Clean and conveniently located.

Best hotel service. Manager Lana was amazing to us. I bought a Jeep Cherokee from Milestone Mazda In lethbridge 5 or 6 months ago and while I was working in Wainwright the transmission in the Jeep pooched out. Lana gave us extra time to allow us to make arrangements to get back to lethbridge.

Very good stay at Best Western Wainwright. Nice new hotel. Very clean and well appointed room and a great breakfast. Excellent front desk reception, knowledgeable of local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Jetted tub pressure is lacking but overall good and great breakfast.

The location is right next to alot of handy stores. The rooms are clean, service is great. The morning breakfast is amazing.

The property was clean and provided exactly the experience I required but nothing special. I feel the front staff could engage in conversation more and smile more. I felt it was expensive and I had an AMA discount. They had no problems accommodating me when I asked to get into my room 2 hours early which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. It has a nice pool and the rooms are clean and huge.

From walking into the door to checking out, the staff were helpful and polite. I even got an upgrade due to rewards status. The housekeeping staff keeps things clean and the hotel is well situated.

Stayed here for two nights for my son’s graduation ceremony from CFB Wainwright. The staff was super friendly. The room was perfectly clean and much roomier than I expected. The selected for the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

One of the only two hotels in Wainwright that's not a trash heap, also don't drink the water it's nothing to do with best western, Wainwright water just sucks.

Staff were great. All very friendly and helpful. Good selection of hot and cold items @ breakfast. Rock solid, fast Wi-Fi (really important to me as I travel frequently for business — but who wouldn't want or need this now? ). Room was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable … one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, anywhere (and there have been many).

Clean, well-kept rooms with really comfortable beds and sheets. Pillows are a little high for my liking, but that's minor. Bathrooms also super clean with a great shower. My only quibble: the TV should have the option streaming Netflix or other content. Decent breakfast and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Wainwright.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small pool and hot tub which we used. It is also very closely situated near a Tim Hortons.

I was truly impressed with my stay here. There was nothing lacking. Perhaps it being a newer Best Western had a lot to do with it.

Wow what an amazing place is all I have to say. Thank you so much Diane for calling us to inform us we left behind our daughters blanket and soother and are mailing it out to us. You guys have gone above and we truly appreciate it.

Staff was very polite and always had a smile on their face. The comp. Breakfast was really tasty and it was always something new everyday. The room was big and clean. The swimming pool and hot tub was a nice touch for after work. It's close to everything that you'd need, like no frills, Walmart, Canadian tire, and even a liquor store which is just across the road. The only thing I had a problem with was there was no bible anywhere in the room that I could see. I'm not overly religious but it's a nice, comforting thing to see in a strange place.

Out on the open prairies there is little town of Wainwright Alberta, with a very nice place to rest up from your long day of traveling the BW in Wainwright is a perfect spot to do so. Did you know that Expedia is the most suck travel inter net site out there if you use expedia you are sure to get screwed, so don’t be a retard and and don’t use expedia. Then the next day you can continue your work or travels Its all good.

The only room available was smoking, however as the day progressed as soon as a smoke free room was available they change me up without having to ask. The room is clean, has a good sized fridge and microwave. Staff were pleasant and even set out breakfast a half hour early for our group because we have to leave before regular breakfast started. The pool was clean, the hot tub was awesome. The only downer was the elevator was out of service. The desk in the room even had a usb charging station. Air conditioning works well, fridge was annoyingly noisy (high pitch).

Very Nice accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well kept and very clean. The one thing I would like to see changed is that the Hotel go 100% NON — smoking. If not for the smoking floor, I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing staff who make your stay exceptional. We were bummed to find out the pool was closed for repairs but the BW quickly provided us with pool passes for the local pool. The rooms are great, extremely clean, modern and most importantly quiet. The breakfast is very good and the hours are great as well.

I must say overall this hotel is hands down one of the best Best Westerns we go too for work purposes. The front desk staff there are professional, reliable and have the best customer service. When we come to Wainwright for work purposes we book the family suite and never are disappointed. Every time we are there the rooms are clean and fully stocked. The beds are super comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for those traveling for work purposes and want a comfortable and professional stay. And if you happen to come with family it's still very accommodating. Even the board room is a great space for small meetings along with a fantastic corporate business centre with large screens. Awesome when you need to use excel or working on a project. I also love the fact they put out treats such as cookies. My girls love them! Great hotel and a must visit in the area!

Not my first time staying here and will not be my last great people and rooms!
