This place was an absolute disaster from the moment we arrived, we arrived to a construction site, they are building and we were told it would be noisy from 7am to 5pm, if that Info had been made available at the time of booking then we would not have booked, the rooms were pretty nice but disgustingly dirty, dirty bed sheets on the bed, insects in the room due to coffee that was spilled but not cleaned up, fake and false advertising no slippers, no bath robes, no welcome fruit in rooms, no nespresso machine, no iPad as advertised, not even welcome drinks as stated. We were not even given the room that we reserved which should have been a classic suite, when I asked to speak with the manager I was told that he would not come to speak with me as it was too far to come, I raised the points with the young girl who laughed at us when we told her that the hotel is not what it claims to be… needless to say that we did not stay there and left within 30 minutes of arriving,,,, avoid this place at all costs, false advertising and they are certainly not a 5* hotel.
