We had the chance to have lunch there last week, as they just reopened Food was really delicious and all the plates so nicely decorated. We tried almost every dishes from their menu, by sharing with my wife, and all were amazing.
Service was really good as well, even for student that were not very used to welcome guests.
If you are looking for a great lunch, at an affordable price, Sala Baï is definitely one of the best option in town!

Only for us one night, what a pity! We would have rather stayed longer in this peaceful place, pleasant, perfectly equipped and well-maintained by students O how welcoming, smiling and professional. We thank them all very sincerely… go without hesitation… good luck to all…

A wonderful experience at Salai Baï, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. We stayed there 5 very nice nights. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfasts are super hearty and really delicious.
The students are caring, full of good will and kindness.

Very nice place we served very well lunch with lots of smiles and the dishes were excellent and the red bean dessert a wonder

It's nice to be able to give back to the community and help the students. Definitely recommend dining at Sala Bai Restaurant and if you are looking to stay in great accommodation they have wonderful rooms available for very affordable rates, all profits go directly back to the school to help even more children live their dream and obtain gainful employment in excellent hotels and restaurants after they have completed the program. One lunch at US$12 = one training day cost per student and the wine was extremely affordable.

Pad Thai insipid. Service to the Indochinese with a bow of another time!
Tofu Sesame Salad absolutely excellent with grilled tofu and melting.
The care in the presentation of the dishes does not console the lack of flavor.

Food was really good and very good deal for Lunch Menu at $12 & and it makes it even better when it is to support a great programme. Highly recommend for those who have time to go there for lunch.

Rustic and a peaceful place to unwind. As authentic as you can get. Doing good at the same time as students can practice their hospitality skills.

Good French NGO school training underprivileged students in tourism, hospitality and bakery. All their students get good job upon graduation. It also has restaurant and hotel serving to travelers and it is also serve as practical training ground for students. Food is creative and taste good. Love it.

Food is simply awesome… great taste n presentation. Service is excellent. It's a hotel n restaurant training school for underprivileged youth. Staying at this boutique type hotel for 3 nights. It's 5 star service/quality at a fraction of the price n at the same time contributing to help locals.
