We had a great time visiting our daughter working in Jasper. The loft suite was excellent and comfortable. We fell in love with Jasper and would definitely stay again.

So far we been well treated an greeted.

The staff have been very helpful. The room is clean and spacious. No complaints at all.

Watch your credit card… Double charges on my credit card, a hold for the full amount plus the room charge at check out. Should of just processed the hold and not froze $1200 on my credit card for more than 5 days.

Had a great stay in a comfy kitchenette suite. Huge shout out to Rhiannon at the front desk her service was over & above! Rhiannon & every staff member we came across were so accommodating they just made our stay so relaxing! We’ll definitely be back!

Don’t ever stay here. They charged me twice and won’t give me a refund. Keep saying I got refunded when I didn’t and they won’t do anything to help.

Dirty nail clippings on floor, toilet wouldn’t flush and hair in bed. Wanted to love it this 2nd time around but gross.

Our suite is great! Place is not great if you have mobility issues as there is no elevator and we have stairs in our suite. Cozy atmosphere.

No pool, no hot tub, no restaurant, no lounge, no vending machines or on site store, no breakfast… nice property, liked the room.

Love having a suite with a kitchen, and a separate sleeping space for mom and dad and for our son. The room is spacious and clean as well!

The rooms are so cute and homey. It felt like staying at a mini cottage. We had two units on the topmost floor. Each unit had two floors, with the bedroom on the upper level. The main level had a kitchenette with almost everything you'd need (utensils, coffee+coffee maker, tea+teapot and electric kettle, fridge, stove, etc. ). There was a natural wood fireplace which we didn't get around to using but I believe you can get firewood from the main office and use it. We had beautiful views of the tree-covered mountains. The bedroom (upstairs) had a crank-out window on the slanted ceiling (+ blinds) which was nice. The bed was very comfy. The main level had a pullout couch which was comfy enough as well (for a pullout bed anyway). We ate one dinner at the on-site restaurant (called the Inn Restaurant & Lounge) and it completely blew us away: The food was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. The ambience and décor was quite nice as well. The staff were super friendly and nice. And last but most certainly not least: cleanliness was 10/10. It was a very tranquil place and we really enjoyed our stay. Oh and the common outdoor areas were lush and beautiful!

Stayed there for 2 nights (8/19, 20/18). We were in a loft room. Everything was fine, but it did get a little warm upstairs. The two dinners we had at the on-site restaurant we're clearly the best we had on our 14 day road trip. We were not expecting to get such good food and service. The b/w is on the edge of the downtown Jasper area which is a very crowded area. It's close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough to not be so crowded.

We spent a couple of nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The room we had was a one bedroom loft with a kitchenette. This was large enough for a family. The hotel was in great location, close to downtown and some of the key attractions in the area. Parking was easy with a good number of spots. Breakfast was not included with the rate. Overall, a good place to stay in Jasper.

As a family of four travelling, space was critical for us. The family room we had was fantastic. The kids had their space upstairs while we were downstairs. In addition there was lots of space for four large suitcases. Laundry facilities were good and staff were very helpful when we had a problem. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner questions are lit was fantastic. There was no need to head out of the hotel at the end of the day because the variety of meals and quality was great … with great service.

The moment we walked in, we were so happy! Larger than expected, beautiful bathroom, a bar to sit at, a couch, a fire place, etc. We (and our 3 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant was delicious, and one of the friendliest waitresses we’ve had. We’d most certainly stay here again.

Large feeling property. Breakfast not included. Expensive breakfast option in buffet format. Around 16$ US. Indoor pool area is nice with towels provided poolside. Loft rooms are different than typical hotel. My kids loved the idea and said this was their favorite place. It is nice to have separate space. Didn't use kitchenette but had everything one would need. Hotel is a further option from shops and dining in downtown Jasper than other hotel options. Overall pleasant experience.

A great property situated in a quiet area of Jasper. Probably first built as an old style travel motel, additions and upgrades have turned this into a wonderful place to stay. It’s a bit off the beaten path from the main area of Jasper but wouldn’t be much more than a 15 minute walk. As an ‘elite’ member with BW, we were offered an upgrade to our room. A wonderful loft with kitchenette and balcony facing the courtyard and a mountain view. The queen bed could have been a touch more comfortable, but mattress comfort is a subjective issue. Bathroom is somewhat tiny but not too far off from most hotels. A word of warning if traveling in the summer. There is no air conditioning on the property. For a mountain hotel, not a big deal for most of the year I’m guessing, but temps were in the upper 20’s when we were there and the loft area especially was quite warm. The hotel does, however provide fans and it helped greatly. For those that like “free” breakfasts provided, unfortunately the property has a restaurant attached, so no freebies. That said, we had supper and breakfast at the restaurant. The supper had a Father’s Day special which was probably one of the best meals (for the price) that we’ve had in a long time. Ribs were very good with lots of fresh, well cooked veggies accompanying. The breakfast is buffet ONLY and the regular price would have been way too much for what was offered (luckily we were given a 2 for 1 when checking in which made it worthwhile).

Good but old hotel, can get pricy with big double queen room with Jacuzzi for 180 € per night in early May. Does not include breakfast which is 17 bucks per person, for quite big buffet style breakfast with mediocre drip coffee. So that is good value. Was the cheapest room they had although we booked two months in advance. So book early to have access to the cheaper rooms Service is good and room contains all key stuff you need. It is a very old worn building so open the rooms for fresh air!

Passing through on our way for a trip, and my girlfriend who has never been to Jasper before, so I we had to make a stop. We booked a bit in advance to be sure. I had mentioned in the booking that it was my girlfriends birthday and a big one for her, and the hotel did some nice things. Firstly our check in was quick, friendly and easy, second out suite was amazing. Had a huge tub for a tall person, great open shower, lovely sitting room with fireplace and a very comfortable bed. Out stay was perfect and as a nice gift they had left her a birthday card and us some wine to share. Above and beyond, and needless to say, she's convinced to come back!

Excellent service. On the other hand, room old and a little outdated… It is not worth at all the price asked… Even if I had a decent night. We pay dearly because the city and the mountains are beautiful and attract many tourists.

I have been staying with Best Western Jasper for the past 15 years and have had a good stay without issues. I then looked at the website and saw rooms that I have never ever been offered as an upgrade even though I am a Diamond member and stay often. So I mentioned it and asked when booking my stay for April 24, 2018 that I would possibly like a king bed if available. She said there was one for around $250. I then said ok, what would be my rate as I usually get a corporate rate. She stated “ I don’t know your rate, that rate is 10% off” I said well I usually get a lower rate. And she rudely again replies “ The rate changes all the time… I don’t know what your rate was… that is the price of the room”. I then said have we move to high season rates or has something happened like a major renovation? … and AGAIN she rudely says “ we don’t speak that way to people”. So now I am mad. I am not 10. I was not happy that she seemed to have the attitude she was doing me a favor giving me that room… Then instead of asking my name and looking into my rate, she then turned my questions into some slight against her. To sum up… this is not the first time the front staff are rude and have no idea of how to treat a regular customer. They are not there long enough to care about their job or the customer and I will be voicing my review with sites to let customers know this behavior is occurring and should stop.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Jasper recently and were thoroughly impressed with Joe in Guest Services and Jill the Bartender. Joe was a spitfire who was always a step ahead and Jill had a wonderful natural presence which made her excel as a Bartender. We have never encountered such friendly engaged staff as we did during our stay. Good job to the Best Western Jasper team!

We Stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is a bit dated but nice. The staff are all really pleasant. The food for breakfast is good if you get there early around 730/8am. The restaurant food for dinner was pretty good too. We like best westerns so we will stay here again.

After we checked in and we're walking to vehicle my 8 year old daughter says "that lady is so good at her job, wasn't she helpful! " Well done BW Jasper! Not a new hotel but certainly we'll maintain and clean. Very convenient with good quality restaurant with good service. The pool area is excellent, it was busy but the space is large as to not feel cramped. Our family will easily stay here on all our trips to jasper.

Great hotel. Great amenities. Pool and hot tub saunas were nice. Unfortunately due to a renovation we were downgraded a room and we were squished into another room. I got to see a finished renovation and it looks awesome. The location is great.

Always our go to place for our annual ski trip. We love everything about this place, the rooms, the people, the atmosphere. All of it. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last couple of months and we will likely stay again. We stayed in one of the rooms with a view which was gorgeous. It is very spacious with a gas fire place and a 4 piece washroom. It is worth nothing that the room did not include a kitchenette or a microwave. They had forgotten to send cups for the coffee maker to our room, but room service was happy to help. The breakfast at the Inn is simple but certainly adequate. The pool and hot tub are more than expected of a hotel. It is a bit away from town centre, but certainly walkable. Thanks for the stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Jasper. Walking distance to the main town was welcomed while the frigid temperatures remained for the 3 days we were visiting. Pool area was used and enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Have stayed here twice since my son moved to Edmonton and we make this a place to visit and stay each time we have visited him.

Amazing rooms! 99 percent of the staff go above and beyond! Second stay here and would come again and again! Pool, steam rooms and sauna great! Great food at the lounge and drinks!

The hotel has been renovated since we had stayed last. The room had nice furniture and a lovely bed. You could see some water stains on the ceilings in different places but there didn't seem to be any mold. Some of the staff were helpful and lovely, others may need additional training. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had many choices for hotel guests. Overall, it was a good stay.

We arrived to friendly and accommodating staff. We had to change rooms due to construction being too loud near our first room, the hotel was more than understanding. Our second room was slightly outdated but they are in the process of updating the rooms. We had a cozy loft and fireplace at a reasonable price. The walk to downtown Jasper was approx 10 minutes. Overall we had a great time, 4/5

The best hotel in Jasper, with ample parking and a few steps from the town center and the Via Rail station.

We have stayed at this location on many occasions and love what it has to offer… fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, wood fireplace, and…
sliding doors out to a private deck (not fenced)
which is a plus for us as this is a dog friendly hotel so we can just open the door to let our dog out. They even provide your dog with a brown bag with a ball and treats and poop bags too. There are sitting areas around the property where you can gather to picnic, play games and visit. It all works for us.

I left my android box in my room. When I called about it the staff were friendly and prompt in looking for it. We made arrangements to have it mailed to my place with no hassle. The room was newly renovated I was defiantly surprised as the exterior was older looking. The staff were friendly and prompt for the hotel. The restaurant was a little slow with service but I assume it was because of the rush for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and will defiantly be using this Hotel the next time I'm in Jasper.

The hotel and restaurant staff, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was well presented and many choices. The overall experience was very good. We would recommend a stay here to all.

We love the mountains so felt the information about the Best Western would accommodate us quite nicely and it did. The staff, from the registration desk to the restaurant servers to the housekeeping staff, were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette allowing us to relax with our morning coffee before heading out for the day. The room was quiet with very little exterior noise. And most importantly, the room was very clean and well maintained. We're planning on going back next year.

This large motel has an excellent location, convenient both for the town centre and for walks. We had a room at the back in the corridor block, rather than the walkway block by the road. It was a good sized suite, fully furnished with a good kitchenette. The bathroom also had all that could be desired. Breakfast was of a simple type hot buffet. Dinner at the grill room was not elaborate, but good of its type. Overall, this was a more comfortable and convenient place than the very expensive resort hotel on the other side of the valley.

So thankful they had a room left during a very busy time in Jasper as one night in Hinton was plenty, way too far to drive when our vaca was specifically for the Jasper area. We had been hearing for days from fellow travellers that everything in Jasper was booked so not sure how we lucked out. Although a bit on the pricey end, we already knew lodging in Alberta during peak season runs high & for a last minute booking, really didn't care. It saved us so much driving time. We were overall very pleased with our stay & all staff.

Excellent setup with well stocked kitchen and multiple sleeping areas. Lovely indoor pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room. Excellent restaurant with friendly service. Issue with noisy neighbours was quickly and politely resolved by the front desk staff. Very good experience and would easily stay here again.

We had the best experience here it was our Anniversary and they made us feel extra special! We had a excellent meal in there restaurant too! I would highly recommend this gem if you are ever in Jasper!

Nice hotel, stayed there 2 nights as part of a tour. Suites are really nice if staying for a while, however, having the bedroom up a fairly steep flight of stairs was not for me. Had to leave my suitcase on the coffee table. Having said that, the beds were really comfy. Would recommend eating in the restaurant, top notch food with top notch service, and a good price. A few minutes walk from the town centre but views were great.

Kitchenette, outside deck, and upstairs sleeping area. The room we got was more than we expected. There's a trail right behind the hotel that leads to Pyramid Lake too. Great place to consider when staying in Jasper.

We were upgraded to the cavell suite as diamond d members. The room was well above our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.

Gorgeous rooms, definitely more than we expected. Clean and bright, the kitchenette had everything except a frying pan. Most of the staff were friendly and happy to help us, with the notable exception of whomever spoke to us while calling in to make reservations and the staff member who checked us in.

Room was WAY over priced 280/night. The beds were so uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor (checked mattress and it wasn't new, just poor quality). Room didn't have AC which made the place extreemely hot to try and get a good night sleep.

Rooms in need of refurbishment. Very warm rooms as just after a heatwave. Noisy and people talking on stairwells and car parks at all hours of the night. Good location and restaurant is nice.

The room was very clean, and the swimming pool and hot tub were great after a day of boarding. I definitely enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that noise carried very clearly through the room we were in which was a little disappointing, but certainly not a deal breaker.

There was old food inside the room in the back corner by the curtain, not cleaned properly. The hotel staff was incredibly rude and threatened to call the cops because we had more than two people in our room after 11 with no warning of any complaints. Absolute garbage hotel, would not stay again.

I had really hopeful expectations because I was impressed when we first arrived. Clean room. Kitchenette was really nice. Unfortunately the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable, the heat skyrocketed in the night at 1 am and 5am so I woke up each time and had to turn the fan on. Then housekeeping arrived at 8 am and loudly started cleaning the room beside us. The hotel was very clean, pool was great and staff were very friendly but as a light sleeper as is, I might try somewhere else next time.

This is a motel, drive up, the suite was not cleaned properly, someone elses hair in the bathroom etc and the carpet needs to be ripped out. The construction is substandard, drywall dust under the bed an along those baseboards. I made a big mistake booking here. We use BW quite a bit and this is one of the worst properties only to be beaten by Medicine Hat.

Bang for buck, their kitchenette 1 bedroom suites are perfect for for our family. Fireplaces, fridge, sink, toaster, kettle, coffee maker… all make great help when little ones are with you. Biggest plus is the extra bedroom! At bed time the kids can hit the sack and the parents can relax in front of the TV and fireplace. Bathroom is a tad small but adequate. Only other wish would be that I would have liked to see a dvd player in the room. As I said, bang for buck their kitchenette suites can't be beat!

We have been here for about a month, we were very happy when the restaurant opened up. We have eaten many meals here and every single one has been delicious! Tried some appetizers, I wasn't sure I would like but they surprised me and my tastebuds were delighted. I eat the breakfast buffet every morning and it is always fresh, looks great and tastes very yummy! This is my favorite place to eat in Jasper. The staff is amazing, friendly, polite and professional, not just in the restaurant, but the entire place… from maintenance, cleaners, front desk, and servers. Always a pleasure to eat and stay here! ❤️

The bedroom was about 8x10. The bed barely fit. The bathroom was the absolute minimum size to fit a sink, toilet and bathtub. There was no closet and no dresser, so you had to work out of your suitcase on the floor.

I'm here making a review a month after our family stayed there cause we didn't have a good experience with B. W. And this will only balance things out. For $250 a night, you be the judge. Even though we had advised we had children, they put us in a room where there's a public ashtray in front of it. So we had the pleasure of fresh cigarette smoke if we opened the door. Not that that was B. W. Fault, but the inconsiderate smokers that didn't but-out their cigarettes. Then again why have ashtrays in front of people's rooms? Not sure how many there are out there, but we were one of the lucky ones. We addressed the issue when we left, and we were told we should have told them before so they could have done something. Well, we were busy with a large wedding scheduled and a handful with an infant and child. So much for a non smoking environment in beautiful Jasper.

Good location. The little kitchen helps a lot. Left overs can be kept safely in the fridge and you can make hot coffee or teeth. I like the stain glass at the front desk. The restaurant beside the inn is also good. Over, good value for you money. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely view from the loft room. Quiet atmosphere. No air conditioning, but the cool mountain air was great. Friendly staff. Will likely return.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff helpful. Restaurant served some good meals. Fairly expensive and a long walk to the shops. However, overall I would consider again if in the area.
