At first glance you will notice a nice colonial French architecture. Inside the building is nicely decorated with Khmer and colonial style. Good service, good breakfast, nice scenery.

Stunning Hotel in Siem Reap, perhaps located a little outside the center (4 km), but perhaps for this very quiet and welcoming.
The interiors are very well cared for and the staff extraordinarily affable and helpful.

Great and very rich breakfast.
Going out, you can choose to take a blah walk to the city center or, for 2-3 dollars (depends how good you are at bargaining) get carried by the tuctuc.
The manager is an exquisite person.

I came at 18:00 hs because my little girl (2 years and half) since 2 days ago she couldnt make poop, she ussually have the same problem so I know what to do but in this case she has hard stool stuck on hole … she couldnt walk rigth so I decided to go to the hospital. It was my Firts time there. I explain the doctor the situation and he called the nursery… there were 3 nurseries trying to take the stool out… no good result so they put and enema and immediately we went outside to wait. 19:00 hs the nurse come and told me that if she cant make poop in 5 minutes they will remove it with the hand. 19:30 the nurse end the shift. I talked to the doctor and he told me that they took a piece of poop to the lab in order to check if there are any virus or something like that … that really make me laugth! For what? Everybody know. (take more money) few minutes later the doctor showed me the result and he said that not parasite and fungus was founded I said Obviosly it wasnt the main problem for what I visit the hospital, he inmediately told me to go home and take the medice… how can I go home with a 2 years old baby with all the hole with hard stool and a lot of pain and difficult walking? My baby was at the same situation that when we arrived! i remember what the nurse told me to remove by hand so he called the new staff of nurseries the doctor explained how to take it out with the finger (both laughing!

Being sick when you travel is not great but this is a very nice hospital by any standards. If you get into medical trouble in Cambodia you will want to come here. Professional staff, modern facilities and not super busy. Actually when I went it there was literally no one in the hospital except staff. It was like an episode from one of those movies where everyone disappears. Very clean and lots of hand sanitizer stations. Just make sure you have medical insurance. Again I would not recommend going to a hospital ever but if you have to this is a good one.

A very good hospital, professional and heart warming. Waiting time around 15mins. The doctor is very kind, explain everything we ask in great detail.

Have stayed here twice now. The staff is amazing. The facilities are immaculate. The price is more than reasonable. I recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to travel to Siem Reap.

Hotel is showing it's age and needs some tlc. Staff are very friendly but need a little training to provide a great service. Food including breakfast is below average. However the hotel has a great "old world charm" that makes it a good place to stay at the right price. Nice large pool and reasonably priced spa treatments and massage.

Lovely place. Great ambience. Great food. But more than all this the staff were superlative. They were extremely helpful. Sweet and pleasant. Loved the place. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great holiday experience.

The hospital offers a good service, but has a corresponding price. My friend and I went to the hospital because we both had severe diarrhea for a long time. Only the first examination by the doctor has cost us $110 each. The subsequent test (blood image, stool sample, sugar), antibiotics for fever as well as infusion against dehydration has cost CA $250 again. The tests were already evaluated after 1, 5 hours and we got the diagnosis told by doctor. Because I had inflammation in the stomach and intestines, as well as fever, strong dehydration etc I had to stay a night in the hospital. I have received infusions of antibiotics, fluids and electrolytes all night and have been examined by the Doctor two times. The medical care was very good, as was the room and the food. The entire hospital stay also cost 1. $300. But I didn't have to pay for it myself. The fact that I stayed overnight, the hospital has directly clarified everything with my international travel medical insurance and this has taken the costs directly. I was happy with the stay and after the prescribed medications also recovered well.

Stayed 3 nights, beautiful pool, beautiful spa, excellent food. Staff was very friendly, have 0 complaints. It's a bit far from bars ($5 tuk tuk) but if you can stay here that is not an issue. Highly recommend it if you are in Siem Reap.

Nice hotel. Excellent service. Wonderful spa, pool, and adequate exercise room. Good room service and excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety of foods.

Smelly bathrooms and constantly disconnecting internet. Don't be fooled by their claim of being a 5 star hotel or the flashy lobby in colonial style, it's more like a 3 star with questionable customer service and in desperate need of maintenance as more than half of the odour guard in the shower drains are broken and internet cannot cope with the amount of guests.

Really too expensive, the doctor see fee on 30 dollars, there are 5 U. S. Dollars service charge, the doctor saw 2 minutes, medicine only with more than 10 dollars, really a bit of a pit (Őдő๑), before you must pay attention to.

Only seemed interested in billing as much as possible. No attention to symptoms communicated and then forced to buy medication from their pharmacy at a huge markup. To make it worse, the treatment didn't work. A week later a local doctor solved it for a fraction of the cost.

Very nice reception and lobby, very nice restaurant, they care about every detail, beautiful and very large garden, but the room are quite poor and old.

Little efficiency to solve problems and little customer service skills. Forget about using internet as it seldom works. Watch out for those rooms with smelly bathrooms, to be avoided at all cost.

Luxurious, large, spacious hotel with tall ceilings and dark woods. The asian decorations transport you to a different era. Large swimming pool, outside bar, spa and exercise room. Insufficient lighting in the individual rooms detracts from the charm of the place.

My kids always come here to get a vaccine every few months service and staffs here they are take care for everyone. Just only price are expensive then other places in siem reap.

The place have a rustic charm ambiance and clean. The staffs are very polite and helpful.

The hotel’s restaurant is SUPER NICE. The foods are very good, and the staffs are VERY NICE. The location is ok for airport transit, but might not ideal for city center tour and Angkor Wat. The hotel is nice although it’s five stars status maybe overrated. Our room has an electricity issues at 2am, but the engineer was very quick to came up and fix it right away.

Highly recommend this Hospital in Siem Reap. I live here and been twice and both times can’t fault the service. I’m here with pneumonia (21/10/17) and for 3 days and nights I’ve been looked after by the most friendly caring doctors and nurses who always make me smile. Diagnosis on both occasions I’ve been here has been quick and after the initial $40 consultation with the doctor they will discuss the costs involved in treatment if you ask them so you can choose what to do next. It is expensive, my insurance covers it though. Before I came here with pneumonia I went to a different local clinic and paid $20 for them to tell me I had a cold! Your health is worth more, thank god I came here as my lungs were in a bad way. To sum up, if you have a mild condition then elsewhere would be cheaper. If your worried and want a quick diagnosis and excellent services then this is the best hospital in Siem Reap. Always check with your insurance company to check your cover.

I spent 24 hours here with a bout of food poisoning / infection. The facilities were modern, the staff, nurses and doctors were attentive and the level of care I received was fantastic. From entering the hospital to receiving IV fluids / antibiotics was about 15 mjnutes. I can't recommend this hospital enough if you're in need of medical attention in Siem Reap.

We were here today on the 8/01/2017 around 11:00 am (I don't know if the staff read the comments but if they do I hope they will take the necessary measures). The doctor who took care of us was a very rude woman. We came here because my boyfriend had a strong fever / sore throats and headache and we were very afraid of malaria, so a bit anxious. The woman was barely talking in English (making drawings to expose her diagnostic) and as we were trying to understand her by talking in French between us she starts to get very mad and yelling at us for no reason. She starts telling us we had to listen carefully about her course in bad English concerning tonsils… everything she was saying was pointless and there was nothing we didn't know about already… meanwhile that precious time my boyfriend was suffering, laying on the bed looking at her stupid drawings, waiting for something to happen… All this just to tell us he gots an angina and he needs antibiotics. Her assistant was a way better French and English speaker and once she lets him talk he explains us what happens with my boyfriend. This guy was hopefully competent and very human, which was not the doctor whom we paid 80$ on a 124$ bill (for 10 a minutes consultation and a few medicines) … even the cashier could give this woman English course… and above all a bit of humanity for the price she is paid…

Superb service with the friendliest staff, all of whom speak very good English. The architecture and decor is traditional. Very comfortable beds and nicely furnished rooms.

This is an extraordinary hotel. It is a 5 stars and that's what you get. I stayed in a suite in september and paid much less than it is worth. The hotel experience was awesome, not only the room, the toilet, and the provided services, but also all the friendly help from the staff. I will recommend it a 100%.

Good international hospital and part of Bangkok International Hospital. Be ware, the fee is very high in deed. Even Western tourists complain about it being as high as or higher than in the Western countries. Good for medical check-up to diagnose but maybe not for treatment.

I like the swimming pool the most. Relaxing place.

Exceptional! Some of the best service I've ever had at a hotel. They made us feel welcome, took care of all our needs and gave us good advice for experiencing Siem Reap. Great room, very large clean pool, beautiful grounds. Delicious breakfast buffet with a big selection. Nice spa. All in all a wonderful stay!

Best hotel I ever stayed at. The service was just amazing. The hotel picked us up at the airport for free, then we were greeted by someone who took care of our bags. For checking in, we sat in the comfortable lobby with a refreshing drink, while they would walk back and forth with the paper work. The room accommodation were old but very well maintained. Very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and dedicated to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet is the best I ever had in an hotel. Lots of selection of good and fresh food. The restaurant food was good but a bit pricy. The pool is absolutely amazing, water is warm but refreshing and they offer a towel service. The hotel provided a ride back to the airport. Before leaving, we were thanked by the manager and they waived goodbye at us while we were driving away. An extra employee came with us to help unload our suitcases once at the airport.
