice for a winter day. The room was adequate with a separate sleeping area. It was dated but I'm under the impression the rooms are getting upgraded. I hope the soundproofing does too as we could hear everything going on above us with the couples 'romantic' weekend getaway. That aside, we still loved our stay and would definitely come back again. We brought our dog and he seemed to love it too!

A beautiful place to see the mountains and the valley, from a hill.

The third floor end unit has is well with the couple of extra dollars for its great views and two balconies. Third floor rooms have extremely high ceilings. Hotel is getting old but there has been updated to the bathrooms. Free breakfast is very simple. Mostly cereal and bread with some fruit and yogurt.

Unbelievable value. Staff were excellent and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. The views from the balcony were amazing. The room was clean, cozy, and we loved the fireplace. I would stay here again, hopefully soon!

Lovely, welcoming, and adorable place! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Views are spectacular and rooms are nice for the price! The ‘Eagles Nest’ rooms are the best and worth the few $ more — however, the rooms we stayed in were super too! Great for a winter retreat (can’t advise on summer! )

We were celebrating our 7yr anniversary. They made it very special for us with flowers and wine! Very clean and quiet a perfect getaway! A great hot breakfast included! Thank you for making this a special memory we will cherish.

This is in a beautiful location with a view (if travelling in winter make sure you have the tires to get up the hill). The old rustic furniture adds character not to be found in other chain hotels. We rented the suite with a seperate room with queen bed — fairly comfortable, small kitchenette in living room with futon bed — fairly comfortable, big screen TV and beautiful fireplace. The balcony faced the mountain view — wonderful. I was very pleased with the pricing and prompt service by staff. Would recommend for a small family of 4. There was no hot breakfast as we had thought but it was sufficient for us to get going the next morning. To get to 5 stars I would have liked a Hot Tub, higher quality bedding/linens and a hot breakfast.

Really old hotel at a fantastic location. Anything beyond the main floor means humping your luggage up outside flights of stairs. The room we had was old but clean; however, the sitting room and balcony with it's fantastic views made everything worthwhile.

7 nights 8 days of the most spectacular views from a suite with 2 balconies. World class service, excellent breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my bride and I, had a world class honeymoon.

Great place as stayed here 2 nights. Very affordable. Friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast was a nice feature to have. View was amazing. Rooms are dated, but neat and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy place. Nice staff. Good view off the balcony. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price of the room but the place is relatively clean. I don't think the bedding was fresh on the hideabed though… we never used it but… :/

Beautiful view, nice modern room. Breakfast was nice, staff was accommodating. There was a nice propane fireplace in our room. Cute little mini kitchen in our room, no stove. Easy to find.

Lovely place. Bit old and has seen better days, but certainly worth a night or two. Wonderful views, great staff who are very helpful. Barbeque is a fun way to spend the evening. Breakfast is adequate if you are hungry.

The view from the balcony was fabulous. The room was okay. Lots of little things not great. No extra pillows. Small bathroom. Leak under sink in bathroom. Piece of flooring missing in kitchen area. Stone missing from fireplace. Weeds all over the outside. Battered flags hanging from flagposts. This place could be really nice if they paid attention to the details.

Spent a couple nights at the Chalet. Great views from the valley side. Rooms were renovated in the recent past but showed some rather harsh wear and year (fireplace had stones knocked off the face, furniture not properly assembled, exposed florescent light power supply & electrical contacts under cabinet, incorrectly install door chain (backwards) ). Cleanliness was good for the primarily contact/visible locations, but as a taller person I was quickly shown another world (for instance bathroom light fixtures had between 5-10 dead bugs in each glass globe). Beds were comfortable and the AC worked nicely which was almost more important when it was +30'c outside.

Clean, spacious and great views. Good value compared to other radium options. Sofa "bed" is actually a hard leather sofa with a toddler cot pull out. Windows on front door allow view into bedroom so had to cover with a towel. Staff was friendly and polite and the included breakfast was basic but quite nice! Would stay again and would recommend.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our own patio deck and a huge variety for the continental breakfast. Everything was super fresh. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing views… Decor could do with a little TLC. Complimentary breakfast Ok. Reasonable location for Banff and Lake Louise. Lots of restaurants serving European style food locally.

This is a great character hotel! The views are outstanding and set this apart from others quickly. The rooms we had was clean and full of character charm! Sure it could be newer and more modern, but that's not why you should say here. Stay here for the view, the home like feel of the lobby, the great people & the view. We would absolutely stay here again, no question. Next time in winter so we can make use of the fireplace!

If you want a 5 star with pretentious service this place is not for you. If you are looking for a great, clean place to stay with amazing views and an ultra friendly atmosphere at a reasonable price look no further. We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. The owners are great and staying here is like coming back to visit old friends. Always accomodating service with a smile. We will be back again and again!

Visited Radium on the July 27th weekend with my friends for our annual camping trip, unfortunately all the camp sites were booked so we were looking for a place to stay. We spotted this 'cool' looking hotel up on the hill and went in to see if they had vacancy. They mentioned to us that all the rooms were booked, however, their games room upstairs could be quickly turned into a place to stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating — and the breakfast was amazing!
