Best Staff and especially Manager of the hotel. He always helped me in arranging my trip and everything and all at reasonable prices. Definitely come back here.

Best in Siem Reap. For very reasonable price you get very big, clean room with all you would ekspect to have in your room and with additional patio and bouth shower and bathtube. All rooms (houses) are situated in small forest with, trust me, is only place where you can find no moscito. After dark they are everywere in the city. Pool is clean, towels allways by the pool. Breskfast is decent and safe to eat. You can eat also lunch/dinner which is very good food. Price in hotel is the same or lower than in the city center. To city center take tuk-tuk. It is 1, 6 km to shopping/restaurant city center. Cost should be 2$. If you need vehicle to go further or you need driver to visit all Angkor Wat temples, ask in reception. There is taxi driver with tuk-tuk, who lives in neiberhood. Very decent men speaking english on good level. He understand what you say and wouldn't try to reap you off, what is not obvious at all in Siem Reap. I took 3day trip in Angkor Wat and paid 80$ for taxi with cold bottled water, which by the way, is very very important to have. Hotel owner and stuff are very helpfull. If I will ever be in Siem Reap again, I will not choose any other hotel.

I stayed here 5 weeks while I was volunteering at a local village. It is about 10 — 15 minutes away from the city but very peaceful. The staff is constantly cleaning and extremely nice and helpful. The manager took me on his own motorcycle when my tuk tuk driver left and I needed to be somewhere and didn't charge me. They also hired a new chef while I was there and she is great and made custom meals just for me. The pool is very clean and the whole area is peaceful. The only negatives are the distance and I was there during wedding season and music can go on all night. I got used to it and liked that I was experiencing living in a village.

Clean, peaceful, very home nature.

This relatively new hotel is located 10min Tuk Tuk from pub street. We chose to stay a little further out to enjoy quiet nights after long days exploring the Temples.
The hotel has some very good facilities, including the outdoor pool and sun loungers. The rooms are very spacious, with ensuite (bath & shower). Tea & coffee are available in-room and complimentary water daily. Rooms are cleaned and replenished daily.
Our hotel picked us up from the bus station and offered free tuk tuk into town for dinner (the return trip needed to be organised by us which was easy to do). As the hotel is new I recommend taking a hotel card out with you so the tuk tuk drivers know exactly where to go — at night it is harder to find!
The Wi-Fi worked in room and in the pool area.
Service staff at this hotel are so friendly & very efficient.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again but we also think the hotel is missing out as it is not yet living up to its potential.
My suggestions to improve rating from 4 to 5 star would be:
— To optimise the pool area by either offering cocktails or other beverages in the evenings.
— Snack foods for purchase would also be appreciated as there are no shops or restaurants located nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely quiet nature boutique. The manager, Mr Chumnor was an absolute delight and his kind and gentle nature filters through the hotel! We arrived fairly late in the evening and it was not a problem to have a delicious take away meal brought to us on our patio. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We loved the outside shower but please be aware that it is a nature boutique and this comes with a few insects which are harmless and lovely to see around. The room was clean and tidy and offered a gorgeous patio to laze outside amongst the pretty gardens. We felt the breakfasts were not quite to standard but they tried hard. We bought our own fruit from the market and they were very happy to prepare it for us and it did come with an excellent coffee. Mr Chumnor arranged a tuk tuk driver by the name of Mr Som Ol for the duration of our stay. He was very reliable and even took us far into the countryside to view a few temples. We felt safe. We left feeling very content, if not a bit sad to say goodbye. Thank you Mr Chumnor for your generous hospitality and all the arrangements you made on our behalf. The Nature Boutique Residence was the highlight of our Asian trip. The staff are the nicest and most helpful people we met in our 2 months of touring Asia. The rooms are big, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the salt water pool after a long day of touring. The breakfast was so big that we hardly ever had to eat lunch. Each room is like a little house with a front porch and 2 Cambodian type couches to enjoy the outdoors. It's SO private with lush gardens around each porch! Unlike the city of Siem Reap which is very loud, our hotel was so very quiet for sleeping. It is a short tuk tuk ride from the town. There is a small temple ruin about a half mile walk down the road from the hotel too.
