This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at! Absolutely gorgeous interior and exterior with thoughtful finishing touches everywhere. Perfect central location, walking distance to shops, bars and markets. The staff are so gentle and accommodating to your every need and go out of their way to make you feel looked after and welcome. Definitely the best hotel in Siem Reap and highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful hotel could not fault a thing well maybe just the price of the drinks ordered 2 cans of dry ginger ale to the room and it’s cost $14 usd absolute ridiculous price that’s $20 aud other than that it was amazing the staff etc where great and great location.

Team working there always ready to help and being ceoliac have had no issue with food we did this with a luxury escape package very well worth it.

Great hotel! Clean and spacious room. Bed was nice, bathroom was huge. Sofa was nice, but there were too many pillows in the sofa. There were two swimming pools: normal and salt one. The pools were quite cold. Service was great and very friendly. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of option available.

Exceeded our very high expectations in every way: location in town makes it easy to experience the town and still have a quiet refuge in their courtyard and rooms; the rooms are impecable and completely furnished and resourced; the service is first rate; the breakfast is best we have ever experienced: selection, quality, ambiance and wait staff is completely dedicated to providing above and beyond; dinner selections are excellent and the chef expertly accommodated both our vegan and omnivore party. Beyond being satisfied, we were delighted. Highly recommend.

The Park Hyatt Siem Reap is one of the most gorgeous hotels I've stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our suite accommodations. The salt water pool was a refreshing surprise in addition to the beautiful pool on the upper level of the hotel. Breakfast was beautiful with a wide variety of local cuisine, dim sum, and western breakfast for those who needed that. The ginger tea was fantastic as well. We loved this hotel so much we didn't want to leave when it was time to go. Great location to markets, other shops and restaurants, and of course massage parlors!

We had the most unforgettable experience at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful and is up to date with all new technology. It is in walking distance from Pub-street/ Night Market and 10 minute drive from Angkor Watt. We had both breakfast and dinner at the outdoor "dining room" and "living room" area during our stay at the hotel and managed to have different meals each time. All meals were very delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The hotel has Cambodian dancing performances at dinner time at the "dining room" restaurant which was entertaining and a nice added touch. The pool is also beautiful and extremely relaxing after a day of touring temples, it is nice to unwind there. The hotel concierge was very helpful and arranged a day of temple tours with an English speaking tour guide and arranged great tuk-tuk driver who also spoke English. Thank you, Park Hyatt we had a great time!

A very good quality hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed and maintained, the centrally located position is excellent for dining, shopping, travelling around. Would certainly stay again!

Rooms are very comfy and clean. The swimming pool is partly covered by shades. Within walking distance to nearby bars & clubs and night markets! Free Wi-Fi too!

Truely obliging people with a good heart and great smiles from the front desk to waiting staff at the restaurants. Beautifully laid out with pools and rooms of exceptional tranquility. Superb location, not too near noisy nasty bars and restaurants yet within walking distance to Pub Street. Love the private pool in the family suites.

Must go for dinner and happy hour! — drinks are amazing, had a cucumber mojito, best over I've every had! So I had two… — free cultural show at 7 — 8 pm (don't know if it's every day — prices aren't cheap! — there's no parking — security guards are a little weird about parking even if you spend money at the hotel — please note again, this is a high end hotel but with every penny — food was delicious — staff was very attentive — minor detail were looked after, they even have big spray and fans at the out for dinner tables Good job Hyatt, yet again you've exceed my expectations!

Small but well furnished rooms. A great alternative might be the Le Meridian which is more affordable, with green grounds to walk around and a huge outdoor pool. The Park Hyatt is closer to city center, with that comes the noise, dust and hustle bustle. The staff at the Hyatt are friendly.

Superlative experience! Designed with an art deco vibe that fits the background of Cambodia while still being modern. Architecture has excellent use of space that provides an open air feeling while still feeling secluded. Perfect location to walk to dinner or the market. Staff is extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

The place is just amazing! Gorgeous food. The chef even prepared a Vegetarian Christmas dinner just for us! We had the meal on a swing and we had some great entertainment during it :)

Absolutely beautiful. Every year at Christmas they spend a month putting up these amazing creations! They are all made with real gingerbread and icing. Well worth a visit.

Unparalleled, subliminal experience. Upon entering & meeting Mr. Leng Ladang, Front Office manager, we knew that customer service was No. 1 with guests. The Spa recommendation was truly the ultimate. Service for a Queen/King. Signature Massages for couples was Devine. Sovanna, Kaony were attentive to all our needs. Lotus petal foot bath to start with jasmine oil and salt scrub. Selection of 3 fragrant oils and selection of 3 various soothing melodies. Gentle massage techniques to sooth the soul at the end of a hot day. Eucalyptus balm is wafted by your nostrils to relieve any sinus issues. Brilliant. Kudos to your exceptional staff @ The Spa. We were approached by Piseth Theam, Executive Chef, just by chance. His greeting and kind conversation enticed us to come by for cocktails and dinner. He ensured that he was able to accommodate all my dietary needs for any dinner or snack. 3 Cheers to you and culinary team. We were so impressed with the staff and amenities of the hotel we joined the privilege card program and are now enjoying loads of amenities with Park Hyatt. Thanks to Mr. Ladang for your inspiration to return for our weekly spa day and enjoy the Verandah cocktails for Happy Hour and Cultural shows in the evening.
Christmas decor is breathtaking in the Glasshouse with the Gingerbread house and Xmas candies. So is the Living Room with the illuminated gift tree. What a wonderland for the Season.

Beautiful, clean rooms and probably the nicest, most professional staff we've ever encountered. The food at the restaurant was very good and we even joined them for dinner one night for the cultural performance. They scheduled a driver for us to/from the airport and for 2 days of temple tours that we did with a guide, who was also quite a joy! I would highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay here!

Executive Chef Pisith Theam, with an exceptional flair for creating Khmer inspired dishes. Friendly staff. Walking distance from Pub Street and French Quarters. The Living Room within the luxurious hotel Park Hyatt is this Lounge Bar with elegant furnishings but at the same time not intimidating and comfortable. From the lights to the music, from the sofas to the shelves full of books, every detail is really well cared for creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Extensive wine list and excellent cocktail quality. Every Day from 17 to 19 there is a happy hour that provides 50% discount. Simply delicious homemade chips that offer as snacks!
Very attentive Staff (special mention for Mr Horn) and well prepared that makes no distinction between hotel guests and visitors only.
Very Pleasant also the inner courtyard, with a beautiful tree in the middle of a pool.

WOW, JUST WOW! From a seasoned traveller, thinking I'd seen all levels of hospitality and beauty, I was immediately blown away from the moment we arrived. The staff have obviously been selected from the very best available. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, funny, helpful and JUST SO AMAZING. Location was 10 out of 10, close to everything you need and RIGHT OPPOSITE KFC. The Food — we had breakfast, high tea and dinner and it was extremely good. Room – huge & cosy, with everything you might need and more.

I have travelled the world and this is my favourite hotel. Loved it so much I don’t even know where to start. My girlfriend and I have been travelling for nearly a year non-stop and I must say we had one of the best hotel experience here. Staff: 10/10 – very nice, kind and helpful (we made new friends) Food: 10/10 – breakfast, high tea and dinner was delicious and couldn’t fault anything! Location: 11/10 – right in the center! Hotel amenities: they had everything we needed and more! Price: 10/10 – we’ve stayed in more expensive places that didn’t meet the standard of this hotel. Thanks VERY MUCH to Minh and the rest of the staff for making our stay special. We look forward to coming back again.

Amazing setting in the heart of town. The entire hotel has a relaxed zen atmosphere that make it's hard to leave and explore the reasons you came to town. Food and service are perfect while the rooms and decor have a I'm home feel. Well done Park Hyatt.

Outstanding! We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to all Siem Reap attractions and activities. The hotel has a nice minimalistic look about it. But the hotel grounds with it's garden and water features, the Art deco furnishing and lighting, makes this a very inviting place. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. The suite is spacious, well-lit with large windows, and well appointment with modern amenities. The Italian marble bathroom is luxurious. The hotel has 2 pools — the infinity pool on the upper level is impressive. The restaurants onsite are nice. Breakfast on the bed swing was a fun experience. Last but not least, a special mention needs to be made of the staff and the exceptional service we received.

Outstanding property smack in the middle of Siem Reap. Mod, hip hotel at high room rates. Dining and lobby drinks are very reasonable, however. Super cool pool and spa/gym. Look for Agoda deal to get a break.

Living in Phnom Penh, and visiting Siem Reap a couple of times a year, we used to enjoy having dinner at Hotel de La Paix, predecessor of Park Hyatt. So we waited eagerly for the opening of the Hyatt during the year of renovations. And last week we went to have dinner at the new Park Hyatt. It was quite disappointing. The menu was boring. Worse, our food was tasteless. We will not go there again. Siem Reap has much better options.

Having been all over the world who would have thought that a place like this would be found in Cambodia! This place is amazing and the staff is incredible. Also if cannot afford to lodge there at least have a martini in the bar, best in SE Asia.
