Had the pleasure of attending a wedding here yesterday after the garden wedding was rained out, and the hotel was incredible. The staff were awesome and did everything they could to make guests feel welcome, and the banquet room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I didn’t realize spaces like this existed in Spruce Grove, and I will make sure to recommend this hotel to anyone I know looking for a space to hold their events.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. Mother Nature decided to bless my besties wedding day with storm warnings so their quaint outdoor wedding needed to shift indoors… at the very last minute. We began to scramble to find a venue that was open and could accommodate a wedding. The groom called this lovely hotel, and immediately they invited us down to view the space. The space was absolutely perfect! We scrambled to decorate and set up the tables and were done just before guests started to arrive. The day was perfection and I cannot thank the hotel and the staff for saving the day. Thank you again for all your help today and for being so accommodating. I highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a venue space, and I look forward to booking events there in the future. :)

Ran out of towels was the only complaint! So great hotel!

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff!

My son found 2 things in two different rooms we were staying in. The first thing was a used diaper under my bed in my handicapped accessible room. I’m immunodeficient so if it had anything that had a sick child in it I would be sick which surprise! I’m sick (I’m on chemo). There was gum stuck to the side of the sheet as well. The second room my son came back from the pool and stepped on a beer bottle cap and hurting his heel before his BMX race which could have ruined the entire weekend and reason for traveling. Now we’re still not being answered on what they can do about it… they figured giving us chocolate and popcorn would make it better after the diaper and gum thing. I don’t know why they won’t answer me…

Spent my night with family. Nice, clean environment, friendly staff. Recommend it highly for any ones stay.

Extremely accommodating. Went above and beyond after the four points messed up our reservation and tried to give us a room that wouldn’t have enough sleeping space for our family. Room is clean, great location. Above all the staff was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again if needing a hotel in the Edmonton area.

Clean and new, with great rooms with lots of space. Breakfast is slightly better than average, and the proximity to the leisure center and other restaurants is awesome.

Room had the expected amenities, though my stay was very short, so I did not take full advantage. Complimentary breakfast bar is very well stocked and was quite enjoyable.

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. I would both return and suggest it to friends.

We were in a bit of a pinch this weekend and we needed a hotel immediately. Holiday Inn was able to get us in last minute. The staff were really friendly and helpful, as they are every time we stay there. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay as enjoyable as they could.

Love it! Great place to stay it even has a pancake maker lol it's awesome very jetsons. The pool and hot tub is really nice too. My coffee in the morning is good too because they have keurigs in every room. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with accesible shower and bench. Room prices were reasonable and beds were comfy. Never had breakfast so not sure what it's like.

Fairly new inn with efficient and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with two very comfortable queen beds, however, the air conditioner was fairly noisy and blew cold air throughout the night. On a hot summer night this would be ideal but for an overnight stay in November I was not a happy camper. Free continental breakfast with artificial eggs and an automatic do-it-yourself pancake maker were not impressive but the rest of food and beverages were more than adequate. The lobby and the lounge/breakfast area are separated by a tall electric fireplace and are very pleasing to look at and quite spacious and welcoming. There were several 12 year old boys' soccer teams and their families at this Inn for the weekend. I stayed overnight and might not be the best judge. The location, the cleanliness, the front desk staff are very commendable.

I used my points to get a hotel instead of cabbing home after a professional event… With booze… They upgraded me to a suite for no reason. The place was fantastic… In every way.

Our team holds events at this venue on a monthly basis. The staff are so welcoming and attentive that I had to write a rav review. You can tell they truly value their clients and actually speak their desire to keep you as a client and want to do what it takes to have solid relationships. The leadership at this location must be fantastic. Way to go. You are appreciated.

Very clean, walking distance to the tri leisure and restaurants. Pool and hot tub are small. No waterslide.

The staff were super friendly. If would have been nice if they were allowing non-member guests to have late checkouts.

Located near the west side of Spruce Grove. It is in walking distance to restaurants and a fitness centre. Conference room was small for the number of people at the meeting but full of natural light and comfortable seating. Bathrooms were clean and new but there could have been more for the number of people at the meeting. Lunch and snacks were very tasty. Water on tables was attended to regularly. The hotel has a hot tub and pool. It also has a business centre with computers to access.

The Holiday inn express had very pleasant and efficient staff for our check-in process. We had a number of questions and requests which were addressed quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and ready for occupancy. The cookies and coffee all day long are appreciated.

Visited as a Fort Mcmurray evacuee. Our first day in the area we heard that they had opened their doors for donations and we were overwhelmed by how supportive and how much stuff. Very grateful that they put the time and effort and money to help us +++ it was beautiful.

This new hotel has clean modern rooms. The free breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast. The front desk staff is friendly, but unreliable when I needed assistance with Internet access in my room. I have been here twice on business, three months apart, and both times, the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Holiday inn in Spruce Grove has been amazing! Staff are friendly, the manager Michelle is great. Beds are quite comfortable.

It was a great place to stay for our sons hockey tournament. The rooms are pretty big, the staff are helpful.

By far the better of the hotels I've stayed in and that's comparing to the Westin in Edmonton. Very nice lay out and rooms are perfect, largest breakfast to be had in the morning. Stay when in the area!

Nice big rooms with a sofa place if room with 1 bed. Really clean, new and modern. I didn't try the pool, but there's a pool as well as a hot tub and a small decent gym (some db, bench and cardio machines) in the hotel too. The eggs in the breakfast when I went weren't good. Too watery and didn't taste anything. Right in front of the leisure center, Boston Pizza and coffee place across the parking lot.
