I just encountered the most considerate and polite staff. My reservations was canceled because I did not check in last night even though I had it booked for 8 nights. To top that they're booked solid. The stress was rising. I'm sure they could tell and promptly dealt with me in a very professional manner and fixed me up with a room. Thanks ladys!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff is very friendly. One of the better hotel experiences I've ever had.

What a cool place to stay during the baseball tournament and thank god there was A Boston pizza place nearby, so you could order pizza and take it back to your room and eat it there. Enjoy a stay there in High River.

Room was clean. Bed were uncomfortable. We had a drive up room and the smell of exhaust was an interesting way to go to sleep. Breakfast was just bad. Hopefully won’t have to stay here again. Pool was nice but very cold.

We went to High River for a hockey tournament. The hotel was fully booked with kids for hockey and soccer tournaments. The kids had fun in the pool but the most fun they had was playing security guard for the hotel. They had the kids watching for people running and yelling in the halls and turned it into a game. The staff was AMAZING and made the long wait between games a lot easier and more enjoyable for us parents as well! Thank you so much for employing our kids for a day!

The rooms were large and clean with fantastic pillows. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Good (free) breakfast with several options. Good pool with slide & hot tub.

The WiFI works good ordinarily. There was a tonne of teenagers there at the time with their phones so it slowed down at times. The kids loved the pool and there's good eating options right in the parking lot. Big, clean and modern rooms.

Last minute reservation was no issue. Hotel is large and has veen recently renovated. No restaurant inside but several restaurants next door including Boston pizza. Staff were very friendly rooms were clean and big. And there is a large pool and water slide area.

Was in for a birthday. Clean, fast service and friendly environment.

VERY clean, and friendly staff. A great pool with water slide and a large new hot tub. Very large swim area. Lot's of side pool seating. I would definitely stay there with my family.

Clean spacious room with fridge and microwave, enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Continental breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Ten other girls and I stayed overnight for an in town tournament. We were all extremely pleased with the comfortable beds, many toiletries provided, extra towels, and great shower water pressure. Their pool facilities were also wonderful, as well as the complimentary continental breakfast. Overall amazing stay!

My family and I stayed there (6 of us in a family room) VERY affordable! Extremely CLEAN! Great easy check in! Mercedes was awesome! Great customer service! Nice water slide! Next to MacDonalds Liquor store and Boston Pizza! Plus you get 10% of Boston Pizza for staying at Ramada! Will definitely be back!

Excellent customer care. Actually the best staff I have experienced. Wendy is fantastic at front desk. My stay was a total pleasure. Pillow comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature great. Room clean and fresh. Boston Pizza right next door. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great rooms, clean and economical. Staff was friendly. Only negative is nobody was available to check me out so I left my key on the desk and walked out.

We just had one of our worst experiences at this hotel! The waterslide was not working and it was not mentioned on the website nor at the front desk. I was informed that it would not be fixed until at least March. I understand that things break down but what I am upset about is that I was not notified in any way — for $179.99 a night plus tax I was expecting a functioning waterslide. They also took full payment for both nights stay at check in so if I had wanted to change hotels it would have been an ordeal or not at all. The reception staff were not friendly they were extremely rude and defensive. Our hotel room had a giant grate in it that blew ice cold air into our room all night. I had to put a couch cushion against it so we wouldn't freeze. The continental breakfast was awful! There were only hardboiled eggs, a few sausages and waffles. I have stayed at many hotels that offer breakfast and this one was not good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the price — there is no value!

We have monthly meetings at this hotel. It is (and it was last night) very nice.

The staff (Wendy in particular) were awesome! The facilities are clean and nice and or room was beautiful for how affordable it was! Great place to stay!

INCREDIBLE! Terrific hotel and amenities. The devil is in the details. And they've paid attention. An awesome massaging shower head, disposable cloths in the bathroom in addition to towels, the bed and linens were heaven, Andrea was not just an employee but a true hostess, both she and Diane were extremely helpful, warm, friendly and accommodating — offering at every turn to go the extra mile. I loved my stay. Even the shampoo conditioner moisturizer were incredible (and not your run of the mill unpleasant standard hotel fare) I will be back no doubt. One of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Of all the hotels my family and I have stayed at. In either Calgary, Vancouver and where ever, I would have to rate this hotel one of the best without question. The rooms where super clean, modern, nicely decorated, with very nice beds. The Waterslide area was clean, fresh, with a much larger pool (that was very warm) than most hotels with a waterslide. The waterslide was inclosed. But that did not bother our young kids. The hot tub was large in size, and it was actually hot compared to most. The morning breakfast was fantastic, better than anything I have seen anywhere! This hotel is also right beside Boston Pizza, and McDonalds, which suited our clan just fine! I wish there were more quality hotels like this one even in big cities. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and extremely helpfull, even providing us with proper cutlery to eat our Boston Pizza dinner with. We could not have had a better experience. Needless to say I highy recommend this hotel.
