Poor waitress got slammed but Food was good.

Quality Inn in westlock I Lhasa to be the worst! My son had a pair of shoe’s go missing and housekeeping were the only ones with access to the room and when mentioned to front desk the lady working was no help and didn’t even offer to look into it. I wouldn’t not recommend this Inn.

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was outstanding with great service and food. Our check-in was delightful. Our host was hospitable and friendly. You will need to carry your bags up to the second floor if you are there because there is no elevator.

My family and I are in town for the Alberta Trappers Association's annual rendezvous. The checkin at Quality Inn was simple, quick, and friendly. Comfortable beds… one spider in the bathtub.

Here for brunch but found out they didn’t offer (thought the waiter was a little abrasive but understanding they had two servers on when the restaurant was busy). Anyway the waitress finished taking my order and was actually very pleasant with me. Food is good however the restaurant seriously needs air conditioning as it was fairly warm in there when I was there (outside temp was 24 C and clear skies). Aside from the shortcomings I probably would come back here.

Each time I have visited this restaurant it has proven to be a bitter disappointment. From the lack of service to the lack of brains in some of the staff down to the absolutely horrible food, I will never make the mistake of taking a seat in this establishment for a meal again. Ever. Even over the space of several years when I thought things might have improved, I was sadly mistaken and so was the cook when he/she decided the fish was cooked… It was not… What are the odds of that happening… I didn't order sushi yet I was served raw fish in this restaurant twice over a stretch of more than five years. I guess the facelift and name change were the only improvements they were able to make. I would actually give this place a rating of no stars at all, it was that bad. Horrible service, horrible food (not just the raw fish) and more than horrible attitudes of the staff and at one point management and the way my elderly grandmother was treated (rather, mistreated) have been enough for me to call it quits after giving this place a hand full of chances not to completely disappoint. Strike out the "Quality" in your title… It's false advertising.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, however the noise from the hallway was so loud in my room because it was near to the stairway. I found the rooms to be quite outdated and the beds need to be turned/ replaced. Otherwise the hotel was nice enough, but I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Had a great meal at the restaurant tonight! We all enjoyed the Woks they offered. Big servings and very friendly service. We went at about 7pm and were out by 8 pm.

Hi all it was not too long ago they changed their timing and closed the restaurant at 7.30pm but now it’s seems like they are closing at 4.30 — 5.00pm. It was a great infrastructure for this small town but they’re spoiling the business by closing the restaurant early. Not a best service for sure, rude people at the front desk, servers are just not friendly enough to serve.

Oh god. I have been through the same problems for couple of days no real food menu available after 7 in the evening. We are long say crew at hotel. Roomkey card gets screwed up every evening. When we go for new key front desk agent is always chatting with a man and treated us like s… just because our company pays. I will never recommend this place to any one.

Great breakfast. Great value.

It was ok for a night. Bed we're uncomfortable and there was hair in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Used the conference room and could bring in our own food so likely won't use them again.

I preffer not to be harrased and threatened. This hotel is terrible! Dont come hear unless you want to be treated with dissrespect. Are company booked rooms hear and the front desk girl was always rude! She also is threatening me with her manager? Saying she called the manger in a rude voice towards me and the manager would like to talk! With me as if im in truble. Please… for asking her why are employees are not allowed to know outher employees room numbers when they newly check in for work related reasons. We stay in hotels for 6 months of the year all around western Canada. This is the worst front desk clerk and stupid threat I have ever seen. Some of my co workers have there own issues with multiple outher harrassing implacations for utterly no reason at all with this crazy individual.

Clean. Quiet and it has hot breakfast.

Large rooms and is located close to all amenities.

We came for a wedding and stayed 2 evenings in this hotel.
The price was fantastic and when we got our room it was spacious and clean and very nice.
Breakfast was tasty and the service was incredible!
But by far the most amazing this was while we were at a wedding all day and night. We came back to a clean (3 girls had gotten ready) room with fresh bedding and the housekeeping staff tucked in my 9 year old teddies in her bed. It was so cute and she was so happy!
I would stay here a thousand Times!

Decent food during a professional event. Good service by friendly people.

Spacious rooms (loft bedroom available), full kitchen breakfast included, hot tub in room.

Was alright service and food. Not the best I've had there before. All depends on the luck you get with the serving staff and chefs. Quite good on prices. Just need to step it up with the food preparation and service. Waited 15 min for drinks with only 3 other customers.

Fairly good hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. No elevator for luggage and wouldnt offer 1st floor rooms even though they look vacant.

Was there not to long ago and the service in the restaurant was slow, but the food was good. The rooms were ok. The staff were nice and friendly.

Terrible experience at the hotel on Oct 6 — 7, 2016 I was staying there with my elderly sister on the nights of Oct 6 and 7.2016 The first night was ok but the next night the ceiling above her bed leaked and part of the ceiling came down on her. She was not able to sleep in the bed and she had to share my bed. Also the room was only partialy cleaned that day. One bed was partially remade the other was not. The breakfast was excellent, but it did not compensate for the wet bed. The hotel offered me a $25.00 voucher for my next stay. Are you kidding Im not stupid I would not stay at the hotel again, ever. The $25.00 voucher was a slap in the face.

Food was great id go back again.

Decent place to stay. Beds were ok and rooms were clean.

Awesome breakfast but stiff beds and the hot water kept turning on and off during my shower.

The room was very clean and the maid even left a very nice handwritten note for us and put my little brother's stuffies on top of the bed we also got 2 free breakfasts and it was a great overall experience.

Rooms were clean, front desk staff efficient.
