Great room! Got a one bed and the playpen fit perfectly in there! Was clean and staff was super friendly!

Stayed at the motel way before hotel apps were invented. I love the motel so much improvement had been updated. We stayed last week in the newer wing. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile for customers needs. The bed was very comfortable. We will be a repeated customers.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Way better than it looks from the outside.

The people there were so welcoming and even shared their pizza with my son and I. Very thoughtful people. Clean comfy room too :) Had a great sleep!

Was new… a. C was great as it was very hot out. Family slept great.

Asked and paid for kìng bed but got a queen. The room was very clean and the carpets were still damp from cleaning but the shower was fantastic! The real downside was the cigarettes on the ground everywhere was rather disgusting. In a pinch I would stay there again.

They have clean room and different types of rooms meet different most needs rooms are fairly new have smoking and non smoking. Great location on edge of town. Reasonable price for what your getting.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Good location and it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service on a budget. They also got very fast in room Wi-Fi. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Lots of room for parking too. Had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here because of the ratings and realize now most of them are not real. This place has an unpaved potholed parking lot and our shoes were full of mud just going from the car to the door as it was raining. It is old but parts have been updated, outside … inside not so much. Beds even sitting on them were horribly uncomfortable and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. Exposed wires outside the office which is not too impressive. One towel and face cloth for two of us. Lots of workers here, partying, beer, etc. And I think they may be long stay visitors. Many of these reviews here are definitely not legitimate. Pick another place to stay, not worth your hard earned money and don't trust the five star reviews! We did and got stung! There is no free breakfast!

This place is uncomfortable, poorly maintained, dirty… a dirt hole. Click on the names of the 5-star reviewers and you'll see the vast majority of them have only posted one review — for this dive. Obviously fake reviews! The owner must be creating accounts to post fake reviews in an attempt to counteract the REAL reviews from paying customers that were tricked into booking this hellhole.

We've been here a couple times over the years and the new renovations and paved parking lots are really nice! As always, they were very accommodating and we had a wonderful stay.

You've got to be kidding. This place is a dump. We stayed here one night and left, the bed was horrible, I woke up with a sore back. There are so many fake reviews for this place trying to get it ranked higher, and I fell for it. Take my advice, spend a couple dollars more and stay elsewhere — you'll be glad you did. The parking is unpaved, really? with the money this place takes in they can afford to pave it. The TV was tiny, few channels, Wi-Fi unusable. No breakfast, not even coffee. Barely better than sleeping in the car (the car would be more comfortable). Click of the name of any of the 5 star reviewers to see what else they've reviewed, the ones I checked out had only reviewed this place, a sure sign of a fake review!

This place is a dive. The three buildings are all different and poorly maintained. Looks like most of the people who stay here are oil field workers whose only reason is to find the cheapest room they can. If you are a family, stay far away from this place. If you can put up with dirt parking, junky surroundings and mud encrusted trucks everywhere, go for it.

Probably the worst motel I've stayed in anywhere in Canada. Tiny rooms, worn out tissue-thin bed sheets. One tiny sliver of soap. Towel smells like stale cigarette smoke. To top it off, this was the worst bed I've ever experienced. I can sleep pretty much anywhere — but this slab kept. Me awake all night. I woke up with a sore back and headache. The parking lot is unpaved and was a muddy swamp. Have you ever been to any hotel with dirt parking? You'll find it here! I'm convinced all these five star reviews are fake, there is no way someone could honestly rate this dump that high.

Rooms are great we got a room in the new section of the motel. Fresh clean and high-speed Internet as well as cable TV and laundry service.

Really nice for the price. Stayed in a renovated room. The bed was just a double so a little small for a couple but we had what we needed for one night. There was free Wi-Fi, nice bonus! Will stay again next time we are in the area.

Poor customer service. Front desk was unorganized and not helpful when calling in. Would not book with them again.

The room was very clean, and the owners were SUPER nice and helpful :) I didn't have to pay a lot with taxes my double room came to about $90 it was quiet at night and during the day, there was no breakfast but they have lots of snacks for sale in the lobby and a nice size coffee maker in the room, would definitely stay here again.

Room is very clean and reasonable price. Quiet place. Parking space is in front of my room. Front desk staff and Housekeeper are very friendly.

The room was nice and very clean but if you are allergic to scented laundry products don't stay here. I tried to talk to the person at the front desk about it and he didn't care so I'm sure that won't be changing soon.

Nice New Building! This motel is very nice, clean, and close to trip up to jasper, lake louise (through david thomson road) Staffs are friendly!.

Really nice motel. For the price I paid, I was not expecting too much. However when I got there, I was surprised because the building was new and super clean (I could even walk around the room with my shoes off and not getting my feet dirty) The room was comfortable and spacious with new furnishings. Also, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone.

The rooms at The Voyageur Motel are EXACTLY what you'd expect at an old motel, dated but reasonably clean. They seemed a little put out that I wanted to bring my own vending machine (not all vending machines carry Orange Crush, so I usually bring my own when I travel out of town for work). After about 2 hours of discussing it with the person at the front desk, they eventually submitted to my request. The guy working there even helped me unload it out of my truck. This motel could also use an attached bar. At the end of my workday, I like to go out and start fights and it's nice if I don't have to go far to blow off some steam. Other than the hassle over the vending machine and the lack of readily available bar brawls, this is a great place to stay.
