The highlight of our stay were the wonderful front desk people, especially Deandra & Shelby. The hotel offers decent rooms with a comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel has a much bigger gym than what I usually see in other 3-star hotels and is clean and well-stocked with towels & Purell wipes. They also have a nice, clean pool with towels set on tables ready for use. They have a laundry room that has two washers and two dryers that require $3 per load to run, and it is conveniently located right next to the hotel restrooms. The very useful business office has two flat screen computer work stations that shares a laser printer. They offer free breakfast in the dining room, and they have complimentary coffee & tea in the lobby all day. The hotel’s location is very convenient that you can walk to restaurants nearby: an excellent Pho Hoan Vietnamese Restaurant; a 24-hour modern McDonald’s, just to mention a few items. For the criticism: This hotel should retire some of their towels that have fraying edges. The only reason I didn’t complain is that they were all white and bright so you know that they are clean. However, fraying and thinning towels do not line up with my idea of the Hilton brand.

We only stayed overnight here, but the hotel is clean, staff are friendly And the pool is well-maintained. I found the room very spacious for the price. This hotel is newer so all of the fixtures and finishes are in good condition. The continental breakfast is usual fare with the addition of the all-important waffle maker. If you have kids the waffles are Magic Touch. I would happily stay here again for any duration.

The Hampton was reasonably priced and located near all amenities in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was standard for selection, but the quality was actually pretty good, and it was well stocked. All in all, a good choice for a nights stay.

Slightly off our path, but Google maps makes out easy to find. Fantastic service, very friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was superb. The kids loved the pool. The rooms were spacious and had a microwave and fridge. Parking was convenient. Definitely staying there again if our trips require overnights in that area.

Great Hotel. Clean and updated. Everything here is spotless and in great condition. Only downside is the antiquated cable for TV. Decent pool and fitness room. Very inviting.

Always stay in Hampton Inn wherever I go… clean, quiet, good staff, and of course good price. This Hampton is the first building when you come to town, transportation is very convenient.

This place is lovely and familiar, I love to be here so much. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and all personal is so kind and like a warm family. For everyone who looks for a nice Hotel at this area, I recommend to chose this hotel.

Stayed for softball tourney. No lineups to check in and out. Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice staff. Decent breakfast. Thought it was a continental breakfast so nice surprise to see there was also some hot food options.

The room was what is to be expected, modern, clean. The complimentary breakfast is nice with a few warm and cold options. Staff are few and far between, only ever seeing one person at any given time unless you run into house keeping. The Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time. We were woken by the fire alarm on one night. Got downstairs and asked the front desk person, who pushed a piece of paper at me which said they were conducting a text of the system, which was not there the night before. I asked why they didn't call the rooms to give us a heads up and I was told "the manager to me to do this. " which seemed ridiculous since **you don't see the notice until after you pack up your family and are on your way out** This alarm continued for about 3 hours. Also the floors, especially elevators, weren't very clean. Not a very family friendly hotel. I'm a frequent Hilton guest and unfortunately will not be staying at this location again. Definitely doesn't remind me of the typical luxury you get from the Hilton chain of hotels.

The employees were delightful, the extent of the hotel I saw was extremely clean, the breakfast was delicious and actually edible! (Compared to other hotels that provide comp breakfast! ) Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I appreciated the hot chocolate!

Very friendly staff, luxurious rooms, breakfast was excellent every morning. Coffee or water for hot tea/ hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Pool felt great!

Rolled into the Fort after a long day just wanting some sleep at 230 am. Was greeted with a 'Hi, what can I do for you? ' Staff 'Hi, do you have any rooms available? ' 'Not right now' Staff (rudely) 'Oh k then' shocked and confused because the parking lot was dead. Plus, she never made eye contact and stared at the computer screen the whole time. I left feeling unwelcomed and no explanation and wasn't gonna explain that I needed 6 rooms Tues till Fri for the next 3 weeks. I was still puzzled and called the next day to find out if there were rooms available the night before, YES there was lots! I was given a 'maybe she was performing her audit at that time and couldn't check you in'. Maybe explain that to the customer in person and get them set up anyways. I booked at Southfort Inn (incredible) for $35 less a night for 3 standard rooms and $25 less a night for 3 upgraded rooms. All the while they were performing their audit as well! So the audit excuse is lame. Sorry Hampton Inn, you lost and will continue to loose our company business every time we're in town.

Good hotel — brand new as of this writing. Rooms clean, fresh, beautifully appointed. Friendly people. Could use a hot-tub, but otherwise, it's a great business hote.
