This Hotel is Always accommodating for me. I stay here for work and it has everything I need. The staff are wonderfull and VERY helpfull!

One of my favorite hotels in Drayton. Only thing I would change is your shower heads.

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent pool hot tub and water slide. Not located in the heart of town but close enough to walk to the clean energy center and right off the highway if you're working on site.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, good location.

Wi-Fi refuses connection. Empty drink machines and sub par breakfasts. Also they have a TV that you cannot use to connect your devices to instead there is a frustrating system which bypasses all the remote functions and forces you to use the hotels guest services which is very slow and awkward.

Large rooms. Great breakfast. Awesome staff. Always accommodating.

It was a wonderful facility to host my son's birthday party. We had the water slide/pool area for a full 2 hours and a board room for food and cake afterwards. A reasonable price and very accommodating! Extremely satisfied with everything.

Had an amazing stay with my family. Staff was so helpful and understanding while dealing with a sleepless newborn. Tons of fun for us with there pool and waterslide. Will be staying there again!

I come here all the time and have no complaints. Other than kids running in the halls but that's their parents fault and not the hotels. Great staff, great pool and gym and kitchenettes.

Great staff, clean rooms. Has a very convenient snack/accessories area with free popcorn. Also had a better than most breakfast bar and awesome customer appreciation dinner nights.

A delight to stay here! Friendly, welcoming hard working staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast has so many choices, very nice! My absolute go to place when I am in the area.

Pretty good… I stayed and taught a course here and the pros well outweigh the cons. Room was very clean, good amenities, decent sized fridge, microwave. Bed was very comfy, TV had a good channel selection. Conference facilities were pretty solid too. There's only one conference room afaik but it was good and they were pretty attentive with coffee etc. As far as hotel breakfast goes, I was quite pleased. Lots of options, actual hot food, decent variety. The only minor complaint is that they weren't able to print me a receipt (computer problems happen, and that's understandable) and offered to email me one. By the evening of the day I checked out, I hadn't gotten my receipt yet so I called and the woman working the night shift on front desk had me fixed up within a few minutes of me calling. So no outstanding issues as of ~8 hours after checkout and my time at the hotel was great. Would stay again. If I had it all to do over again, I'd have waited to see if they'd have sent me my receipt without the follow-up call, but as it stands it was two minutes extra out of my day and they made it right, which definitely counts for something. Oh and there's popcorn in the lobby! Edited to add: after looking at other reviews, it's clear the management reads these and tries to adapt to make sure people have a good experience. That alone counts for a ton in my book.

Lovely pillows, best shower I've ever had in a hotel AND THE TV WORKED. The lady at the continental breakfast was warm & accommodating although I was 15 minutes late, too. I'd stay here again. My only complaints were the loud trucks/loud people having conversations in the hallway.

Nice breakfast and dinners. The rooms are semi-tidy. The one bed seemed like sheets weren't washed well. Is put the sign on it for it to be changed in the morning but that didn't happen. Overall 3 out of 5.

I have been staying at this hotel fairly reagular since it opened and have always found it to be one of the best kept thoroughly cleaned hotels ive ever stayed at. Its always a pleasure to come back.

Room was nice and big. King sized bed. Close to Tim Hortons and gas station. Would stay there again. No issues.

Great place to stay. The lower price is just another reason to stay here. Just as good as the Best Western and Holiday Inn Express.

Came out for a funeral and the staff was beyond courteous and respectful. When I asked for a few things I forgot to pack that they normally sell they provided them free of charge. The rooms were incredible. I felt like I was treated like family and can't recommend them enough!

Very clean rooms, clean hotel, quiet despite being close to highway and Tim Hortons. Very comfortable stay. Amazing breakfast that was included. They were good with cats and saw others with dogs.

LOVED MY STAY at the Ramada in Drayton Valley. Then rooms where clean, breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee wasnt the typical cheap weak coffee that seems to be the normal for hotels. And the staff was extremely helpful and was always a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to my next stay…

Was everything I expected, and no inconveniences. Rooms were nice, had nice lighting, big windows, and showers were fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast, I particularly liked the waffle maker.

Drayton Valley's best hotel for staff, service and cleanliness.

Rooms were clean. Prepaid but was also charged after we left. Ramada did refund the second payment. The breakfast room was dirty. Pool was fun.

Staff were very friendly and their proactive, helpful attitudes made a difference in our stay. The pool and hot tub were great, the entire facility was clean, quiet and well-maintained. Will be back!

The ladies at the front desk are fantastic, the breakfast is ready early, and the location is mostly convenient (quick shot to the highway).

Exceeded my expectations! Room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Staff was available and helpful (and accommodated a late check-out). Free Wi-Fi. Highly recommend!

Wifi is free, but its soooooo slow! Apart from that it's great.

Good rates, awesome service. The rooms are almost entirely furnished and really cozy. Everything was super clean and the concierge were extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.
